I ordered delivery and the driver forgot 2 of my items! She called me from a number when she got here but my husband got the order for me and once I saw it she had just drove off so I called back the number she called me from and no answer. I called 3 times. Bronwyn was the driver. I called the store and was told the driver would bring it when she got back to the store but they never came back to drop off what I was missing. Paid for delivery fees and a tip and for food I didn’t get.

Pros: -Affordable prices on the app -Clean bathroom Cons: -App pick up time is different than in store -Extremely slow with long wait times -Poor customer service Consequently, this will be my last time going to this particular Dominos, as the wait time is much longer than the time the app tells you. Their service sucks as well.

Second time they mess up my order. Specialty upset when you get a expensive pizza like gluten free byo looks like a two topping pizza. The pizza only had onion and pepperoni and steak. Where are the other toppings? First time two I took the credit pizza but second time. Come on. Manager didn't apologize I guess no training on customer service. Finally, once I ordered on accident at the other dominos on dyer and wow great experience it's further away from my location but worth the drive they haven't messed up my order at all. I asked for a refund and drove myself to farther location because service is great! Go to the Domino's on dyer off Cassidy by fort Bliss. Don't waste your time at the one by Fairbanks. My build your own pizza looked like a two topping pizza 🤣🤣🤣 hell nah. No thanks I work hard for my money and I'm not one to complain unless y'all keep at it. I worked my whole life at restaurants so come on. Send the manager back to training.

This Dominos seems to have the inability to follow orders. I have ordered from multiple times and every time they get it wrong. They can’t even cut a pizza correctly. Whoever is in charge of making the pizza and cutting the pizza should be fired on the spot.

I have never seen ridiculously small chicken wings. They were the size of quarters. NEVER order wings here because they price gauge you. How sad Dominos!!! You’re ripping people off with your extremely small chicken wings!!!! BE CAREFUL!

Today the driver almost hit my car on Hercules passed on Dyer. I was extremely piss and the driver was severely all over on Hercules passed drive after passed on Diana Street and had to pulled over to observe the driver while on the road. I told driver what happen and he’s too small and not sure if He can see the road. If I am Manager, I will fired him from that spot

I didn’t realize the half and half was a small pizza for $13… plus there’s hardly any chicken Alfredo in my bowl and the lady was too lazy to bring it in the building like I asked because I’m on duty. Also didn’t receive a fork to eat my pasta. The total was $33 and was only worth $10

If i could give them a zero 🌟 review i would...Every time I go they always make the cinnamon twist hard as rock and with hardly any season that goes on top... maybe if they weren't on their phones and gossiping and making faces and having a bad attitude and actually liked doing their job then I wouldn't complain but honestly worst experience by far with that store... managers jose and Andrew need to train the employees better when it comes to quality and customer service. Still left a tip because I'm humble but yeah dominos do better.

I wanted pizza so decided to order Domino's online. I had to put the order through 6 times before it finally was accepted. I requested extra garlic parmesan sauce and received a dry pizza with sauce missing where the large bubbles are. I ordered the 8-piece boneless wings and received 7 and 1 piece of batter...both were lukewarm when received via delivery. This is the third and last time I'll order from Domino's period. They never want to correct their mistakes and try to make it sound as if it's the customer's fault they didn't complete the order correctly. I will choose Marco's Pizza from now on. The food from Domino's has consistently gotten worse with each order I've placed. I would NOT recommend Domino's.
