A great product is more than just the recipes and quality of the menu. The atmosphere, as well as the execution of service, plays a big role in what was ordered, what was delivered, and how it is enjoyed. This Dutch is brewing more than custom concoctions. The quality of service, mainly its crew or "Bro-ista," creates such a great experience that enjoying each drink is much more enjoyable. Creating a habit of being considered a regular fan and ordering daily is strongly supported by this excellent staff, and with every order comes the finest enjoyment of a simple yet personally curated product. This place is great for drinks, and when the line is busy, it doesn't seem like it takes long at all. But way too much ice and not enough drink. I ordered a rebel without ice, and they still fixed it as tho ice belonged in there😫this pic is exactly how I received it, along with a look like you are not slick, but here goes your iceless drink 🤣so might as well get ice.

We kept asking the people there they were taking orders before we got to the drive-through if they had regular tea iced tea and they didn’t have a clue clueless or what I was talking about. Also, my husband wanted a latte with simple syrup and they kept saying cane sugar just a little bit of simple syrup, cane sugar. They have no clue.

My favorite coffee spot but it looks like their ice machine has mold. I always get cold drinks and the last few times I’ve done, I’ve found grey floaties in the drinks/ice. Staff and service is great though but please clean the ice machines 😭

Its always a wait. Id consider getting more baristas, especially during the weekends. The checkout staff is always super fast, but once you have to get to the window, it takes a while. Like it but stay away from it because of the wait and the prices. It's a bit too steep for El Paso. And the taste is around the same as Starbucks. Just a tiny bit better.

The drink on the right was supposed to be a Bubble Gum (strawberry, banana, vanilla) and the one on the left was a Strawberry Milkshake. The "Bubble Gum" actually tasted good — like a strawberry lemonade slush — but the milkshake was awful, even just to look at! It tasted like coffee mixed with lemonade. I tried to tell the girls at the window, but they just closed it on me. Really disappointing experience.

I always order the same thing a hot golden eagle with soft top. My hot coffee is no longer hot it's warm at best. I guess they don't use a thermometer and they no longer deliver hot coffee. I reluctantly had return to Starbucks. Maybe use a thermometer to give customers hot coffee?

I’ve NEVER had a disappointing experience at Dutch Bros before. However, at this location, they are constantly rude. They assumed I didn’t understand Spanish, making disrespectful comments right in front of me. It was unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I usually enjoy Dutch Bros for their friendly atmosphere, but this experience was the complete opposite. I hope this isn’t happening to others, because customers deserve to be treated with respect regardless of language or background. Sincerely, your fellow Latina!
