Wandering Family Adventurer

Good food in a very relaxing setting. The seating area is currently poolside as the indoor restaurant is still under construction. The food is fresh and tasty and authentically Mexican. We had Chilequilles and avocado toast. Both were delicious. The smoothies are also delicious and refreshing. The staff are friendly and easy to converse with. We definitely recommend this spot for breakfast or lunch.

Showed up for the SuperBowl today but they were all booked. Instead of sending us away, staff went out of their way to rearrange tables and make room for us (and others). Whole roasted chicken, potatoes and cesar salad (special) were delicious. Staff was working hard and deserves a lot of credit for making things run smoothly. Great customer service, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful pool, chill music, fire pits and a nice place to have dinner. I really enjoyed the Cerritos salad! Drinks are 2x1 all day on Fridays.

They mailed it in on the food. The shrimp and chicken tacos were both breaded. It being Cerritos I exited freshly grilled. The bread served with the pasta was 2 slices of store bought white bread. The tortillas were homemade on site. The limonada was made fresh too and not too sweet. The service was good. The cook was the waitresses mother. They were very nice. It’s a very nice setting around the pool And residences but it was very quiet. It was a Monday but we were the only group there. We had the place to ourselves which was nice. I wish the foot was better though.

The food was pretty good, but it took forever to get our food. We were the only ones there. When the food finally came, it wasn't even hot. Also, two of the staff roll out of the kitchen with meals and start eating in the dining area while we are waiting for our food, which left us a little bummed out.

Be careful. Don’t go. Not open as advertised. No road either. Update: We tried to visit tonight following the Google Maps location but there was nothing there. Tried calling but the number is suspended. Were you open tonight though? Might want to include some directions for people who are new to the dirt roads and rely on Google Maps.
