Very welcoming! I never felt the need to ever leave a review, but the lovely woman with blonde hair and (i think) freckles immediately welcomed be and complimented my earrings! They were very sweet and I felt like we personally knew each other for even just a second :) very sweet and welcoming location ❤️

Quick trip inside for carry-out late morning. Our order was ready promptly and correctly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Especially appreciated the offer of a cardboard carry tray for our three beverages. Also grateful to have the server place little round cardboard buttons over the lid openings so that drinks didn't spill on my way back to the car.

I love starbucks but Imagine Pikachu taking your drive through orders? I wish I could give these hard workers 10 stars… even tho these location is very busy every day bc of its location they are fast as they can.

The people were kind and friendly. The drink and food were exactly what you would expect. Only down side was that the table was not cleaned. Crumbs and a little sticky. I am assuming it was the timing of a previous customer leaving and my arrival. Being friendly brings me back every time.

The service was great. The coffee was fine.. as expected. At 6:02 in the morning they are playing rap music so loud I couldn’t have a conversation with anyone else. This location always has music playing way too loud, but this was ridiculous.

safe to say i won’t be coming back to this establishment. manager was incredibly rude to me and to her staff. you guys specialize in making coffee, yet you burn it every single time. it’s a shame you guys are still open with how you guys run this place.

Employee told me their card reader didnt work and took my card to the back. Next day, I had a 1330$ purchase I didn't make. Tried reaching out to the corporate but they were not helpful. Just wanted to warn everyone to be careful if their card is ever taken away from their sight.

i picked up a mobile order today and drove up to the window. the window opened and i said “hi!” to the woman working, who was wearing a nametag that said bella. bella didn’t say a word back, just handed me my drink with a straight face and angry look, then closed the window right away. normally, employees should say “have a nice day” or “would you like a straw?” i’ve worked customer service on bad days where i didn’t feel like talking to anyone. still, i’ve never treated a guest so dismissively and disrespectfully. if bella is reading this, please be nicer in the future. it wouldn’t hurt to crack a smile.

By far and away the worst customer service out of any Starbucks within 15 miles of here (I also know many other locals feel the same but just don’t care to go through the effort of leaving a review). The staff is typically rude overall, but if you choose not to leave them a tip (on top of the already massively overpriced drinks), they take their negative attitudes to another level. There can be absolutely nobody in the store and they still will not prioritize the customer that is standing right in front of them. Then, their outward gossip and chatter about customers over their group headsets is reminiscent of petulant junior high students. Do they not know we can hear them complaining? Even asking for the card of the store manager or district manager (which should be displayed in store, but is not) ended up being a process. From someone that typically enjoys Starbucks, there are many other local stores that value your business more than this one does. Do better. Or hire better.
