Wonderful food and service. The Mother’s Day brunch specials were fantastic! Though we were told the wait time was 40 minutes, it was actually around 15 minutes, so I recommend patience and looking for the turnover, number of customers waiting outside.

Update: Went back again, this time mid week around lunch time. Same great service and the food was tasty and well cooked. I think I found a new breakfast spot. New photo updated as well. Precious Review: 5 star service, our waitress was great and attentive. Food was okay. Hash browns came out a bit too crispy but the taste wasn't terrible enough to send it back. The ambiance was mid. I don't know maybe it's because I came close to closing, so I'll likely come back a few more times and update my review then!

My favorite breakfast place, the portion and quality of the food was top notch. My family and I loved it here and will be coming back again the next time I’m back home in town. Also our waitress was an absolute delight and super friendly. I forgot her name but thanks for being a great server to us!

The food was good as was the service. I asked for an upgrade to a strawberry banana crepes, and not only was I charged the upgrade price but an additional $4.95 because of the "strawberry banana". I asked about it and they were just like o yeah its in the system that way. If I had know I would not have ordered it so asked for a manager. They brought a discount card for our next visit but had not taken it off the bill. After some discussion they removed it from the bill and if I am in the area again I might go back.

I ordered an omelet and asked for it to be fluffy, not a torpedo like many spots seem to be doing now. They made it perfect! It was very good. The grits were pretty good tasting, but seemed a little aged. I was a little disappointed to be charged $4 for water with bubbles.( soda water ) They will refill 3 people's cup of coffee at a table 4x for no charge and lose money. But then they charge $4 for soda water. Very petty IMO.

My blue crab frittata dish was an absolute flop. The flavors were all over the place as if someone threw ingredients on the plate and hoped for the best. It was bland, sloppy and frankly just nasty. The pancakes were a completely different level. They were fluffy, golden and cooked to perfection. Each bite was light, buttery and packed with a gentle sweetness that hit the spot.

Lots of children, which is wonderful and lovely, but loud and the two children behind me kept bouncing the back of my seat. But they were cute! Don't get me wrong. I am so happy to see the business is booming, I just want to make diners aware that this is a noisy, busy place. I ordered waffles and bacon, but never got my bacon. I asked for more syrup, but never go anymore syrup. As we were leaving our waitress said, "Oh, let me get your bacon."

I am frustrated with Sweet Berry. I enjoy the food but twice when I ordered for delivery, they didn't include all the components of the dishes. The prices are relatively expensive, so having incomplete dishes doesn't feel great.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere: it’s spacious, clean, and the staff is welcoming. The first impression is positive, and it feels comfortable for families. However, the food does not match the expectations set by the environment. I travel frequently through the world and major cities and small local areas, always looking for great restaurants at every level—from simple diners to high-end places. Based on that experience, the dishes here fell short. The plates were messy and not well prepared. The potatoes were undercooked, the ingredients looked thrown together, and the cilantro appeared to have been sitting out for too long. Instead of making the dish look fresh and appealing, it had the opposite effect. Overall, the quality price and presentation of the food are not aligned with what the restaurant’s ambiance suggests or with the price point. The place has potential, but the kitchen needs improvement NOW!! in execution, freshness, and attention to detail. I will not recommend it, even I will ask google to update its review as the best brunch and breakfast.

Place has a funky smell when you walk in. Banana bread French toast were good. Verde chilaquiles are not traditional chilaquiles… they’re Mexican chips with pre made sauce on top, chicken was not good at all either since it tasted old. Very disappointing, specially with the high prices nowadays.

I visited here two weeks ago and ordered a skillet. After waiting over 20 minutes, the wrong dish was brought out. I spoke to the server, and my order was remade. When I finally received the correct skillet, the sausage was severely undercooked. I informed the server again, but there was no apology from management and no discount offered on my meal. Instead, I was given a $10 coupon for a future appetizer, which I found disappointing. I had also paid an extra $20 for additional meat, making the situation even more frustrating. Management showed no concern and never apologized. Overall, the experience was unacceptable, and I will not be returning
