I love this place. A bunch of us order drinks from here quite often. They are always friendly and patient and understanding with our long,complicated orders. They work really hard to try to remember all of our names. I like that they always have music playing. It seems to keep the employees in a good mood. I think the employees get treated well there because their attitudes are so great. We've been coming to this location for a while and we will continue.

I love this place!! I will go out of my way to go to my local Dutch Bros, they have some of, if not the BEST customer service and genuinely awesome staff. Drinks are delicious, customizable, and also have a wide variety of sugar free options

We were visiting from Florida and had to have Dutch Bro’s while we were here. Chloe took our order multiple times and each time she was AMAZING! She’s super friendly, very outgoing, has a great personality, and is very informational about the menu if you’re not familiar with it. She definitely deserves a raise!!

Wow, just wow! First time there (because the line was small) since hearing about nothing but great reviews and customer service. Went in line in drive through and they were super friendly and helpful! We didn't know what to get and they helped us pick the drinks and they were great! The staff was so friendly! I just wish I could have understood the nice young lady better with her facemask on. She asked if I wanted to leave a tip, which they WELL DESERVED! Staff always inquires about your day, asks how you are doing, always decent small talk. They always try their best here and it deserves 5 stars. These kids work hard.

I love Dutch Bros, this is the only location I've visited aside from a mobile cart at a Fresno State event. Anyways. Best coffee and overall variety of drinks. My daughter and I love coming to Dutch whenever we can. We almost always walk up and get fast service and they never hesitate to suggest drinks when you ask them. I haven't had Starbucks in over a year because I'm too loyal to the Dutch Mafia.

Passed through here at 3 am during a 12 hour overnight drive. The staff was very friendly and upbeat, not the sluggish attitude you'd expect from 3 am workers. I wasn't sure what to order so I told him make me something good, my drink was delicious. I would definitely stop back here if I'm ever passing through again.

Let me just tell y'all Chloe is the real VIP of this place, extremely informational and helpful in all aspects. This girl deserves a raise especially when every morning we come here she's standing out in the cold taking orders I could never stand out in the cold like that. Dutch Bros has no equal. This company makes the best coffee money can buy and I have yet to go to a location where the quality of service was anything but top notch! I visit this Dutch Bros every Saturday because the morning crew is incredible. They remember my drinks and ask how I'm doing. If you appreciate down-to-earth folks, this place is worth a visit.

I come 5-6 days a week and I would come twice a day if my schedule allowed it. Not only is the coffee and rebel drinks good but the employees/my coffee friends are amazing. The feeling of someone knowing you come and know your coffee order is my favorite experience. The friendliness is also my favorite and I know it’s not for everyone but it’s for me and it will keep me coming back day after day.

Sooo, I have a set of cousins who put up in Elk Grove and every time they visited Bay, they sang praises for Dutch Bros and how their coffee is so good and it beats the rest of the cafes around. Last weekend, I decided to make the trip myself and surprisingly, they were not wrong at all. The coffee is INDEED AMAZING! Its a Drive-thru coffee shop but very efficiently organized. There were couple of staff members standing right outside the entrance to the drive-way who were taking the orders and did the billing right there too.They were very quick with their orders. We put the order, paid the amount and voilà! The coffee was ready at the counter window!! The whole process from ordering to getting our coffees took less than 5mins! Talking about the menu, they have a huge variety of coffees, iced and hot both. I ordered their hot Annihilator and it was delicious! The coffee was not too hot, was perfectly brewed, had right amount of sugar to it (you can also get it sugar free) and the cup size is great for the price too! I came back with a pretty good experience and with the hope that we coffee lovers here in the bay area will too get our own Dutch-Bros soon :)

Came to this Dutch Bros location to redeem my birthday reward. We had just had an awful experience with Starbucks just before and Sam was absolutely amazing. She made us laugh and was so sweet and kind. She truly made our day. Thank you so much to Sam and the Dutch Bros team for making our day extra special.

I love this place. This place is amazing. The people, all know me, in fact one of them, even wrote on my cup “you are amazing” that made my day. I love their large iced mocha, light iced. This place rocks, it’s always busy, but you never wait long and it’s always right off the freeway. In case I’m on my way to work. Mocha always tastes better here.

This dutch bros knows how to hire, train and execute better than any of the other locations I’ve been to. Anytime I visit another store, a drink seems to be messed up, the line takes forever or the staff is simply unhappy to be there—all except this dutch. I have also built fun relationships with the employees over years as a regular. I appreciate you guys for always making my day better with a coffee!

I always take my family here for coffee. If you like desserts coffee they got you, strong coffee they got you, energy drink they got you. Something for everyone.

First timer, staff was kind and helpful recommending drinks. . 4 stars because personally I'm not a big fan of the location being next to a cemetery.. but besides that would definitely come back again. Hubs and I both had a Large Carmelizer Freeze which was pretty good.

Disappointed that the eggnog for the jingle nog was sold out after only 4 days and there will be no more for the rest of the season. A holiday drink would be more ideal to survive the entire holiday season.

This was a good location. Nothing bad to say about it. The staff was efficient. There wasn't a long line like other locations. But it didn't feel personal like some of the other locations. So come by if you want your drinks knowing that you may be spreading your friendliness on your friends.

Im quite disapointed that a "coffee" place doesnt sell actual hot black brewed coffee. Huge oversight on their part. Other than that. Its a good place for me to make a late late night stop on the way home from work for a cup of what they pass off as black coffee and burn one.

The staff are always really nice and that makes the whole experience better, but I guess I just haven't found a drink that I really like. I have tried around 5-6 different drink and none have really stuck. They are a bit more pricey than other coffee places I've been to but their sizes are big. I suggest not getting a huge one unless you know what you like. I got kind of tired of my drink while drinking it because there was so much.

The line to get into Dutch Bros can be very long depending on what time of the day you go to the drive thru. The drinks are very sweet and so are the muffin tops. Not my preferred choice for what I like in coffee or baked goods. The workers are nice. There's a television on near the seating.

Whenever I come here, I get a latte or hot chocolate. Always medium because I’m pregnant so can’t have too much caffeine. However, tonight I decided to be spontaneous and got a large. When I got home, I finished my hot chocolate with espresso shots and decided to see the difference between a medium and a large. Luckily, because they always give me an extra cup due to me always extra hot drinks, I had a medium cup to test with my large cup. So I decided to conduct a little experiment. I filled my large Dutch cup with water and poured it into the medium cup. Only like two tablespoons of water spilled over, which made me realize getting anything past a medium is just a scam. Not worth it. At least Starbucks has a significant difference. Also, Every time I go certain workers are chatting it up with people for like 5-10 minutes as if they don’t see other cars waiting. They completely disregard it. Some of them are probably their friends but do that on your own time.

I got Annihilator and Eagles whatever name it is, 85% of the cup was filled with ice, it tasted so bad that it was nothing compared to my homemade instant coffee cold brew i make. Eagles was just a little sweeter than the Annihilator drink. Please improve your drinks, thanks.

I love Dutch bros, I don’t know if it was just bad timing, but the last two times I’ve been to this location. They have messed up my drink, so I’d recommend going to a different one.

So I have a limit of sugar intake that I can intake due to surgery, if I have more than 9 grams ant once I’ll get super sick so I always order my drinks sugar free. Well when I came to this Dutch I was ordering my usual drink and explaining to the employee to have it completely sugar free as possible and to make it picture perfect with no whip. I also asked the employee about what milk has the lowest amount of sugar half n half or their protein and she said I don’t know and seemed really irritated with me asking. So when I went up to the window I asked the employee and no one knew any of the nutritional facts of their milk like it wasn’t printed on the containers. So I explained that I can’t have a lot of sugar and if they could remake my drink with the original milk half n half and they did and seemed more understanding then the one who took my drink. I’m not sure why Dutch doesn’t have nutritional facts on their products that seems crazy to me! Please Dutch do a little better training with employees about customers have restrictions..

Concerning the Dutch Bros at 8610 Elk Grove Blvd., Elk Grove, CA 95624. A young lady working there between 5 foot three and 5 foot five long black hair braided in the back of her head and a ponytail. The drink didn’t come out right I asked her to remake it. She gave me a bad time and did not want to remake it she kept saying, but it just came out of the machine. It’s fresh, I said I’m sure it is but it’s watery and I didn’t ask for it. That way I asked for it extra thick double blended and extra sweet and it was not made that way at all. It had huge big chunks of ice in it. So the girl gave me a very bad time arguing with me And this kept going back-and-forth. She was so disrespectful that I will never ever go to Dutch Bros again. I will stick with Starbucks any day and I used to go to Dutch Bros twice a day three days a week. I’m done with them. I am hoping that either upper management or the owner will see this and deal with the unruly employee because that was so tacky I didn’t appreciate it at all. I just left the dutch brother here on Bruceville on white block and I understand that it may be 4 AM again or super early to order was I was under the impression that it would be 24 hours based off Google. Well, I just rolled up to the window and looked inside two workers just looked at each other. They never even looked at me. They knew I was there. They looked at each other and laughed in which OK I may have been there a little early, but I’m not used to the Dutch Brothers and then they just threw up a finger like the number one telling me to hold on and then like rushed out of view I waited for about 4 or 5 minutes and nobody even came to tell me at least they were close they don’t serve if that was the case because I felt really stupid and I felt like a bother. I drove off without ever even getting responded to or even answering informed. The unprofessionalism in today’s workers is insane. I get it a hipster coffee joint but it’s still business. I got an iced coffee it was more half and half then coffee, it tasted like chocolate milk, it was really sweet, and I like sweet but it was way too milky and way too sweet! Please make your coffee less milky:/ I couldn’t even finish it half way. The young African American man who took my order was super friendly.

Honestly, it was the worst dutch experience EVER. I ordered a dutch love but received something that tasted like weird tasting strawberry milk. I walked up to the window and waited. When he came to the window, he was annoyed. I explained that the drink was not made correctly, and he argued with me. Then he said so do you want me to make another one?" I said no, please, just make me a suprise me rebel. What I got when he sat it on the counter and walked away was something sort of latte. I have always had great experience at this store. Kind of started my trip out of town, upset about it
