KoalaTea Boba

This bubble place is really small compared to other boba places. You may drive by it and totally forget about it however once you go in it has this cute little vibe to it and has some really good specialty boba. I got the number four which is basically a strawberry pure way with coconut and it tastes delicious. They were fast efficient and the whole inside is actually cute. There's a little Instagram picture place that you can do once you enter the back side of the boba shop. I recommend this to anyone.

I love boba drinks. I took some to go and it was still delish the next day. The pearl is soft and delish that’s how I like it. The place is nice and cute. The ladies were helpful and let us know what will be best to take home to drink it the next day. Do I recommend it? Yes!

Kind staffs, nice drinks, cute interior. I got Koala tea (green thai tea), I felt the flavor is matcha+melon? Very fresh and nice. Inside is cool with this hot weather, I want to try other teas when I visit Elk grove next time!!

Update 4/25/25: still one of my favorite boba places. Drinks are consistent and delicious! I have noticed that their menu has changed slightly from my last visit. Still outstanding service! Stopped by after 1pm and place was busy with middle schoolers. I'm so glad to see them busy. I hope this business continues to prosper so I can always visit when I'm in town. One of my favorite boba places, they're always friendly and make drinks that are constantly delicious!

Honestly a really well hidden boba spot. Almost hard to find lol. The inside is honestly cute though! The drinks was good as expected. I got #3 Ube Monster, #14 Okinawa Milk Tea, and a #19 Hibiscus Breeze. Will add on to the list in the future I suppose~ Update: They do have seasonal drinks as well so make sure to try it. 👌

This boba shop is super cute inside and out. They have a nice variety of drinks, the service was quick, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my passionfruit milk tea was made with real fruit puree. I really enjoyed my drink, so I will be back!

This is such a cute little shop! The inside is small and cozy. They have pink railings outside & I like how the drink I got wasn't overly sweet. Their parking is behind the building and there aren't many people who stay inside at a time. I was there for a good hour and a half. People go in and out. It's also in a great part of town with lots to do after you grab a drink. I will definitely Italy be going back : )

Hole in the wall Boba place. This was definitely worth the taste. Excellent tasting drinks. Not a bunch syrup like other shops. My Lychee Black Tea actually tasted like fresh brewed tea. Thank you for that. I WILL be back! Reasonably priced drinks.

There are about 5-7 parking spots in the back. Easier if you park in the rear part of the establishment and head inside. While facing the cashier, there is a display perpendicular from the counter, a 49" screen on the wall fixed vertically with a menu of about 20 bobas with photos and its ingredients. My whole family including extended come to this place and love it. I usually order #19 with 25% sugar. If your into boba, I strongly suggest going to this place. Upon ordering, you'd be done around 3-5 minutes. If in line, 5-10 minimum. If you're going to stay, interior is great and there are tables inside and outside the patio.

Delicious drink! Great price for its size. I had the Thai Twister, which was an ice-blended Thai tea smoothie. Associate taking orders, whose name starts with an A according to my receipt, was incredibly friendly and sooo patient with other customers. Drinks took a while to come out, but there was only one other person making drinks, so that’s understandable. I wish I can come back again and try more drinks! As I saw another review complaining about parking being hard to find…Parking is located right behind the storefront. Make a right turn into a narrow road, right after the shop. And they have a very convenient door you can enter from the parking lot.

We ended up going to Koala tea on December 19th. The shop was not busy when we arrived which was around 4:30 p.m. . Also that day it was raining which probably deterred a lot of folks from being out and about. We did see a lot of mobile orders being created while we were there so that was cool. The shop itself is super cute and quaint. It looks like it's a converted house. So it definitely felt homey when you were there. The person behind the counter was very sweet. They greeted us promptly when we arrived and asked us if we had any questions about the menu. We asked generally what were their most popular items and they directed us towards the menu on the right side of the shop My friend decided to just get a fresh fruit tea that was passion fruit and I decided to try the Oolong black tea with milk and boba. For both of us the flavors were definitely there when it came to the fruit, and the boba, but we did not get a lot of the tea flavor. For myself and my friend we definitely like to taste the teas used for our drinks. That was the one main thing that was a call out for both of us. Overall I definitely would check it out again because maybe it was just they were rushing as there were a lot of mobile orders coming in.

I got the KoalaTea and the drink didn't quiteeee hit the spot for me, but it was good. Would come back someday and try something else!

The teas here are pretty good. I tried the blended matcha which almost tasted like cheesecake. But I thought it was good and I'm someone who likes my matcha drinks strong. Also they have ube drinks and my son liked it. I forgot to order boba with it so I missed that but will try it next time. Very cute place and clean. Also you can order stuff yourself from a kiosk.

Kids enjoyed all they ordered except for the drink that had Lychee, said there wasn't much taste to it. Music has been toned down to a more comfortable hearing level.

Mainly the seventh graders are just jumping on each other and yelling so much to the point that the workers/staff members are threatening and asking them to be quieter and calm down. I was just trying to peacefully drink my boba tea when this happened. Other than that, it’s a cute place and a fast way to get boba tea. I can’t even focus on typing this without hearing yelling from the seventh graders.

Ambience was plain, few chairs and table and a koala painting. I'd say if you want good drinks, there's so many good boba places around.
