Personale simpatico e competente, prezzi nella media, piatti buoni e ben presentati. Ci è piaciuta sia la cucina di carne e pesce che le pizze (anche a mezzogiorno). Super il tiramisù, ma le foto parlano da sole!
Utilizzata la formula mezza pensione, sono rimasto soddisfatto sia della camera che della cena, con piatti genuini. Personale cordiale, camere pulite, bagno con doccia senza bidet.
Un posto molto economico con uno dei migliori piatti che ho mangiato in Italia e un servizio molto differenziato! Sei sempre frequentato con gioco e buon umore, ottimo posto!

Il ristorante propone sia piatti tipici tirolesi che cucina mediterranea. Le portate vengono presentate come nei locali 5 stelle, la quantità è abbondante il sapore ottimo. Provata anche la pizza, promossa a pieni voti come il pane che portano in tavola caldo appena sfornato. Le camere per dormire sono grandi ed accoglienti ed il punto di accesso alle stanze è strepitoso, con una scalinata che porta ad un soppalco illuminata da belle vetrate. Davvero originale. Locale romantico in stile tirolese, prezzi onesti.
Siamo stati ospiti del cavallino bianco per lavoro. È un ottimo albergo che a mio avviso meriterebbe una stella in più. Le camere sono molto confortevoli, spaziose e pulite. Una caratteristica singolare è il fatto di poter regolare la temperatura della camera a proprio piacimento agendo direttamente sui termosifoni. La colazione è abbondante, superiore alle aspettative. Se mi capiterà di tornare a Bolzano per lavoro o per svago, tornerei al weisses rosso.
Accogliente, personale gentile e buona cucina. Non adatto a carrozzine in quanto le stanze per pernottare distano a due rampe di scale dal piano terra. Caffetteria della colazione non al top. Consigliato.
Io ho soggiornato nel B. and B perciò non posso parlare del ristorante ma dicono si mangi benissimo. Il gestore è molto simpatico e cordiale e disponibile perciò penso che valga la pena di provare.
Giusto il tempo di una notte per un impegno di mio figlio il giorno seguente. Fuori dal centro di Bolzano ma allo stesso tempo raggiungibile in pochi minuti d'auto.
Locale giusto sia per gruppi che per coppie, lo staff è giovane e ci sà fare con i clienti! Per non parlare dei piatti che erano il top! Tris di canederli da leccarsi i baffi,consigliato
Bella casa antica. Personale gentilissimo. Stanza molto ampia e comoda. Da provare assolutamente il ristorante soprattutto le specialità locali.

All in all, we were very satisfied with the hotel. The rooms are a bit plain, but that's not a problem. The location is central, yet quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The food was really good and staff was friendly and helpful, we did not know exactly what to order so we asked them. We were not disappointed :)
We ate at the Weißes Rössl and were absolutely thrilled with the service and the delicious food. We received a truly warm welcome, and we were even allowed to bring our dogs along. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. I love it when dishes are prepared with fresh herbs. I'd love to go back.
Central place to stay with free parking close by. The rooms are very spacious and ours also included a table and seats, armchairs and a mini fridge. Bathroom functional, shower a little bit older.

HOTEL, di un'altra epoca. Caratteristico sia esternamente che internamente. Ottimo per la posizione. Cordialità in tutto. Prezzi ottimi in proporzione all'offerta. Unico neo il bagno è privo del bidet e asciugacapelli. Nota stonata. Parcheggio a richiesta gratuito e disponibile a 20 metri dalla struttura. Il resto del paese è una favola. Con tutte le case, i negozi e le altre strutture perfettamente coordinate con il territorio.
Excellent hotel in a strategic location. Convenient and safe parking, and a friendly and welcoming owner. With a few tweaks to improve the quality of the rooms, it would be the best!

The rooms are a bit dated. Otherwise, the service is excellent. Free covered parking is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The staff speaks excellent German and is friendly and can be reached by phone.

Locale vintage e caratteristico pulito e ordinato ,gestore disponibile e gentile, prezzo troppo caro per non dare nemmeno la colazione e nessuna informazione a riguardo linea Wi-Fi molto scadente a volte inesistente ! Da migliorare

Nice hotel, but poorly used. A few small improvements would make a difference. Slow Wi-Fi, bathroom faucet with aerator needs replacing (costing €1). Too bad.
The room was okay, but a bit dated. I suspect this house was once an old farmhouse and was converted. Ideal for an overnight stay. The parking lot was a bit hidden, so directions in advance would have been very helpful. Unfortunately, no breakfast.
Decent location, modern decor that you might not expect from the restaurant's dated exterior. Well-cooked entrecote, generous platter served with Fornarina-style white pizza and grilled vegetables. Everything was good. Friendly and helpful service. Price a bit high, slightly above average for what we ordered.

Sul servizio dell’hotel e dello staff di accoglienza nulla da dire ma sulla civiltà , educazione e rigore della cucina (chef soprattutto, cafone e arrogante) purtroppo abbiamo avuto una antipaticissima impressione. Discutibile il parcheggio per distanza , impossibile raggiungerlo mancando assolutamente le indicazioni, L hotel mette a disposizione un anima pia che ti accompagna salendo (educatamente) in macchina con te. Le camere sono spaziose , i bagni sprovvisti di asciugacapelli e kit di ristoro, moquette poggia borse sporca a pochi metri dal letto. Purtroppo assolutamente da evitare soprattutto per lavoro.
Terrible place with tattered, smelly linens. Tiny bathroom. No breakfast. Excellent parking and very nice staff (lady).
Restaurant service: dirty floor, lackluster ambiance. The pizza was mediocre. We were full, but it wasn't a place to end a lovely day on vacation with dignity. I'd rather have pasta with ready-made sauce in the vacation apartment.
