I know this is weird to write a review for a fast food joint....BUT THIS TACO BELL IS AWESOME. The food is...well Taco Bell. So what this review is really for is their service. Every single time I have gone through the drive through, I have received impeccable service - fast, precise, kind, and friendly. The employees seem to be having a good time, and that makes my 1/2 pound cheesy potato and grilled stuffed burrito taste even better! If you want good, cheap fast food without the typical drive trough "I'm depressed" attitude - this Taco Bell will surely provide!

Any item you get is delicious, a lot of people knock on taco bell's ingredients although its just like any other restaurant. Employees should interact with their guest more in my opinion. The new taco with flaming hot cheetos is great by the way and I'm glad they kept their value menu available. Thanks team Taco Bell!

Love, love, love those Cajun fries with nacho cheese!!! But don't bother getting the upgraded version, messy and not Cajun. Not good. Everything else on the menu is fire 🔥 they don't give me the runs like most people

Typical Taco Bell, except this one actually puts the precise and right amount of cheese in the food ordered - not excessive and not light-weight. Definitely a shop that makes the Taco Bell worthwhile and above value, especially with costs on the rise.

Did drive through at 930 pm on a Saturday . Cashier quickly answered . Dude in front of me ordered $25 of food so I knew it was gonna be a while. I myself got a bean burrito and a couple of spicy soft tacos. $7. To no surprise it did take 12 minutes for them to make the massive order for the guy in front of me. But luckily my order was ready to go when I finally pulled up . The cashier were nice and friendly. After paying I went to a random parking lot and devoured my food. It was damn good.

Had a rough day at work. Just wanted something for dinner and Taco Bell seemed like the place to go. Placed my order, confirmed with the friendly person on the screen, Picked up my order, got home and every thing was perfect. Both the Order Taker and Window Server were friendly and courteous. The experience was the best part of my day. This site is the best.

This is my favorite Taco Bell location! They consistently prepare good food. Portions are fair, and flavor is well seasoned every time. Lastly, the lunch staff always are on it. They handle the busy lunch hour like pros. The cashier is awesome, she never forgets to ask if I want sauce, and has a genuine smile on her face as you exit the drive thru.

Taco bell has always been one of my favorites for when it comes to fast food. They almost never get my order wrong and for the price you can never go wrong. This is no Mexican food restaurant or fast food for sure but it is still amazing fast food none the less. I would highly recommend if you are trying to feed a lot of people with very little money. :)

Let me start by saying the line was around the building BUT WELL WORTH THE WAIT! I've never had better customer service! Yoni (the manager) was super awesome! Not only did he communicate with everyone in line, but i could hear him keeping up morale which i think we have all been in a busy situation that couldve been made better if the manager was like we got this guys keep up the good work. Im from out of town and was passing threw. I will always come back to this spacific tacobell because of the staff on duty tonight. Thank you Yoni for being a leader under duress.

I ordered the Grilled Chicken Burrito through the drive-thru, and WOW—absolute flavor explosion! The melted cheese on the outside of the burrito is pure genius. It’s like they wrapped it in a blanket of golden, cheesy perfection. One bite and my taste buds were completely blown away. I was so impressed, I literally parked and went back inside to order a second one just to see how this masterpiece was made. Yes, it was that good. Melty, savory, perfectly grilled, and packed with flavor. Hats off to whoever came up with this recipe—this is next-level fast food. Taco Bell, you’ve outdone yourselves. I greatly enjoyed the return of the Green burrito and a tostada. They certainly brought back memories of the past. I remember when they were 19 cents each around 1967. They were as tasty now as they were back then. I hope they keep them on the menu for some time because the Taco Bell burrito is my favorite snack.

Last time I went the employee gave me the order of someone with a similar name. I was gonna go back and exchange it but he gave me a Mexican pizza. I’ve never tried one and have heard people rave about. I’m sorry to the employee, I was gonna exchange it but the pizza looked so good… I hope you didn’t get in to much trouble. Other than that, it’s nothing but hard working people trying to get your order to you asap. Nothing but respect for this store.

What can I say? I love Taco Bell. It’s just that when I want to have something prepared my way, at times it’s difficult to communicate what I want, and it doesn’t always get made right the first time. That being said, I like the food.

Food tends to vary is freshness. Sometimes it is great when fresh but when you order 2 of something and they give you one fresh and one that's been sitting it makes you not want to go back

taco bell is a favorite of mine, and this one is no different seems like they're all the same. The new crunch boxes are awesome. And the new menu items are tasty and interesting to say the least.

No green sauce...again. Tell corporate if not enough to demand to keep as a regular, why not make it a small pack? If I had known no green sauce, we would have gotten a burger at the corner. (Liked Taco Bell since green sause an option in the 1980s.)

I ordered from the app, so I can't comment about the length of time to order. My food was decent, I got the box meal with crunch wrap. The tostada shell tasted a little stale and was very hard, but other than that, it was OK. I mean, it's Taco Bell, what do you expect.

My husband has gone from hating Taco Bell and loving Del Taco to requesting Taco Bell. He usually gets the steak grilled cheese or the 5 layer burrito. We also get the soft shells tacos or the chicken quesadilla. They usually get our modifications correct, and the service is usually friendly and swift. Fair price for the food.

I place orders for my keto diet, Steak power bowl with extra steak no beans or rice, they always get it right, tables are kept clean. 4 starts because even though the bathrooms look mostly clean they have a smell I think they need to bleach the floors the grout is dark moldy looking.

The parking lot is super small, and the drive through line kind of feeds through the middle of it, making it really hard to park if you need to do so. Keep that in mind if you want to dine in! But otherwise, my service was good, and the food was too.

Each visit seems different. Sometimes the food is good sometimes it is bad, same with the employees and the dining environment. The menu changes every two months it seems as do the soda dispenser drinks. I need some consistancy before I can rate this taco bell restaurant, it seems like this taco bell is run by a bipolar manager.

Please take Baja Blast drinks off of your menu if you no longer serve them because youre breakin my heart over here! The three other stars are for the patient employees and the toasted cheddar chalupa

Staff is curt-eus. Very rigid business model. The food was quickly served, the overall meal was ✓not that bad - meaning the cost does not equal the quality that could have been better which negates any future visit. Taco Bell = No sale

Went through the drive-thru and it took FOREVER even though we drove right up to the order menu and there were only a few cars ahead of us. By forever I mean 20-30 mins. They did give us the 'senior discount' to make up for it. However, the burritos were the smallest we've ever received at any Taco Bell!

This was the worst experience ever. 02/24/25 We ordered through the Taco Bell app, and our order was supposed to be ready at 6:12pm and it wasn’t until 6:42pm… and on top of that all the employees were rude and…. The food was cold! Yes, ALL of it was cold. And they don’t care.

I've eaten here off and on my whole life and it's always been decent but this time was TERRIBLE!! How do you mess up a taco??? I ordered 2 tacos and BOTH of them were just thrown in the bag unwrapped with ALL the ingredients strewn all over the bottom of the bag!!! Last time I EVER eat at that Taco Bell...

Simple job. One that I was able to do at the age of 16. Take order. Make food using fresh ingredients. Give ordered food to customer. Should never forget any items but I can forgive that. What I can't forgive is after leaving the drive thru and finding things were missing and going inside to retrieve them, being disrespected buy the people inside as if it was my fault the items were missing. Yall want higher pay, then do ur jobs and don't be disrespectful when u mess up. I wouldn't want to even pay you at all with that horrible service let alone increase ur pay. Went there for the first time in years and I completely regretted it. They missed half of my order. Then once I got back there to retrieve my order they were all standing at the window laughing and gawking over a woman having an obvious mental health crisis.

Just got home and there is about 1tsp…yes I typed teaspoon of ground beef on all of my items. I have never pulled apart a crunch wrap but when I can feel my thumb through the item…it’s a problem. Doritos locos taco looked promising but I couldn’t ignore the familiar feeling of a business card in my hand…so stale. The grilled cheese burrito was weak, it had no flavor. So much tortilla for 1tsp of meat. The chalupa is elite and is going to be great, regardless the minimum meat. It’s the best thing on the menu. After 18$ and a $.50 charge for chipotle sauce…I would say - unimpressed.

Parking lot & drive through are terrible. EXTREMELY tight amd once you're in, you can't get out until you go through the drive through, and yes that means even if you park and est inside. For doordashers and others alike, DO NOT ACCEPT A RIDE TO THIS LOCATION, they will have the food ready and you can even see it inside sitting on the front desk, but they'll make you wait in the drive thrlugh line to get it. While I was there, there were 2 other individuals who had to park in a different parking lot and walk over, knock on the locked door, amd explain how their order was wrong. They were told they have to go NACK through the drive through to correct it, mind you they line was at least 10-15 cars deep AND at LEAST a 15-20min wait time. Horrible efficiency, terrible initiative from the employees, and all that just for some taco bell. NOT WORTH IT!

This place is right next to a local, long time favorite, REAL Mexican food spot Albertos. I love Albertos! They have the most delicious Carne asada and beans. I love that the line at Albertos is always long, and this Taco Bell that thought it would steal the thunder stands there in shame. My son asked for some food from here, so I took the ride if shame and went through the Taco Bell drive-through. 2 cars in front of me, and it took 15 minutes. The gal working the window was nice, and my son said the food was as expected. Don't go here, go to Albertos. Show the corporation that thought this location was a win that they were wrong. 💓

I've gotten over charged and still have the wrong order. My recent order was cold and clearly old soft tacos with a over filled soda that made a mess in my car requiring me to buy a new wallet at minimum.

I really love taco bell ,but today at 4:30 pm I went threw the the drive thru and ask for real c I asked if I can switch my gordita for a chalupa I always ask for these to be switched the lady just straight up said no , i also asked if I can pay the difference and lady said no again . The menu screen at the order box, was not working. So, the drive thru attendant actually expected me to know/memorize exactly what I wanted from a "food" menu that changes monthly, if not bi weekly. #Ridiculousness

I went through the drive-thru and the person on the speaker there talked so fast but so low and with an accent I could not even understand her. I repeated my order three times they still did not get it right. And the guy handing out the food was too busy bowing to us in the car to make sure the order was correct. The order kiosk and the line to order should be more space out instead of having the kiosk right in front of the cashier is a bad idea. There were too many customers crowding up that area and some customers are just standing around thinking that other customers are ordering but they are actually waiting for there order.

They are rude unwelcoming serve you cold food and act like they don't want to be at work. I get that it's fast food but to be blatantly rude to customers is down right inappropriate. I used to love taco bell but this particular one needs to be shut down. They literally will give you food that is visibly old. Ordered my food with no cheese, double checked before I left and saw several pieces of shredded cheese all around the inside and some large pieces too. Told the person working and she says "there is no cheese in there". When I showed her the cheese she said that it's because it's next to the lettuce and suggested its the norm. I asked for a refund, she tried to have it remade instead, had to ask for a refund again. If you didn't think there was cheese the first time around when there clearly was, why would I give you my trust for the second trust? I dont understand how this is acceptable and standard, does Taco Bell not understand allergins. Didn't even receive an apology whatsoever, just an "mhm" when I thanked her for the refund. Another thing is that some of their items seem to be more expensive than the taco bell off Midway.

Never will I order from this taco bell site. I have been using the (specific) delivery app and never had issues. But this time I got really upset, I placed an order for pick up like always and when we arrived there they said that it was picked up for DELIVERY! Please! I did not place it under delivery but for me to pick it up, they never remade the order and had a really rude customer service experience, then they said that they were not going to remake the order. Finally decided to call the number that they have n they never answered. Then final comment, a nice lady through GrubHub customer service saw that I was telling the truth, order was cancelled and will receive a refund. Tip: don't go here nor order from them. Horrible experience.

This review is a modification from a review posted a year ago. Since then I've been having many problems placing orders with your online app. I brought it to your attention several times but I'm pretty sure no one there cares. Every time someone tries to use the app and it doesn't work you are losing customers. There are customers like me who really enjoy your food but have reached the end of the rope. Due to the fact that your app practically never works properly, I've decided enough is enough and I will never purchase anything from Taco Bell again. Today I tried to make an app purchase that was a deal and the app kept charging me full price. Well that's it for me. The people in the restaurant just say "we can't do anything about it". And obviously management or corporate couldn't care less. It's nice to have great apps and try to keep up with the Joneses but if your app is not functioning you're losing customers. So just to let you know you're not losing this customer temporarily you've lost him forever. Not only that, but I will never have a good word to say about Taco bell. The worst thing in the world so far as business is having unhappy customers and letting them know that you care absolutely nothing about them. Taco is very efficient about that. You're letting every customer know loud and clear that you have no interest in pleasing them or keeping them as a customer. Good luck with that

Never had a problem with them besides today. I ordered a $13 bundle and they didn’t add the burrito it comes with so I drove home and had to go back . Mind you I didn’t eat my food because it was already cold so I went back for the burrito took all the food back and I requested for them to remake my food . The manager said no she couldn’t even though it was their fault I had to go back . Point is customer service with the manager “Araceli” was the worst even her attitude !!
