They recently moved to a new location! The interior is brand new, incredibly clean, and the overall atmosphere has improved so much. It’s a much more pleasant environment now. The recently relocated shop is absolutely stunning—everything is brand new, spotless, and much more inviting. There were a few things that really stood out to me: Smart Displays: I loved how they have the pizza sizes displayed on the wall. It makes it so much easier to choose the right size visually. Trustworthy & Local: Seeing all the awards on display gave me great confidence. It’s clearly a well-loved, long-standing local favorite with a rich history. Thoughtful Layout: They’ve started serving alcohol at the new spot, and I was impressed by the layout. They’ve clearly put thought into ensuring the bar area isn't overly exposed to minors. The Lunch Special is a Must: In the old shop, salads were served in to-go boxes, but now there’s a full Salad Bar where you can enjoy as much as you like! I highly recommend visiting the new location. It’s a huge step up!

This was my first time at the new location, and it was clean and nice. They have put in a salad bar again and there is a bar in the back. I am not sure if they have the meeting rooms available like they used to. The doors by the restrooms kept slamming, I would suggest making them quieter, but everything else was great!

Was good but 90 bucks for 2 pizzas and wings is just outrageous to me. Not from the area was just passing thru. Probably wouldn't go back just because of the price.

The pizza's are a little greasy but delicious we had the a bbq chicken with red onion+bacon & a pepperoni + ham. Enjoyed playing the games they have there with my kids while waiting.The buffalo wings were also great as well as the customer service.Cant wait to stop by with my family again or order delivery.

Ok this place is seriously bomb. I usually stop in for the pizza buffet lunch with garlic knots and salad bar w/ drink for less than 10 bucks!! Its not just about the price though, the pizza is fire! The crust is like chewy and really good. You can tell the cheese is good too. They have one of those drink machines that has like 50 different variations of softdrink. The place is located in a stripmall across the street from Staterbrothers. Parkings usually really plentiful and all in all the place has a good vibe about it. Theres a few arcade games against the wall (no street fighter 2!? They almost lost a star for that but the pizza made up for it) that make you feel like its the 90s again before the collapse of the US - you probably remember how good it was then if your in your 40s too. But I'm sure you probably are in that age range if your still reading this becuase you can read actual words still. TBH ICYMI OMG IKR WTF!

Pizza is good 👍 I ordered the bbq chicken pizza it was good although it threw me off as they used pizza sauce for the base they shoulda used bbq sauce u taste pizza sauce n bbq sauce it kinda throws you off but o well it was good. I wish this place was bigger like the other pizza co spots they have. But iam looking forward to tasting their other specialty pizzas. Go give it a try yourself.

Pizza was good but a little on the pricey side

I been a long time resident here in Fontana, since 2010!! I seen my fair share of pizzarias, but let me tell you the pizza taste in quality is up there. I would compare it to round table in taste! It is really I great tasting pizza. Now the reason I am giving this 4 out of 5 is simply because of the price! We spent a total of 60 dollars for XL pizza(one topping), 12 hot wings, and an order of garlic bread. If you decide to go here for the pizza the price is okay just for the pizza. Anyways try it!! You will not be disappointed. 🍕

I got the lunch special that comes with a personal size pizza and drink for $9.50. Pretty fair price considering it got me full. Pizza tasted good, breadsticks also tasted good. I just would recommend to not get the marinara sauce that comes with the breadsticks. Would buy again.

Pizza was amazing! Service was slow and the girl taking orders was not very helpful. We lived in Phelan when Pizza Factory opened. We celebrated there a lot. Menu had changed the names of the pizza. Hence my questions. But all said and done we will be back.

The pizza was just ok. One slice had no cheese or sauce which was odd. Prices are high. Probably won't be back.

Everyones nice the pizza is average tastes like a pronto pizza or pizza loca, the vibes are nice but dominos would be faster and taste a bit better

Ordered a large 4 topping pizza and two orders of lasagna came to $74 and change,pizza looked like their medium size use to,and it needed more cheese on it,paid alot for this meal,got less & quality was cut,lasagna looks good but haven't tried it yet,but I'm not going back cause you don't get what u pay for anymore, I know economy gone up & prices,but when you decide to eat out you should get what you pay for, not less,disappointed with pizza factory not going back anymore,so many places are becoming a disappointment. Sad to think integrity has gone out with quality of products. The craftsmanship is dying.

Easy Cooking

The pizza is average. One thing id say is it $30 for a medium pizza is ridiculous. But as far as pizza goes it was ok. The red sauce was standard, the pesto was standard. The girls that work there are cute and friendly. Overpriced for average pizza

First and Last time ordering from this place. Tonight I placed a phone order of 2 XL pepperoni pizzas and an order of chicken tenders 10 pc. for pick up. They said it would be about 15 minutes so I get there in about 20. Again, this is the first time I ever order or visit this location, so when I enter the place looks great, it looks very clean, open space, and you can see them preparing the food etc.. So at this point everything seems fine. But then I am told that I had to wait on the chicken tenders. I could hear the lady that was in charge of making the tenders say that she forgot about them, so she dropped them in the fryer. 5-7 minutes later the tenders are done, but the lady is busy preparing another order, so the guy, maybe the one who does the pizza, gets the tenders out and puts the in the container, nothing wrong with that.. until... I see him touch my tenders with no gloves, after touching his knows what, pushing them in so that the lid would be able to close. Strike 2!! The girl gives me my order and asked if I wanted any condiments to which I say no. But when I placed the food in my car, I changed my mind and went back in to ask for some ranch to go with my tenders. The girl tells me there's a $0.50 charge.. LMFAO SO.. I paid in total $74 and change for 2 pizzas and chicken tenders, they made me wait because they forgot about my order, I see the guy touch my tenders, and they have the gall to still want to charge me for a ranch?!! That is freaking Crazy!!! Never again.

This pizza factory USED to be good with the old owners. This PF in particular I feel is getting every penny out of the customers. They charge for every little thing, and to top it off you pay for condiments that are half filled. I used to be able to buy dough here, I used to be able to get the pizza well done. I tried to use a coupon at one point that THEY gave me and they said I couldn’t use it? Makes no sense. Anyways if you want to go to a better pizza factory. Go to the one off Main Street in Hesperia. They at least give you coupons you can use and full condiments you don’t have to pay for.

Pre ordered my pizza in morning for 5pm pick up. received no text or email my pizza was ready. When I got there my pizza was sitting on a counter not under a heat lamp. The crust was so HARD it was inedible. Way way way over priced crappy pizza. Their salad was almost all lettuce and barely any chicken or other toppings. A Practically $13 dollar salad should NOT be mostly all lettuce. Hadn't eaten here in a while yesterday's experience was a huge reminder why $42 for ONE MED PIZZA AND A SALAD, never again

Not good costco/sam pizza better

I pre-ordered and still waited 40 minutes for my pizza. When I asked them what was the delay? They said they forgot to put my pizza in the oven. I was not compensated for the wait me or my family will not go there again.

Sadly was a huge disappointment. The service was inefficient, the food was not worthy of the cost of it. The wings were served cold. I really wanted to support this restaurant but the dining experience was just not up to par.

Had to lower to 1 star ordered my food it said to come in at a certain time I come in and the food still isn't even being made... this isn't the first time this is the 3rd time I just won't be back.... Reply to the owner I wouldn't consider it cause of rude employee's gaslighting me to think that online orders aren't made until I step in the door...

Went in today and ordered an Italian sub. Waited 30 minutes and asked where it was. It was never made yet. Wow. Got a refund and left.

Went to new location and let me tell you it went down hill Went For buffet. All pizza cold asked for pizza and nothing. Waited 45 minutes for pizza to come out. Floors dirty. Old place was definitely better

What a bad experience tonight at the Phetla Pizza Factory. I've been coming there since it opened. Tonite the crew was very disorganized and rude. My wife stopped in to pay for the pizza. When she finished paying the cashier threw the receipt down on the counter and walked away. No exchange of words: ie Thank-you ect... I went later to pick up the pizza. There was one person at the counter completing their transaction. Once they were done the cashier walked away leaving me at the counter alone. I waited for several minutes before checking the ticket on the pizza sitting under the heat lamp. Once I saw that it had my wife's name on it, I took it and walked out. At home I noticed the lack of topping on it. I blame all this on very poor management.
