I've eaten here for at least 10 years. They have their pizza times down to a science. I've always had great pizza and appetizers from this location. Not much to say about this location. Courteous service. They always have the orders prepared on time, never messed up my orders and the food has always been good. The few times the pizza was going to be awhile, like Super Bowl Sunday, they let me know in advance when I ordered.

Placed order, an hour later still had not gotten it. Manager delivered to us 10 minutes after we called to find out where it was. All his help left and he continued to prepare the orders they had taken and deliver. Food was out of this world. Will order again

Food tasted good, but my husband I got a nasty case of food poisoning. Will never eat there again.

I haven't eaten from this location but when I called to ask about delivery the lady was very rude and short. Would not look up my address or explain the area since I just moved here. Very, very rude and is bad for business. Wish I had her name to help the manager with this issue.

Ok pizza was good if I aked for cheese when u ask for pinapple I'm pretty sure every slice should have pinapple thats why we order not even 12 pieces of pinapple

Pizza is great. Lady was rude on the phone and told me I couldn’t use a deal online and call in even though I do it all the time. The people with long hair that make the pizza do not wear hair nets and that’s pretty disgusting.

Always slow with delivery, I get what I ask for but they always make me wait

Pizza doesn't get to my house on a decent time. The pizza is okay just not worth what I'm paying for. Better off buying little Caesars.

Two doughy pizzas in the last few weeks. They did send me a replacement 40 minutes later that still had a doughy spot but could be cut out.

The pizza was fantastic as always. Unfortunately we ran into problems with the staff and our delivery. We had ordered our food and everything was great! We then get a notification that our order had been delivered. We checked outside and saw no one or our order. We attempted to call this Papa John's several times, and we received no answer. I called and had my husband call as well. Anyways, since we didn't get a call back and the app said it was delivered, we checked our neighboring apartments and no one had our orders. We then decided to drive to the Papa John's just in case the order was delivered to another person. We got in and was greeted. We explained our situation and the employee attempted to call our delivery driver. She got no answer from him but continued to call. She was finally able to get ahold of him and he was at our apartments. She asked if we wanted him to come back or for us to meet him. We decided to drive back to meet him. My husband explained that this was sort of an inconvenience, as we were told it was delivered and since we could not find our order or the delivery driver, we had to drive back. She said something about having to clock the driver back in so he could bring another order to another house on the way to our apartment and that is why the app said it was delivered. My husband then continued to tell her that he understood what she was saying but that it told us that it was delivered and we had no order we drove back. Then I mentioned that both of us had called their phone number several times and received no answer and then made the decision to drive there. The employee asked what number we called and I showed her the number. She said that we must have called the incorrect number because they didn't get any phone calls. The employee didn't know the number. She had to look through receipts to find it and then continued to blame it on us and the phone call not going through. Unfortunately, there was nothing done on their end to make the situation better. The employee had a belligerent attitude the moment we tried to explain what happened. The delivery man, Micheal, was kind enough to wait for us and we appreciated it tremendously. He was very positive and had a kind attitude. He apologized for the situation. We thanked him for his kindness:-)

I was a manager for a different pizza chain for a few years and I am so uncomfortable with how I was treated this afternoon... We ordered online over 30 minutes before we went to pick up because we were doing some shopping, when we arrived I went inside and was completely ignored by the woman on the make line who was just staring at me? I said hello to her and she just continued to look at me and not say anything.... weird. There was about 3 other guys standing around talking and nobody acknowledged or greeted me. Finally after standing there for a while, the woman on the phone got off and very sarcastically said "yes ma'am what do you need". I told her the name under the pick up and the only time she was relatively polite was when she was telling me I could add a tip on the cc machine. I am also 39 weeks pregnant and she made a point of putting the pizza boxes on the counter as close to her as she could, didn't push them or hand them to me, so I got to push my belly against the counter to grab them... Not a big deal, just some basic common courtesy...There are so many other better pizza places around, don't waste your money here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When I ordered they told me 25-30 min for delivery and it was here in an hour. I called and spoke to the manager missy (however you spell her name) and she hung up on me twice. I’ll be trying to get into contact with the owners as it’s not a corporate thing. This is ridiculous how they treat their customers.

Displeased with the service. I placed an online order and when my husband went to pick up the food they only gave him half of what we paid for. Not until when he came home is when he realized. And we didn’t even want to eat our pizza because when he was there he seen how an employee was doing the pizza with out gloves and he scratched his head and went right back to making the pizza without washing his hands.

Very rude costumer service. “Asking what do you want!?” when picking up our oder. Then 2 of the garlic sauces are busted in 2 of the boxes. Leaking all over my kids pants who was holding them in the car and making the pizza nice and soaky. I call and being told it was probably the persons fault who carried them! I don’t think so! Keep your smart opinions to yourself and change your job, because you are not meant to work in costumer service!

So many problem with this place over the past few months they aren’t timely. I ordered a pizza to be delivered at 12 and you’d think they’d even bring it a tad earlier but no they were 15 minutes late. They forget sauce that I pay extra for and they are not apologetic for their mistakes at all. At this point I’m over it and I’ll be contacting corporate.

Never again, went in the store only 3 employees wearing masks and they were all down on their chins. One employee with a single glove on ( not a pair just a single glove). A customer leaning on the counter not even a foot from where the pizza dough is sitting with no mask just breathing all over it. An employee answering phones and putting her hands all over her mouth then checking people out and handling money without washing her hands. Oh and the final straw my dam pizza wasn't even cooked fully, nothing like biting into semi raw pizza dough.

I will never order from here again. Everytime I've ordered from here there is something wrong with my order. Usually missing some or all toppings. In fact, I don't think this is even the pizza on my order. On top of that, the wait time is insane for delivery. I am tired of waiting a long time for a messed up order.
