I've eaten here for at least 10 years. They have their pizza times down to a science. I've always had great pizza and appetizers from this location. Not much to say about this location. Courteous service. They always have the orders prepared on time, never messed up my orders and the food has always been good. The few times the pizza was going to be awhile, like Super Bowl Sunday, they let me know in advance when I ordered.
Ever since I've moved up here from Iowa, they have always and I mean ALWAYS handled my order in time and correctly. I usually get up to 15 extra cheese sauces every single time I order. I pay about 10$ just for that cheese sauce and they make sure to give me those in a separate box on top of the ones that come with pizza and breadsticks. Their food is always fresh and ready. So unless you make and unclear and incorrect order on your own merit, then these people will always give out great and accurate service.
Order was shifted during transit. Delivery driver informed me of the issue and corrected the problem. Super friendly and understanding. It's all about customer service. This guy went above and beyond to serve. It's good to see customer service. The drivers name was George Bevens, and deserves recognition. This driver George showed phenomenal customer service. Great job! Keep up the amazing work!
Placed order, an hour later still had not gotten it. Manager delivered to us 10 minutes after we called to find out where it was. All his help left and he continued to prepare the orders they had taken and deliver. Food was out of this world. Will order again

The pizza was fantastic as always. Unfortunately we ran into problems with the staff and our delivery. We had ordered our food and everything was great! We then get a notification that our order had been delivered. We checked outside and saw no one or our order. We attempted to call this Papa John's several times, and we received no answer. I called and had my husband call as well. Anyways, since we didn't get a call back and the app said it was delivered, we checked our neighboring apartments and no one had our orders. We then decided to drive to the Papa John's just in case the order was delivered to another person. We got in and was greeted. We explained our situation and the employee attempted to call our delivery driver. She got no answer from him but continued to call. She was finally able to get ahold of him and he was at our apartments. She asked if we wanted him to come back or for us to meet him. We decided to drive back to meet him. My husband explained that this was sort of an inconvenience, as we were told it was delivered and since we could not find our order or the delivery driver, we had to drive back. She said something about having to clock the driver back in so he could bring another order to another house on the way to our apartment and that is why the app said it was delivered. My husband then continued to tell her that he understood what she was saying but that it told us that it was delivered and we had no order we drove back. Then I mentioned that both of us had called their phone number several times and received no answer and then made the decision to drive there. The employee asked what number we called and I showed her the number. She said that we must have called the incorrect number because they didn't get any phone calls. The employee didn't know the number. She had to look through receipts to find it and then continued to blame it on us and the phone call not going through. Unfortunately, there was nothing done on their end to make the situation better. The employee had a belligerent attitude the moment we tried to explain what happened. The delivery man, Micheal, was kind enough to wait for us and we appreciated it tremendously. He was very positive and had a kind attitude. He apologized for the situation. We thanked him for his kindness:-)

I still remember what the cashier told me “I wouldn’t want to have my food delivered from here either” Decided maybe it was one bad experience. Placed an order through the app, 5 minutes later, I get an email saying my orders cancelled. No explanation. Maybe they just didn't want to fulfill my order. Not going to bother calling, leading to an argument based on other reviews. This place is not worth it.
Their treatment made me extremely unpleasant. I went to get the pizza I ordered, but the attitude of the black employee there turned me away and didn't even ask for the purpose of the visit. Then I responded to the customer who came first. Then the white employee handed me the pizza, pointed it at the receipt and forced me to tip. I came here to pick it up without eating it. And I've been there 10 times, but never tipped it. I'm Asian, so I doubt it. It was the worst. I will never back again.
Ordered a pizza that was suppose to be well done. It was burnt. The crust was harder than cardboard and everything else was rubbery. Not to mention I did not get the extra garlic sauce I ordered. Update: after a few more visits I’ve observed even more things about this place that is concerning. Employees touching their clothing and wiping their face/nose and hair with their hands and than touching the pizzas. Waited over 15 minutes after the app had indicated my order was complete. Do not go by the app if it is done.
READ FIRST BEFORE YOU ORDER!! Worst Papa John’s I’ve ordered from. Called twice to check on the status, first time the person said the driver left 5 minutes ago. Second time I called (30 minutes later) and the same person said the driver left 10 minutes ago. Took them about two hours and 30 minutes to show up. It wasn’t till I wrote a message to customer service that I finally got my pizza. At that point I didn’t want the pizza anymore. Needless to say, they got a free pizza from me with tip. The time and effort to get that back would have been a waste. These are definitely the same individuals that fight for $15 an hour pay with mediocre service.

If I wanted to use door dash i would have done so, i ordered from papa johns expecting them to deliver not to hand my order off to someone who never showed up.
At 1826 on 27 April. We placed an order. Very small order at that. We live about 4 miles away from the location. Waited patiently for a little over an hour. Called and spoke to an employee who said it should be here soon. Waited another 20 minutes and called again. The employee I spoke to this time took forever to find the order. Once he found it said he thinks the driver took it just now at 1951. And said he had no clue where the driver was and then said goodbye and hung up. Worst experience. Never eating at this location again.
Pizza averaged 1.5 hours late. Despite specifically given detailed directions in Evans Mills, they consistently attempted delivery on Fort Drum. Never once offered mediation by the manager. Horrible customer service, despite having a great tasting pizza.
I said 5 o'clock delivery it was here at 415ish and now my family has to eat cold flipping pizza why ask if u want to have it delivered at a certain time and have it show up 45 mins Ealy and would u feed ur family COLD pizza I think not
