I had a great experience here. I don’t normally dine at “American” Chinese restaurants, but I’m sold. Our server was amazing, she knew what she was talking about and recommended all the right things. The calamari and Mongolian beef were great, and definitely something I’d recommend as well. Will definitely come back in the future!

I recently dined at P.F. Chang's and was thoroughly impressed with the quality and flavor of the food. The service was excellent, and the ambiance added to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend P.F. Chang's for anyone craving delicious Asian-inspired cuisine!

We had such a great experience on Thursday we came back Sunday. We had soup and all appetizers , lettuce wraps, California rolls, bbq spare ribs, honey chicken, crab wontons, brunt Brussels sprouts, wonton soup, vegetables rolls and Asahi beer . The food was delicious. Customer service, the atmosphere everything was great.Pf Changs in Fairfax,Va.

Been a good while since I’ve been here. Pleasantly surprised. Place was empty on a Sunday early afternoon. Friendly service and tasty food. Wasn’t expecting much from the sushi roll, but was actually very good. Menu has definitely shrunk over the years, understandable.

We had a group of 8 and visited PF Chang's for Sunday lunch. Our server was Aalyiah - she was friendly and attentive and made great suggestions for food & drinks. I tried the amazing pomegranate lemonade --it is now my favorite drink! My meal included my favorites-- lettuce wraps, egg drop soup & Mongolian beef. My friends & I all ordered from the lunch menu, including appetizers, soup, entrees, & desserts. We all said our meals were delicious, but Aalyiah made our visit fun & we loved having her as our server. 🤗

Pricey, but very high quality. Upon our first visit during the Christmas season, the place was busy and the host told us that it'll take around 10 minutes to get us seated- except it actually took only 4 minutes. Our server was very efficient from taking our orders to answering questions about the menu that seemed unclear to us. Opinion-wise, I think their salad was one of the best menu choices because of how fresh and saturated the taste was. We luckily also had a coupon which lowered our total price down to $80-ish including all the foods that are shown in the photos. The setting has a Chinese-traditional vibe to it especially the decorations on the walls but nothing really screams in your face. It is very well-balanced with some American tradition as well and I would highly recommend this to groups of friends living near the Fairfax Corner area.

My husband and I have been going to PF for over a decade now. This location was nice and had easy parking at the time we went (think middle of the day). The food came out as expected. The lan fried dumplings are my favorite. I always get the orange chicken (yes for the last decade lol). My husband gets the Mongolian beef. The orange chicken was a bit sweeter than I remembered. The non-alcoholic drinks were delicious. Highly recommend. Our server was attentive and patient.

Love P.F Changs!! Came for my birthday and had excellent service. The food was delicious. Our waitress was friendly. And I had the best free dessert!! Banana spring rolls with coconut ice cream! Bathroom was a bit dirty, other than that everything was awesome 👏

Food was very good, everything had good flavor and was made well. The sesame chicken was delicious and the Lo Mein was really good as well. - staff were all friendly and helpful. - parking can be hard to find in this area due to how busy it gets with everything around. - prices are somewhat normal for the area but gets pricey when ordering appetizers and drinks. - service was quick and the waitress was very attentive. - place was clean and organized. - overall a good first experience at this location. I'd recommend this place.

The ambiance is so fancy and fun, opulent for an Asian restaurant. I adore their food- the pan-fried pork dumplings are a great starter, as is the miso soup. I always order the kung pao chicken. Nobody does it like PF Changs. Spicy, deep, a hint of smoke and lots of chili. They had a promo for $15 you got a bottle of wine- I liked the 19 Crimes Cabernet Sauvignon. Raquel was our server and was attentive, professional, and swift with our orders. We had a great night!

Giving a positive review based off a recent experience I had with this location. I went to pick up an online order and because I was in a rush I didn't look to confirm that the order was incorrect. The order left out things that were an extra charge and I called the restaurant with only the expectations that they would provide feedback to the staff and will do better next time. Not only did the manger assure me that they would do so but she went above and beyond and gave me a refund for my troubles. I was very satisfied with the outcome.

We had an amazing server, Natalie, who took great care of us, answering questions and making delicious recommendations! Natalie provided excellent service, was friendly and kind as well as patient with our numerous requests. She kept smiling and serving us delicious food! We were very impressed with her, and as it's been a while since we have dined at PF Chang's, we look forward to returning and requesting her table! The manager also came by to make sure all needs were met and we were pleased to let him know of our excellent experience.

This was my first time visiting PF Changs, as soon as I walked in I’m greeted with great customer service by Diana and Ximena, very sweet young lady’s. The food was pretty good. My server was amazing as well. Overall, my experience was great, I will be returning.

P.F. Chang’s Orange Chicken is a reminder that a familiar dish can still feel special when it’s done with care. The chicken arrives perfectly crisp on the outside and tender inside, never oily or heavy. It’s generously coated in a glossy orange sauce that layers bright citrus, gentle sweetness, and a restrained heat that slowly wakes up the palate rather than overpowering it. What makes this dish memorable is its balance. Nothing competes for attention—each element works in harmony, creating a flavor that feels both comforting and intentional. The sauce clings just enough, the texture stays satisfying to the last bite, and the dish feels polished rather than rushed. As an establishment, P.F. Chang’s continues to justify its reputation. The atmosphere is refined yet approachable, the portions are generous, and the consistency speaks to a restaurant that values execution as much as experience. This Orange Chicken isn’t just enjoyable—it’s thoughtfully crafted, and it leaves a lasting impression that invites you back.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at P.F. Chang’s tonight, thanks to our wonderful waitress, Raquel. She truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. She made our son feel like an absolute superstar on his birthday, and he was just beaming the entire time. Raquel also gave us spot-on recommendations from the menu, and her accommodating, friendly nature really made us feel like we were in great hands. We left already talking about when we’ll be coming back. Thanks, Raquel, for making our night so memorable!

This place is subpar. Food was average, not worth the price. However, I will absolutely be coming back due to the service. Andrew did everything in his power to accommodate my family. I don’t think I’ve seen a server as personable, competent, and willing to fulfill our wants and needs. He seems to go out of his way in order to make us feel welcome, and that no task is too small. He even made our kids happy! Any request they had, he was on top of. Very attentive, respectful, and polite! Maybe this guy should be a manager….? He checked on us more than the actual managers did, even though he was clearly busy; I don’t think I saw a manager my entire time. I would have loved to praise him to a higher up. KEEP THIS GUY! I love the new lamps on the table, it gives a little more light, and makes me feel like I’m not in a dungeon. Host seemed very disinterested in helping, and very monotoned. Not necessarily how I want to feel when I walk in. Didn’t really feel welcome until our server came along.

A very nice atmosphere and variety of dishes. A big shoutout to our server Emma for taking on a big group and helping us celebrate our coworker. Everything was delicious and didn’t take long to come out. The sangria was my fav. The orange chicken could’ve used a little kick of spice but overall it was all good.

I visited on a Wednesday evening for some quick comfort food that would be a little lighter and less heavy. Placing an order through the website proved relatively easy, including indicating food allergies from a menu. My food took twenty minutes from submission to receiving a text about my food being ready for pickup. I waited only a minute after parking in a curbside spot and having a staff person bring me my bag. A smooth ordering process overall I thought. The wonton soup had a clear-tasting, not-too-salty broth with vegetables that still had texture and wontons that had shape. I probably could have had a bowl instead of the cup I ordered. The steamed pork dumplings were cooked nicely with a reasonable portion of filling. The chili sauce struck me as a little too oily for my taste, but the spice level was assertive enough for a good accompaniment overall. The chicken with broccoli had good flavors (ginger comes through well with the chicken and sauce) and textures (chicken not dry and broccoli not over cooked). I like how the amount of sauce did not pool at the bottom of the dish, even if I wonder if the sauce could be a little less sweet. The brown rice was satisfying, although I did find a small clump or two in my portion. The dessert was my treat for getting through the day, and overall I like the concept of caramel with bananas. The fruit garnish seemed a little out of place as good as berries normally are. Maybe some sort of chocolate drizzle or a tropical fruit like mango or pineapple (see ice cream in next sentence) would go better. The ice cream was a highlight, as I could clearly taste the coconut and pineapple flavors. Overall my meal hit the marks of lighter fare while still providing that comforting feel. Bill including tax and tip totaled just under $60 with just under $50 being actual food costs. I would have felt more excited about the value if the bill were $5-10 less, but given the current state of prices overall I felt as though what I paid for four dishes in this area was reasonable. Would I return? Sure.

Went for lunch, I always get a pad thai when it's on the menu. Unfortunately this one was really spicy for me. I took a few bites and left the rest. Waiter never asked if it was okay seeing I didn't eat much. Just brought me a to go container. Now the pork dumplings were amazing, plated well and delicious. My husband had orange chicken that he also said was amazing.

Not a bad experience but also not the best experience. My family and I enjoyed the food, it wasn’t super delicious but it wasn’t terrible either. There was a server mix up so we had to wait longer to get served after we got the menus. The server gave us a complementary dessert for the long wait and mixup. He had great customer service despite everything which was nice! Overall, it’s a good place to eat but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back here again.

Incredible food. Never had a bad experience at P.F. Chang’s. The Mongolian Beef, Lo Mein, and Kung Pao Chicken are all 10/10!! Prices are great too. Noah is a great waiter!! UPDATE on 12th July 2025: We’ve been coming to P.F. Chang’s for years, but this recent visit was a letdown. When we arrived, our table was dirty, and the server didn’t bother to clean it until we asked. We also sat for 10 minutes without menus and eventually had to get up and ask for them ourselves. The service throughout the meal felt inattentive and disorganized. The food quality has clearly declined. I heard there was a management change around April 2025, and it really shows. The lo mein noodles, which we’ve always loved, tasted completely different. Not terrible, just not the same. The dynamite shrimp had no dynamite sauce at all, which is bizarre. I had to ask for sauce separately. The firecracker shrimp also tasted nothing like it used to. It was still good but different. Only the Mongolian beef lived up to expectations, still excellent. The house salad was bitter, probably from bad lettuce. We voiced our concerns to the manager, and they gave us a free appetizer, which was appreciated, but it didn’t make up for how far the experience has fallen. The entire restaurant feels like it’s operating at a l lower level now.

In celebration of my niece’s birthday, we came to one of her favorite spots. We were seated promptly and our server Kenneth took our orders within minutes. We ate beef with broccoli, orange chicken, crispy green beans and a kids Lo Mein with a side of carrots. The food arrived and we enjoyed our delicious meals after a long morning of visiting a petting farm. I told our server it was my niece’s birthday we were celebrating so we could surprise her with a dessert. Soon after Kenneth packaged up our leftovers, he brought a nice happy birthday card and dessert which was a scoop of ice-cream, fruit, and fried bananas drizzled with what appeared to be caramel. The dessert was devoured within minutes and my niece enjoyed every single bite. We really appreciated the moment and our server’s friendly demeanor. Overall the dine-in experience was a good one because of our server who was excellent. However, can’t say anything positive if ordering take-out which is one of the reasons I deducted a star. I’ve ordered $150+ worth of food in the past and received wrong items, or the portions were not adequate for the price. I’m sure everyone is working hard, but not having a more thorough process to ensure all is accurate is a major annoyance. My only other pet peeve is the flooring in the restaurant. It’s extremely sticky! Please do better! The Sterling, VA location has closed a while ago, and would hate for this location to go down the same path.

Great service and friendliness - with Savannah. This location is better than others. Sesame chicken could use improvement but kung pao was delicious. Spring rolls were a bit mushy. Crispier is better.

I loved the food here ! 🤤 Dynamic shrimp was yummmm. But coming to the service👎, we can say that our server was new. I don't know why, but he got confused and other person double/triple checked the order with that we made. And we waited for the fried rice for more than 45 mins. I had to call 6 times(6 different people) for our order and had to take it in to go box in the end as it was not served on time.

Food was ok. Portion was less than expected. Host was very unprofessional, barely audible and not friendly. Waitress was very distracted with fake smile. Never received paper napkins requested stopped by a second time to take our order. Drinks ordered as we sat in were not ready till mid dinner. Restaurant serves tap water with heavy after taste. Management walks around too early and does just a generic check up.

Unlike other negative reviews we had a positive experience with our service, Raheim was very sweet & attentive. The food on the other hand was incredibly disappointing. We started off with the Crab Wontons which were the highlight of the meal 10/10 would recommend if you end up here. We then had the Kung Pao chicken and opted in for upgrading to fried rice.. the fried rice was SO BLAND. Disgracefully bland. Moving onto the BBQ spare ribs which at first glance & first bite of rib #1 I gave the dish a 9/10 ..upon eating rib #2 the sauce becomes so overwhelmingly sweet and rich that the rest of the dish becomes inedible, nice sharing option but you’d ruin your stomach eating more than 2 of these. Next the pork egg rolls with mustard sauce, the sauce is amazing.. The dough of the egg roll was crispy but the filling left something to desired. And lastly the biggest shock of the night, the egg drop soup - absolute 0/10! There wasn’t even taste with about 3 tsps of salt added.. I have sadly never had such a bland soup. It was a weird mixture of chicken noodle soup and boiled water with some egg flakes in it. The concept is great but terribly executed, when the check arrived we couldn’t help but feel like the overall experience was a disappointment and waste of money. Stick to your local Chinese.

I ordered delivery (Uber Eats). I received cold House of Chang’s chicken and rice but piping hot egg drop soup. Now, I know what you’re probably thinking, but: I live less than a mile away from the restaurant, and the order was delivered immediately after pick up. The whole process took probably 10 minutes from placing the order to receiving it, so I’m genuinely convinced the restaurant simply gave me cold food to eat and that’s why the order was ready so quickly. The pork egg roll (also cold) was actually good with a nice crunch, but the House of Chang’s chicken was just bad, even after heating it up. Mushy chicken and dry cold rice. The egg drop soup was also subpar. Now, I understand eggs can turn gray from overcooking them but this (pictured) is pretty unappetizing. I didn’t finish my meal and I won’t be ordering again.

We used to go to PFC alot, but hadn't been in a few years due to a move away. I was so disappointed the food now is horrible. There was only little bits of chicken mostly breading for orange chicken dish! I remember it used to be chucks of chicken. The spring rolls filled with 'mushy'. Actually every dish was not good, I'll not return.

I had a horrible dinning experience with the server Javier. It was like he was irritated by me and my husbands presence. I ordered the lobster dumplings and I realized he never asked if I wanted them fried or steamed and so I approached him and expressed I wanted them fried prior to them coming out with irritation he told me they came already fried…. They were not. After receiving the rice (which was bland) I expressed I’d like to swap the rice for lo mein and with irritation he told me no and I had to pay for an extra side so I just did. But after that I had enough and decide to just pay and leave but I approached a different server who was absolutely sweet and helpful (it was two servers actually) and checked out. After that Javier came back to our table all chipper and said “awh your leaving so soon” and I of course said yes…. Then he picked up the wine stand and wasted everything on the floor. The food was amazing but service with Javier was not. Thank you to the two servers who did assist me and my fiance.

We stopped here to catch up with family at the bar cause we knew it wouldn’t be loud or sportsy like the first restaurant we went to across the street. It wasn’t loud or sportsy so it was all good. When we sat at the bar we were the only ones there and it was cool! But err the bartender was kind of annoyed from the start. My mom is our designated driver so she can’t drink alcohol so we got her a mango iced tea or something and It had no lemon and unsweetened. So ok no lemon whatever. we asked for sugar and he was like sir just give me a minute ok. (There was one person at the bar now) ok maybe he ordered the 20 long islands or something cool I know they are annoying to make. But He never got back to us on that sugar. We asked the guy who brought us our entrees. We got the sugar packets no problem. Just so weird to not just bring sugar to an unsweetened drink to begin with to give someone the option and save yourself the grief. Worse case scenario someone wants unsweetened and you never hear from em. Best case scenario they need sugar and they don’t bother you because it’s there. It was such a weird decision making process to get flustered over. Entirely avoidable even with 20 long islands guy (who just ordered a beer in reality). Anyways real bummer cause everyone was really nice and we stayed for one round and left because it was just such a weird experience for a not busy bar and Xmas time.I was a standard tip anyways because I get it’s a tuff season and economy and all. And I’m not petty but I felt compelled to write a review for whomever just wants to catch up and ends up in a weird bar where you feel you inconvenience someone for wanting sugar lol.

Went last night as a party of 5. Service was fine (minus the fact that I never got my white rice after asking twice), but the food was horrendous. PF Chang’s used to be a favorite, but it REALLY went downhill. Fried rice was soggy and had no visible ingredients other than rice - and had absolutely no flavor…which is ridiculous since there is a $3 up charge per serving. 2x members of the party ordered the dinner special with Teriyaki chicken, took a bite and thought they got the wrong dish. I tasted it and it was horrible - no teriyaki flavor whatsoever. The manager came over (he was great) and I told him we thought they gave us the wrong dish. He said “that’s how we make it here” and gave us a Mongolian beef dish instead - which was good. Egg rolls were ok. Peach Boba Refreshers were fantastic. But when you are PF Changs and mess up the fried rice and main dishes so bad… I wouldn’t go there again except for the bar at Happy Hour. I don’t know if their chefs changed or they ran out of salt, but it was really, really bad and we used to LOVE that place.

Idk what’s happened to this beloved brand. We ordered appetizers (the shrimp dumplings were awesome). The sautéd spinach is gone. My fav shrimp gravy entree from 2015 is gone. We ordered appetizers- the shrimp dumplings were great, we’ll order again, but the deep fried crab dumplings not so much (mostly cheese filled). I’m not a fan of anything sweet, so I ordered the ‘black pepper chicken’ and fried rice. My wife ordered the ‘Sesame Chicken’. Everything we tasted was glazed in some sweet sauce. Including the Black Pepper Chicken. Just a sweet aftertaste no matter what you order. The hot and sour soup was sour enough that my teeth got sour. You know that feeling when you bite into something really sour? Your gums feel it. I’ve been a patron for the last 15 yrs, and I visited again after a 5yr gap - my ASHBURN, Dulles Mall location has long since closed. I see now why they are dying. Sad to see.

Omg ! We went there at 8:30. They gave us the table at 9:30 pm and the food came out like around 10:40 pm… rice was hard ! Beef was so bad ! The cocktails were so bad. I don’t know why this happened. But I really don’t recommend this restaurant. The only thing was good was the ribs.

A

I usually do not leave reviews, but both items in my order were of concerning quality that I'd like to flag. PF Chang's Lettuce Wrap - contained a long white strand of hair directly over the lettuce and wrap mix. Kid's Beef Teriyaki with Broccoli - the broccoli was spoiled (sour/musty smell, one broccoli was quite discolored, see image). Food safety is of utmost importance when operating a restaurant. Please do better to take care of the health of your guests.

Don't go here...unless you dont mind an hour wait AFTER your reservation time. Management non-existant. Poor customer service. Plenty of other good food just a few steps away.

S

Waited for an hour after our reservation time. Complete waste of time. If you have a special occasion or a business dinner don’t consider this place or you will be embarrassed (not on the the level of embarrassment PF Changs is). I already had low expectations for the food but they couldn’t seat our party for over an hour? We ended up just visiting Uncle Julio’s across the street.

C
Chris Carver

I arrived at the location at 6 pm to a mostly empty restaurant. Only a party of 1. Was offered to sit at the bar, so I did. Sat there for almost 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. I was looking forward to Changs spicy chicken, but I ended up walking out do to no service. Very disappointed.

Last night we had the worst experience we’ve ever had at P.F. Chang’s. From the moment we sat down, things were off. The plates at our table were dirty, and after ordering drinks, my water arrived with gross things floating in it. When we politely told our waiter and asked for clean plates and a Coke instead of water, his attitude toward us completely changed—for the worse. After that, he stopped checking on us and didn’t refill our drinks. We constantly had to wave him down for anything we needed. When our entrees arrived, we noticed the shrimp fried rice was somehow spicy, which was very strange. In our experience, fried rice is never spicy. When I mentioned it to the waiter, he said they “might’ve gone heavy-handed on the chili oil” and smirked about it, which felt very unprofessional. We’ve been here several times before and have always had great food and service, so this experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. This is not what we expected at all, especially from a place that’s always been amazing and delicious in the past.

F
Fatima Diaz

I just came from my friend Ricky tiktok @rickyvalentinn If this is how you treat customers, then you shouldn’t be a manager. We’ve been to several other places where his ID was accepted without any issues, but at this location, you’re claiming it’s fake. That’s extremely frustrating and feels unfair. You couldn’t even provide a clear reason for rejecting it, and your attitude wasn’t professional or courteous. We will definitely be going somewhere else for better service. This was very disappointing.

A
Angela Sim

They really try not to look at the take out area lol. I was waiting with this one other guy behind me for our carryout orders; six servers walked past us without a word. It felt like they were purposely avoiding looking at the takeout counter haha. I’d get it if the place was busy but it was mostly empty… we stood there without anyone offering assistance for a good ten minutes smh. Just very unprofessional.

M
Mary San

The place looks elegant, well put together but the service quality is terrible, the host did not welcome us or say hi, nothing, didn’t smile at all, maybe she was too exhausted because it was busy, I don’t know, 🤷🏼‍♀️ the server was just ok, took almost 30 minutes to bring each course, I spent over two hours sitting just to eat my dinner served a little cold. But what was great was the banana rolls dessert 🧁 very tasty and the only thing that felt fresh made and warm.
