Went on Thursday, February 9,2017 at 1:10pm and was told by cashier that l was receiving a discount since it was Thursday. She also asked me what my drink was like and said she had not tried it before. I am a black man and all the employees were young white women.They all looked like teenagers to me. I'm writing this review because I was very surprised when l was not only thanked very politely but each one of the employees either told me thank you or have a nice day as l picked up my drink and was leaving. I left smiling and thinking this is the kind of place I'll remember and come back to as long as the service is this friendly. These are certainly the right employees to build business up. Good job young ladies. I'll be back.
After a few misses, one JJ team member finally got my smoothie right. Was it the tip? I don't mind if that made the difference. Today, my custom smoothie was awesome! However, I have always have a great experience with the team members. Awesome humans! When both customer service and product are on point, it's a beautiful thing. Hmmm.... I needed the option to post a separate review for today. So today, I went for my "regular" smoothie, which is anything but regular. I am completely aware that I go completely off the grid with this combination. However, most major smoothie chains has something on their menu that can be worked with and "doctored." For the most part, you pay an upcharge, they accommodate. Today was the same, except I opened my mouth to say that "when it's done "right" it's brown" (from cacao or cocoa). It was presented to me blue. Blue is not bad though. Obviously. Because today, my smoothie was not brown and it was a different version of "right" and I enjoyed it as much. Thank you, it was great!💙🤎
I love this jamba juice. The workers here are so nice and friendly. I always feel welcomed when I go in, if you want juice i would highly recommend going here. They don't make you feel like your a hassle when you order unlike some other places.
I go almost everyday because I love the smoothies, especially the peanutbutter mood smoothie, it is delicious and the service is the best, they are wonderful, fast, and very friendly. I definitely recommend it and I give it 5 stars. It's the bomb!!
I wasn’t feeling well and the guys in there were enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful. Very much appreciated and my smoothie was delicious.

The service was quick. Mostly because I stopped by fairly early in the morning before going into work. The people were nice and I was out in about 5 minutes. It's good for a quick stop for something that isn't a ton of food. Jamba Juice has gotten quite expensive is my only complaint about the experience.
the gentleman working 10/14/2024 night shift made all three of my drinks to PERFECTION. They tasted sooooooo good. Thank you!! I recommend the Caribbean Passion

The staff is so nice whenever i go here! And the drink was wonderful. The only negative thing I will say is they didn't have any strawberries that night. I also waited a little while for my drink.
I love their smoothies but hate paying almost $10 for one. If you plan to go more than once, I suggest downloading the app. It has saved me a few bucks!
I wasn't feeling well, so I went in to get a drink with some vitamin C in it. There were already a few people inside when I was walking in the door. The employees were super sweet and very busy. There were only two people working during this lunchtime rush. The drinks are very expensive and delicious, but because it was a lunchtime rush, it took a long time to get our drinks. You can't fault the employees for not having enough staff, but I try to be honest in my posts. Great job girls! Manager, shame on you for for under staffing. If people could get through there faster, you may even have more customers. Since most of us are on a time frame during lunch and need to get in and out, it's important for the products to be expedited.

I got the apples and greens smoothie with a zinc shot. It was great although not everything was blended. The staff seemed like they were playing catch up to open and get the day started even though it was 11:00am and that could be due to understaffing. The customer service was fine. The location is good plenty of parking. Store was clean.

The gals working here at this particular location were polite and helpful. The smoothies didn’t taste as good as I remembered them tasting back in the early 2000’s for a Jamba Juice, but still good. Nothing I’d write home about but not bad.
Employee's efficient but definitely not personable. They talk and laugh amongst themselves and ignore customers...but they did eventually get the drinks made."I'll be right with you" & "Your order is on the way" go along way!
Used to come at least once a day. Ordered ahead with the app. But sometimes still had to wait for them. Now for the past week they have not had pineapple.... How hard is it 5o go to the store n pick up some more pineapple. Im tired of substituting for something else. Please get with it. And out source....
I got a matcha drink and a strawberries gone bananas for my child and I. The matcha tasted extremely watered down and the cashier got my order wrong because I had asked for the regular amount of ice and they put light ice and I was told it was a blended drink but it was a watered down drink and I do not recommend it.
Order a bowl from a machine even though there were two employees. This is prove that customer service and feeling welcome is not important for big chains businesses. Okay experience. Not gona be back for while. Bowl tasted ok, I order agave and they did add it to the bow I had to go back and ask for it.
Felt welcomed into this Jamba today, however their smoothie queue is disorganized. I asked for two identical smoothies and received one that had a totally different color. Kindly asked for it to be remade which was done quickly. Got to give them credit for being able to remake it in a timely manner however all drinks I’ve ever ordered at this location have all had an inconsistent taste which is my biggest qualm about Jamba :/ Will not be visiting this place anytime soon
Came in today and noticed a lot of new faces and maybe a little bit of hope for a better service than before. Ordered smoothies and pretzels for the family. With tip. It cost about $60. As we wait. I noticed most orders that was done after us has been passing us until the place is almost empty. I finally went to the counter and noticed that our order is done... all of it, but it was just sitting there. The lady was about to give an order to another customer that is about to pass us again while our order is ready. I pointed out that our order is ready and she looked at it and asked if that's my name on the order. I acknowledged her and she looked over and saw all the pretzels sitting by the warmer. She asked the cashier to hand it over to her, which is about 2 to 3 steps away from her. So we finally got our order. NOT impressed with this new crew. So not much changed. It wasn't busy when we got there. There were few that came in after us which most of them got their orders completed before us. Jamba Juice in Vacaville by the outlet does so much better. If there is a next time, I will definitely skip the tip, because you don't how the service will be after you pay. Sorry, but not really.
Heads up!!! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I have watched 6 people walk into the store, get in line, order their drinks and walk out. My husband is currently still in the store right now waiting on our drinks (3) we ordered online which said it was going to be ready at 12:48pm. It is now 1:08pm and still no drinks. I suggest just walking into the store to order. Update: He finally got our drinks at 1:12pm. Adding on to my rant... Why do they even keep this store open if the kids that run it want to close up shop so early?!

Multiple times I have gone to this location I have ordered the whey boost in my large drink, this increases the volume. Unlike this location, most locations fill a twelve ounce cup and give it to me along with my large cup. First I thought maybe it's a new person, but now that it had happened several times I'm convinced it's the facility. Not to mention when I got there the place was a mess, and the trash inside had not been taken out from the previous day
The smoothie was delicious. The service was nice but I was not informed that they were out of tops. They have a sign that says they are out of large cups, but nothing indicating there are no tops I would not have purchased had I known there were no tops. And I used points to make this purchase.. a loss😢

The second (and last) time I came here, there was an older lady there that I had to constantly repeat my order to and correct her. I received my sandwich, and I was mortified to find a super long hair in it. I'm absolutely disgusted and won't be coming back.

After getting my drink, I asked for two water cups, and a male employee responded with attitude, saying, “YES, BUT IT’LL BE A MINUTE.” It ended up taking five minutes. I work in the service industry myself, so I understand how difficult customers can be and how it can affect your mood. But that doesn’t justify taking it out on polite customers who haven’t done anything wrong. Do better, Jamba Juice.
Came In, and nobody was at the register. They have a kiosk, but at most locations, that is optional. An employee made eye contact and said nothing, causing another customer to inform me that they are only doing kisok. I had cash only, so I asked for help, and nobody still responded. I will never enter this location again. Side note this location stinks. I don't know what the smell is, but it's like a mix between onions and old fruit. That's should have been my first clue to not enter.
I dont know why I tip them a dollar when this is the only Jamba Juice that doesn’t put the extra juice on a separate cup especially when you told them too. Also, one of the workers there doesn't smile, I feel like he hates his job.

Got two bowls from them today and I was so disappointed! I paid $18 dollars and it was disgusting. I have loved jumbo juice for years now and by far this is the worst store I’ve been to. Workers were polite but it was the actual food. The bananas seemed like they were frozen for a while and then u frozen it didn’t taste like bananas it tasted like cardboard. The actual bowl tasted like spoiled milk. My stomach has been upset all day! Very disappointed and prob won’t ever eat jumbo juice again.
No manners and bad customer service. It was our first time in this location. We had to walk out of the store. The employee (girl) was so rude when we asked a question about ordering.
3 different times I have come here to order a jamba juice. All 3 times my order has been wrong and I am not ordering anything outrageous. When I noticed the drink color was wrong and questioned if it was correct the individual behind the counter assures me it is. When I take a sip I find out it is not I go back in for a remake of the drink and get attitude. This location is horrible on customer service.
Employee is very rude, no one to take order only a machine. I went because I had 2 gift cards. The machine would not let me pay with the gift cards, and the employee would not help. Do not come to this location!
The WORST jambajuice ever. Never enough employees always short of staff, On one visit after already paying and waiting for 15 minutes for my order , they then tell me, sorry we are all out of strawberries ,A week after that I went again, They only had two employees working, the place was very busy , they only had one person on the register and the other employee making orders, I got in their around a little after 2:45 and did not receive my item's until 3:10 which was ridiculous , My question is, if the manager knows the store gets busy and they are short of staff , why don't they step in and help their employees.

I was having an amazing before I came here🤦🏾♀️i came here, ordered my two drinks and two waffles and as usual I asked for my left overs (to give my 2yr who an employee said was cute). before they were done blending my drinks I reiterated that I wanted my leftovers and another employee said it would be an additional $.50 for an extra cup (which I paid) he then handed me my two drinks and poured out my leftovers and completely forgot to make my waffles. No apologies or anything.
Never going there again. Drink was made incorrectly the night before so I spent my time and gas to go back out and correct the issue. My original drink was a large the supervisor tried to give me medium and asked for my rewards number because I think he subtracted the points BUT I PAID FOR THR DRINK! Never again will I waste my time and health on this place. Please remodel it looks a bit dingy in there.

I don't have 20 minutes to sit there while waiting for my order. I went inside. We're being forced to be the cashier. Takes an additional 20 minute to wait for the people to figure out how to use the machine including myself as well. Unless I'm getting a discount for being a temporary employee. I'll take my business else where. Bring back customer service How does this place open at 8am? That's kinda crazy. If it opens after we all get to work. What's the point? Makes no sense
It was my daughter's first time ever going to Jamba juice, i was so excited for her to try it and we had a horrible experience. We decided to go to this location and since the moment we walked in ALL employees were so rude. Drinks tasted horrible, we paid for extra things and didn't get it. We were told that they don't even sell that, so why have it on display and offer it? Definitely won't be going to this place anymore
Horrible experience today. Went to get a smoothie. Waited in the car while my daughter placed the order. Saw cars coming and going. My husband went in to find out the reason for the delay. They checked in twice and was told it would be 5 more minutes. It was literally an hour later and they could not locate the order but ended up just giving us a refund. A young girl is managing the store and is obviously in over her head. No apologies, just gave us our money back. Literally an hour wait and no smoothies. A waste of time.
This is our favorite location. However this last experience on 4/22 around 11am was not. The employee working was rude and dismissive. No one treated us when we walked in. We had a question and we were ignored until way past the time it got awkward with us standing at the register. I would love to tell you which employee was rude but he was not wearing a name tag. And as someone who works in the service industry as well I was entirely flabbergasted by his behavior.
The customer service was excellent. However I ordered a watermelon smoothie and taste like strawberry.Melts way too fast. Need a tropical smoothie 👎🏼
This review has a long over due. This store is absolutely terrible. They NEVER and I do mean never answer the phone I have gone to place the orders online and the “store isn’t accepting online orders” so there’s no possible way to order ahead. The one decide that online ordering is actually available I pull up to the store and the lights are off as if they’re closed. I walk in and the three employees on duty are just sitting down and when I say I have an online order the “manager on duty” looks shocked so the ordering ahead was useless. When I ask for a manger they tell me they don’t have one and so I ask for a business card of the owner and he says he can’t find one. Don’t waste your time here
During the weekend shift, especially the employee with dreadlocks, it seemed like he didn’t really want to work there. The service was extremely slow. I understand that it was busy, but he even stopped to clean the floor and still worked very slowly, which felt intentional. If he doesn’t want the job, he should consider resigning because this role doesn’t seem like a good fit for him.

Customer service was awful. No lids for the small, medium , or large smoothies . $65 spent on smoothies and all 9 of them taste terrible. (Didn't calibrate their juice machines?) I want a refund. : / I do not recommend this location.
Bad experience today. Long wait times and bad service. My wife's drink was made wrong. They made it a 2nd time. Worse than the 1st. We left with a refund and won't return to that location.
