The staff here was very nice to my nephew they even let him stay 16 min after closing great place

As we walked in the greeter that stamped us was very friendly and welcoming the food was good. And also the staff that checked us out and the people or should I say the staff that made the food was very polite.

My recent visit to Chuck E. Cheese's was absolutely fantastic! I took my daughter and son there, and it turned out to be the best experience we've ever had at a Chuck E. Cheese's location. The variety of games available kept my kids entertained for hours, and the staff members were incredibly attentive and went the extra mile to ensure that my little ones had an unforgettable time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

It's been years since we've gone here because the place was getting dingy and worn, but now, great recovery! Newer games, clean booths, better tasting food. All equal a great time for families. Will be back!

We came to celebrate my son’s birthday and one of the managers for the store/birthdays was a 10 out of 10 star tonight. She made the whole party go so smooth and was amazing with our children. Definitely bring your families and if she’s got a Chuck E. Cheese tat then you’ll definitely have a wonderful time. Pizza was great as always and salad bar was clean and kept stocked.

We celebrated my sons 5th birthday recently and had a great time. The event manager was there to great us and show us our party table. Our party host was incredible. I was never told no to any requests, including keeping the cupcakes in the fridge while we continued to play (whipped cream frosting). The place was clean with all games functioning. You can tell the staff is working hard to make sure my son had a great birthday!

Remodeled and looking good. New games and friendly staff. Happy to have them back open again. Nice place to take kids to for quick fun.

Special shoutout to Ali, DJ, Andrea and Juan. I need to get the name of another female staff who helped us throughout but i have to say, even the other staff members not involved in the party kept helping us. Decided to bring in my son's 3rd birthday at chuck e cheese. The staff is truly outstanding. They answered all my questions patiently over a period of one week. Accommodated requests. All the kids that came for the birthday had a blast and so did the adults. The pizza was super yummy, we got the cheese, veggie and peperoni options. They kept coming back and checking in with us if we needed anything. Even with multiple parties going on we didn't feel any lack on the service part. The birthday show was super cute and fun. I would recommend them a 100% for a fun birthday experience.

Surprisingly chunky cheese is way better now than the 90’s! Pizza is great and games are new and lots of fun. Employees are happy and happy to help. My son had a great birthday party! Thanks Chucky!

This branch is one of our favorite chuck e cheese. The manager here Ally is great and very helpful and nice to the kids. I was served with Javier, he was very helpful and cheerful. I liked the atmosphere also this branch is very clean and nice. Also they are very careful for the kids and their safety. There is a person on the door to check that the kids are entering and leaving the place with their parents. Everything was nice. We enjoyed our day and my kids were very happy. Thank you We liked our experience today too

The games were nostalgic, the atmosphere was magical BUT THE SHOWROOM, that was the best part! This place brings back so many memories and even though it has changed nowadays, it will always hold a place in my heart

They have where you can pay on a card for them to play for an hour or more. The pizza is pretty good too. I would recommend people go. It is a fun time for the whole family.

Unfortunately no more animatronics though but instead there's a big screen and a dance floor. When I went there it was the weekend right after their grand opening so it was obvious that they'd run into a few issues. There were some problems with the games due to wiring issues that was said to me by the manager, and my pizza took a little while to come out but honestly I can't complain too much. They just opened and it's all new staff so of course it's not going to be completely smooth sailing right from the get go. I'm more than positive that with time everything will be handled.

We had such a wonderful experience at Chuck E. Cheese! We accidentally came on the wrong day for my son’s friend’s birthday celebration, and he was understandably disappointed. The amazing Ms Ally went above and beyond to brighten his day—they surprised him with a free play pass, and it completely turned things around. He had a blast playing games and left with a big smile on his face. We’re so grateful for their kindness and generosity. It made a big difference and truly showed how much they care about their guests. Thank you, Chuck E. Cheese, for making sure my son had a great time even though his mom got the dates wrong.

It's a clean location with a very friendly and professional staff. I would recommend this location in particular because I know they handle birthday parties well and their staff try their best. The food does take a while to come out, but realistically if their food came out faster the quality would decline and this location has done well ensuring their food is a delicious and I want it to stay that way.

We have the $7.99 monthly pass for my daughter to get to play 40 games a day and she absolutely loves it. I’m so happy that an offer like this exists and she looks forward to going to Chuck E. Cheese one to two times a week for play dates and family time. The pizza is delicious too, and the staff are very nice. Highly recommend.

Major tip- Schedule a birthday party right when it opens, that’s the best time and our party host was Jenn and she did an awesome job, the kids had a blast.

My toddler son has a ton of energy and Ally was able to help manage him and his toddler meltdowns. She got down to his level and redirected and reassured him. She is great with children and parents! She was very understanding and made a point to ensure that I spent as much quality time with my family and friends. Birthday parties and hosting can be stressful but not with Ally at Chuck E Cheese. Everyone had a blast! Ally thought of everything and provided exceptional service. The pizza and lemon pepper wings are delicious. Chuck E Cheese had something for everyone from our 3 year old to our 12 year old and beer for the dads. 10/10 recommend. We will be back. Thank you Ally! We truly appreciate your service, understanding, and kindness.

Jayson at the front counter is probably the only reason I am giving 4 stars. From the start he was attentive and had great customer service. He did his best to help all the customers waiting to cash in their tickets. Helped with a ticket issue we had. Manager, Jayson is definitely a great staff member. The staff is young but they do work hard. Be patient as the place is still getting it together. Most of the staff is still learning the ropes. Pizza was good. Salad bar was good. Had a good amount of options to choose from. Games are definitely more for younger kids like 10 and younger. We still had fun though.

The pizza for $13.00 was 4 tiny little slices. I was shocked at how little it was. The service was slow due to staffing, could have used another person. They added trampolines, so my grandson was very happy. Overall is was a fun time for him.

I mean, it's Chuck E. Cheese. Don't go there expecting great food but it's very entertaining for the kids. The staff isn't excited to be there and I'm sure they aren't paid enough to pretend to be happy to be there. You kind of get what you pay for. The place is reasonably clean, it's not disgusting or foul. I was actually surprised that it was maintained as well as it was. If you need something to do or are having a bday, it's not a bad option.

Everything was as expected. Some games were not clear on how many tickets the kids won. Some said 1000 and kids thought they won a 1000 ticket. So it was a little confusing.

I went to Chuck E. Cheese on April 2025 and the food and Atmosphere is amazing. They offer a variety of different arcade games and even have a small bounce house for children. Chuck E. Cheese is a very family friendly place and I recommend going there. They have animatronics that are kind of creepy, but the kids like it! One complaint that I have is that their pizza tastes low quality but Chuck E. Cheese is still an entertaining place to go to. (Also the origin of all the fnaf lore) 🐁💜

Many machines weren't working and the lines for food/service were bananas due to overcrowding. The kids stilled enjoyed themselves but those issues make it difficult for grownups to have a good time too. We did have an awesome customer service experience so no concerns of any kind in that area.

Disappointed that the chuck e. Cheese mascot ignored my grandson when they were doing the dance portion of the party. It's not worth the money.

Had a birthday party at chuck e cheese but was so disappointed with the management and front desk staff. Other staff was good and trying to be helpful but manager was completely not co operating. They did not even provided us water cups even when we asked purchased soda pitchers. We have to carry our own pizzas to the table, no server was available. It was horrible experience , too much crowd. so many play machines were not working. No one helped. Manager was saying no for everything. Our two hour play bands were having issues and were not working still no one helped us. Hopeless experience.

For just being back open and newly renovated this place is absolutely disgusting. Trash is everywhere, tables are not cleaned off, the store manager (Changa) was extremely rude was only worried about flirting with the staff instead of actually run the place. This place is an absolute joke. They didn’t even bother to check my 3 kids number on the way out. Dior was no better of an employee she walked around talked completely unprofessional ignoring customers continuing conversations with co workers. While other staff was trying to pick up the slack and maintain lines and hold some sort of order changa and Dior acted like they had no care in the world certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here until they get better staff and management to pull things together. The bathrooms no soap, no paper towels and garbages overflowing.
