Friday night after the big ice and snow stormI came in right before close (I know I know . I swear I didn't know what time they closed that night I felt bad) the crew that was in there was so sweet and apologetic when they only had one sausage pizza left. I bought it told them I understood and bought one of the last wings and crazy bread left. My husband had dropped me off there to run get our Chinese and my grandmother's burger king ( which he couldn't get because we forgot to check closing times that night we were over tired and stupid that evening) and even though they were closed let me stay inside the store to wait on him to pick me . I mean he was just across the street but that was really sweet and the two that took care of me were so kind I wish I knew their names to call the store to compliment them to the gm . I work in fast food I understand how bad you want to go home after a long day and I especially understand how few and far between good comment calls are so if you are the gm and are reading this the tall young gentleman with the black nail polish and the young lady with glasses and I believe brown and rainbow ish hair ,she also had a few crystal necklaces on ,were really helpful and friendly and told me under no circumstances should I want outside with as cold as it was even though it wouldn't have been more than five minutes. I believe they should receive some sort of something for that. Don't worry I tipped as much as could still I wish I knew their names and the store had a recognition board I could put them on .

While it may not be the most appealing when you walk in, someone greeted and took my order within two minutes. My two pizzas (one pepperoni and one cheese) and crazy bread combo were ready within 5 minutes and all for less than $20. My kids were happy and so was this mom. Great quick option. This location always is fresh and hot!!
Hands down the best little Cesar’s in the area. Food is always perfectly prepared and ready on time. Super friendly staff.

This is indeed a Little Caesars, The pizza is better than expected for a $6 pie and service is generally pretty good. The store is generally not very clean but again serves a passable to even good $6 pie. If you expect more from a little Caesars, I recommend you go to a different pizza restaurant.
Take out orders fast and ready
The guy that helped me was very nice. I asked if they had to make the pretzel crust pizza and he said yes... so I assumed it would be nice and hot BUT it wasn't it was cold and doughy. Worst one I've ever had. It won't stop me from purchasing but next time I will make sure it's hot and fully cooked
I ordered on the app and it said to pick up order at the Fairfield store pizza portal. I never received a notification that it was ready. I waited at the store and there was nothing in the pizza portal. I put my number in to be sure. Nothing. I finally went to the counter and asked about my order and it was sitting in the hot hold area!! Srsly??? 4 other people were also waiting at the pizza portal!! They weren't even using the pizza portal, yet Customers were not told this when we arrived!! No one was at the counter even!
I ordered via the app. When I arrived (at the time the app said to pick up), 2 of 3 pizzas were on the cold stainless steel counter - and continued to stay there for the next 18 minutes while the 3rd pizza was cooked. Then the 2 cold pizzas were handed to me with the hot one on top, with no apology. I asked the manager if she wanted me as a customer, and she could not provide any compensation for my additional wait, or the mistreatment of my food. This is no way to treat food or customers.

I'd advise that you only order online, otherwise it's pure chaos (which I'm okay with, but that's not what most people want). From the looks of it, they got a new owner. I think it's some Syrian guy and his family. They're super nice but it's a mess in there. You can tell that they're struggling to keep enough staffing and they aren't totally confident in running the business. I'll leave out the anecdotes about all of the crazy stuff I heard in there, but it was pretty hilarious. They were all having a really bad day but there were some great one-liners being thrown around. I got some chuckles. Only stop by for the entertainment. If you're just wanting food, order online.
This location on pleasant ave Fairfield, pizzas are extra dry and hard. It happen once and I gave it another try on 8-6-2021 and again dry. The upside for me was the young lady on the register was super friendly with great customer service.
I ordered my latest pizza through the app. I ordered extra sauce. When I got home with my pizza it was extremely dry as if there was no sauce on it at all. The location has new ownership and the quality has dismissed greatly.

Tonight my fiancé ordered a Detroit styled deep dish cheese pizza when we got home from picking up our order only TWO of the EIGHT slices of pizza had pizza sauce on them?
I had an order delivered that I placed online through Little Caesars website when it was delivered, I was missing an item. The whole reason I ordered little Caesars was to try their new cheese puffs, which was the item that was forgotten. When I called them. The guy who said he was a manager could not understand anything I was saying, he said, and he had a very thick accent that I could not understand, and he just kept telling me to place an order, he then hung up on me. The service there is horrible. The pizza is cold. The franchisee needs to do something about this store.
I have been going here for years. I waited 30 minutes for a pizza that I was told would take 15 minutes. The restaurant was disorganized. The lights were off in waiting area. As I was watching them getting dough, the guy had to gloves and was touching his nose. I felt disgusted. They need better hygiene habits. No wonder why people get sick. All the workers should be wearing gloves, but they are not. They did not learn anything from the pandemic.
Terrible horrible customer service! I ordered an old world fanceroni pepperoni, website shows and describes this as edge to edge pepperoni with a caramelized crust! Took my pizza in because mine was reg ol hand tossed! The manager proceeds to tell me that my pizza and the one on the website are the same crust and that it looks differ because “it’s a picture” Clearly it’s not the same crust! I read the description to him. When he heard “caramelized” he states they don’t have a caramel drizzle for crust! He’s been there for 7 yrs and he knows what he is talking about! When I tried to tell him that’s not what it means he kicked me out and then refused to make the pizza that he offered to do. I never raised my voice or came off irate… I was simply trying to explain the difference in the crust! If nothing else, I hope corporate or a district manager can educate this manager and staff on this certain crust that’s advertised!!! He’s running a whole store and thinks that caramelized means putting caramel topping on something! No sir…when it comes to cooking that is NOT what that means!
Place is a joke I always come here and get terrible service. I’m here now waiting for a worker to come out from who knows where. My son wants pizza he don’t want chicken nuggets or cheeseburgers he wants pizza and can’t get one how can I get one if no worker is in there. Literally anybody could walk up and take what ever they wanted if they wanted smh I wish there was another one in the area
Do not Doordash from here. Orders are never ready, items are frequently missing, the staff are inattentive, and the $5 hot and ready has turned into cold slow and steady. You will not get the correct order, if it gets delivered at all. New management needed.
Will not be visiting this location again! I waited 45 min for two pizzas!!! Orders being handed out wrong, no update as to when the order will be ready. I understand everywhere is short staffed. There is nothing wrong with telling a customer it’ll be 45min to an hr wait on pizza. Don’t just have us standing there while you guys just continue to make the online and door dash orders a priority.
Terrible service. The online ordering system fails and I place two orders that give me an error. I go in person to buy in the store and after paying for the order they tell me that they have charged me twice as much for previous enlia orders. To which I responded that their system is failing, that they should reinstate me and the service staff began to mistreat me, accusing me of my mistake. But the error completely lies with their enliea server. TERRIBLE SERVICE The shift offered on Saturday night is terrible.
FILTHY...ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. HEALTH DEPARTMENT NOTIFIED 04/01/2024. This restaurant needs to be shut down and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. They need to hire all new employees and require them to wear clean clothes and bathe daily. How this restaurant is still open baffles me. If you have ever set foot in this store you know I am not lying. I cannot believe this store has customers that eat anything that comes out of here. I don't know where to start... there was nothing clean at all in this restaurant including the employees. There is no way any cleaning is done in this restaurant on a nightly basis. Look at previous reviews.. you have people complaining about the same thing months ago. IT'S STILL DIRTY.
food is so good but service is terrible we had to wait 50 minutes to get our pizza when everyone after us got theirs before we did. kitchen was disgusting, pizza sauce all over the walls and crumbs everywhere. they didn’t have the drinks that we ordered and there was mold in the fridge. and when we went to ask about our pizza the server was rude and demanding. and on top of that they didn’t even give us the right food. if i could i would rate it a zero.
Did an order thru the app. Drove down to pick up our order when I walked into the location I was told they were out of the M&M desert would I like a substitute? I said no we are not big Twix fans could you just give me a refund? They canceled my whole order and wanted me to repay which I could not do because I left my wallet at home as I did use the app. The employee just turned around and put the pizza away with out even apologizing or offering a solution. This the second time we have had trouble getting pizza from this place will not be back.
They advertise hot and ready but rarely do I go in that location and that be the case. Guy behind the counter told me it'd be 5 or 6 minutes so I waited and it turned out to be around 10 minutes *** Update *** 5 years later and it is still the same old story at this location. I get there at 4:40pm on a Friday and there are 8 people ahead of me waiting and they have nothing ready. Why are they at least running 20 cheese and 20 pepperoni pizzas though the oven. Ridiculous how this store continues to stay in business 🤦♂️
Beware if you order any kind of custom pizza. They will give you the wrong pizza so make sure you check your box. Then after supposedly getting a "credit" when you call in about how they made a mistake. When you come back in, they will deny that u ever had a credit and tell you basically that your a liar. This had happened to me the last two times I had been to this store and I will never again deal with these people. I will take my money else where. This store had forever lost my business. Their loss because i buy allot of pizza from little Caesars because my kids love it. If i were you, I'd go to the next one you can find. This one will RIP you off.
Waited 35 mins for a cheese pizza. 2 people came out to the parking to ask what I ordered because they didn’t write down the order. Had to leave to get my child from daycare even though I had already paid. Came back 10 mins later to try to get my food. All 3 employees were outside smoking. Didn’t come to the drive thru window for 10 mins. 1 car drive away. I pulled up and a woman walked by the window repeatedly and ignored me for 10 mins. Even considering how short staffed they may be, this is terrible customer service.
Hangs up on refund call customers. Will not auto refund an order that wasn't picked up, over 24h ago, as they ran over 1h behind on orders and the PIC was incompetent regarding their online order system and continued to redirect blame on the customer. Also advised all of us we can wait or receive a credit, while not providing the ordered item and losing the ticket. Management has not returned my call from the customer service line in over 7 days when promised a call back in 24h
Ordered on the app for pick up at the pizza portal and after waiting til it was almost time to pick it up I went to check the status of my order in the app and there were no updates. So after waiting til about 10 minutes after my projected pickup time I still didn't get an update or a portal code. My husband went in the check on the order and it had been done sitting on the back counter and no one updated the order status and they didn't even put it in the portal to keep it warm. Employees are also rude. There's location has really gone down hill.

We ordered a stuffed crazy crust pepperoni pizza and old world fanceroni pepperoni pizza, both were wrong. The crazy crust was plain had NO Crazy sauce or cheese on it and the old world was suppose to covered with pepperoni ( the menu says 100 pepperoni) and goes all the way to a crispy, caramelized crust and neither were true. My husband picked them up and after I saw them I called and the man who answered kept giving the run around, what is wrong, I would tell him then he would say something like you don’t like your pizza? Acted like he couldn’t understand what I was saying with his broken English. I’ll never order from this little Caesar’s again.
Definitely the last time I will get pizza from this location they ignore you when you walk in and when you try to get someone's attention they look at you and walk the other direction when I finally got my pizza they gave me the wrong pizza when I asked for a refund the workers acted if they didnt understand what I was asking, the place has no air conditioning . Just dont waste your time

Poor service at this location on Pleasant Avenue. They never answer their phone when you call and try and place an order. And when you arrive, they are very very rude! I am sure that I am not the only person this has happened to. I just had enough and needed to leave a review. Maybe one of the managers or owners would see this.

By the time I got home my pizza was stone cold and I had to put it back in the oven along with my crazy bread that was doughy. Normally I take everything with a grain of salt but this is ridiculous, and I almost asked for my money back but the only thing I felt bad about was that there were only to people working. But it's still ridiculous. I did reach out to the feedback as well but I honestly wish I would have asked for my money back at this point because this was not worth $30.

Pizza is always undercooked. No matter the location. Like raw dough like the pizza needed 7-8 more min. Please bring back the quality, in Kmart lil ceasers. That's the time in life where I begged my parents for lil ceasers when we was in Kmart. Now I'm jus disappointed.
Want to be made to feel like it's your fault for receiving a messed up pizza order? This is your place. Manager grilled me looking for reasons to not provide a refund including: "Why didn't you call?" I did.. They don't have voice mail setup and no one answered. "Why didn't you return the order last night before close?".. Past 9pm after three attempted calls and I'm not driving while trying to put kids to bed. I'm eventually told that it's "past the time frame to provide a refund". I picked up the order at 8 pm and came back to the store at 3:30 pm the following day.. They open at 11. Less than 24 hours since the order was placed and I'm told they can't refund. I was eventually refunded after a lot of unnecessary back and forth.. Accidents happen. I'm not upset about the order that got messed up.. I'm upset about the treatment I received simply for looking for a refund.
I went in to get pizza and I saw in the back a man eating pizza and taking pizzas out of the oven. He was also handling the pizza. This was all done with NO GLOVES on. This really grossed me out. I will never come back here again.

So incredibly annoyed. It’s such a small thing but we ordered a couple pretzel pizzas with cheese sauce and they gave us them with marinara. The pizza crust didn’t even really seem like pretzel crust, more like crust with salt sprinkled over it like they made a mistake and tried to cover it up with salt. 2nd time in 6 months I’ve gotten little Cesar’s and both times have been bad experiences. Just very disappointed. $40 is a lot of money to spend for a double screw up.
Went in to get the exclusive Mtn Dews, asked specifically for them, was charged for two drinks then directed to a self-serve cooler. Didn't have the special mtn dews, asked, he said "the mango one? Oh we're out" and I asked for my money back and he said "I can't do that." I said, "You.. really can't refund me $5? I don't need drinks if they're not the ones I want. I have drinks at home." He then rolled his eyes and opened the register and handed me a $5. I was treated like an inconvenience. Which was ridiculous, I'm not paying almost the price of a pizza for drinks I didn't get.
I had a pizza from this location months if not a year ago. I had a build my own pizza and I swear they put the hardest banana peppers on the pizza ever. It almost felt like rocks honestly and it actually hurt my teeth for days. Sensitive for weeks. I've been traumatized this whole time. I also felt like I was an inconvenience to the justin bieber lookin chick that worked there . They were outside hanging out when I pulled up. Im currently looking for another location to go to checking reviews before going. Id thought I'd add my two cents for this one due to the inconvenience. I might even just go to a different pizza place altogether. Food messed my teeth up id give zero if could.
