Brio Italian Grille - Westfarms

We decided to have lunch at Brio…. It had been some time since our last visit, and it’s as good as we remember. We started with the flatbread and spinach/artichoke dip. It was fantastic. Just so you’re aware, the flatbread is crispy, not soft. For our meal, I had the Chicken Milanese, which is essentially chicken parmigiana. It was extremely good. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle… perfect. My honey had mushroom ravioli. While not my cup of tea, she absolutely loved it. This spot is a must if you’re craving Italian food.

I love Italian food especially when it is authentic cuisine, I loved the service. We were a group of 17 people including 9 children, we made the reservation 5 hours before and with 1 hour to go they called us to confirm if we were all going to have dinner, something that few businesses do not pay attention to. to the customer, all the meals were on point, especially those for children, they have a great variety from pasta to pizza, the cocktails were perfect, I recommend the margaritas, I will leave you the photos with the names since there are many food services. The only thing I realized is that it was empty for an Easter Sunday, I hope they don't close it like they do everything. highly recommended I love this place! ❤️

My daughter & I stopped in here to grab a bite. We were able to still sit outside. Inside is very large. As it being in the mall, parking is def an issue depending on when you go. Food is always good. Our waiter was wonderful.

Our server John provided exceptional service. He was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made great recommendations. His positive attitude and professionalism really elevated our dining experience. Highly recommend asking for John!

We’ve been coming here for a while now and it never disappoints! The food is always on point—delicious, fresh, and consistent. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the place is always clean. Service is excellent, and our waiter Angel was outstanding. Overall, a great dining experience every time!

I took my mother out to eat here and we enjoyed it. I work in a restaurant myself and I love being taking care of by a nice and polite person Marina was excellent. We didn’t know what to eat and she recommended us the salmon dinner.

Every recommendation was perfect, every check-in was timed immaculately, and not a single detail was missed. It’s rare to encounter service that feels this intentional and genuinely exceptional. Yadira turned an ordinary meal into something memorable and special. She is, without exaggeration, the kind of waitress every restaurant hopes to have and every guest hopes to get.

The food and service were superb. I called ahead to request special seating to accommodate my sister's physical needs as we celebrated our deceased mother's 81st birthday. Despite having only spoken with me by phone, Chef Gamma greeted me by name from across the restaurant as my guests and I were seated. Throughout the dining experience, Chef Gamma checked on us, along with assistant manager Kaitlin and servers Hannah and Brianna. Much thanks to Chef Gamma and the Brio team for making our celebration truly memorable.

We had an amazing experience thanks to our waiter Johnny. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive without being overbearing. He made great recommendations, checked in at the perfect times, and made sure everything came out exactly right. Service like Johnny’s is the reason we’ll definitely be back.

First time here and we ordered lamb chops and shrimp and lobster fettucine and we didn’t expect that these tastes amazing! We love the service by John, he really took care of us and was very warm! The tiramusu taste great too! We’ll definitely come back and we’ll bring our kids too!

Everything about our dinner at Brio was superb. The sourdough bread was fantastic and our entrees were also delicious. Generous portions but happily not cheesecake factory mega sized. The hostess was super nice and fun and our server Joey was fantastic!

Went here with a few friends the other night, and we had a great time! The food and drinks were excellent, but what really stood out was the service. Kyle was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made great recommendations and can whip up a phenomenal espresso martini. It’s rare to find that level of service and hospitality, and it made the night even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Brio for both the food, atmosphere, and service!

Excellent experience. The minestrone soup was as good as any I've had. The server, John was polite and engaging. Clean bright dining area.

I went out to eat here with my boyfriend XMAS eve and Marina was our server she had an amazing attitude and took well care of us. She recommended my boyfriend the white peach sangria and it was very delicious!! Very attentive server and very sweet, ask for her if you come out to eat here! Also brio pasta is sooooo good especially with xtra cheese

My fiancé passed last year and this was always our “special occasion” restaurant. We always requested Angel as he was a bright face, always remembered us, and treated us as if we were his own family. This year was my first year without my fiancé and Angel made sure to include him in everything. Two glasses of water, two spoons for dessert, and let me sit there as long as I needed to spend a special moment once again with my fiancé. He checked in on me always, sat with me, and cried with me as we remembered his beautiful soul. This place and Angel will always hold a special place in my heart. 10/10 every time.

Came to eat yesterday with a group of friends after mall shopping. Marina was amazing!!!!! Reached all our needs, attentive and friendly service. Nice menu with drinks I love coming out to eat here whenever I visit this mall.

One of the best meals/happy hours I’ve had! The Avocado Caprese, Shrimp & Eggplant, and burger were delish! Our server Jonny was attentive and provided great service!

To start, our server, Joey—was amazing. Toward the end, he had mentioned it was his first time serving over at the bar and he was phenomenal! Otherwise, the burgers were amazing and came out quicker than I thought was possible. Keep it up, buddy!!👍🏽

The food was delicious including the freshly squeezed lemonade. The service by our waiter Matthew was exceptional. He made our evening that much better with his above and beyond hospitality. Like the world needs more people like him! The atmosphere is very relaxed and inviting.

I just wanted to post this review after reading what another customer said in a 1star review… This “woman” Violet… She was totally wrong in judging the host Nolan… He is an amazing host .. as is all the staff.. The food is incredible , no matter what you order. I completely recommend trying the entire menu… and love the atmosphere and staff… Maybe this woman should learn some patience…

We had the pasta alla vodka (pasta pillows stuffed with ricotta) and the meatball appetizer. Both were outstanding! Our compliments to the chef. Service was exceptional. (Engels was our server). Great experience-highly recommend.

We came for Valentine’s Day and had a great meal at a fair price. The menu had a lot of options that looked very good. Our server Ian took great care of us and was right there with anything we needed.

We dined in at the Westfarm malls location. Really good food, ambience and service!! Most definitely family friendly, our toddler had a great time as well. Marina was our server who was very considerate and helped make the experience enjoyable would def come back again!

The experience was decent. The food was good for an Italian chain restaurant and the atmosphere was inviting and friendly. The service however, was mediocre and our server seemed either overwhelmed or dissatisfied with something as he didn’t really speak with us about specials for the evening or follow up with us about our thoughts on the food.

Went to dinner with my boyfriend and his parents and we enjoyed it very much. Food was great as al we ays and we all tried some healthier options that were surprisingly enjoyable. Johnny was our server and he was wonderful. As a former food and beverage executive and operations director, I appreciated his personality and professional demeanor. We will definitely be back.

My sister came down from New Hampshire this weekend and we had an opportunity to eat at Brio. The waitress was very nice and knowledgeable. We ordered salads but Crystal also recommended the Mushroom soup - and it was great. A very nice experience. We will definitely make this our meeting place again.

I took my friend here for her birthday after shopping in the mall, we sat outside. Our server Michael had no personality, was awkward encounter from the time we got there until we left. The flat breads were a Tortilla with minimal sauce/cheese. Whipped ricotta was a few clumps on top of sausage. Very dry pizza. Caeser salad was good and atmosphere outside was nice.

Arrived here for dinner on a Thurs 8pm. Not too busy for the large size of the dining area seat availability. No wait. Plenty of seating accommodations for large groups. Well decorated. Server was very friendly. Good was ok. Ordered the flatbread, gnocchi, and salad.

Nice interior, waiter was great. ordered salad, brio trio, and steak. overall quite bland. steak in particular was ordered as medium but came out as very well done. had no flavor and was very disappointing. I feel like there are def better options in the neighborhood

I’m fairly new to Brio, and overall the food has been good. I usually go during Happy Hour, and my experiences have been hit or miss. The staff is always very friendly, but the wait times are consistently long, I often end up waiting close to an hour just to place an order and receive my food. Sometimes you feel forgotten. There was one visit where everything went smoothly, but most of the time the service is slow. I’ve even seen other guests leave after waiting 30 minutes without being helped. My coworkers and I really have to think twice about coming because the delays are much longer than what we’re used to. Happy Hour is typically quick and enjoyable at other places, so I’m not sure why the experience here varies so much.

The calamari was just awful! The worst i ever had. On the other hand the spaghetti with meatballs was outstanding and the spaghetti pomodoro was as well. The restaurant really should hire a new host with a personality. We almost walked out of the restaurant. He really needs to get a personality! Service was just OK

Am reviewing this restaurant after ordering out 3 different times. The food was tasty but the portions are horrible all 3 times that I order and we order the same thing, We spent about $70 in one order of lasagna, salad and pasta. For the amount of money we paid they should definitely serve a bit more food. Very disappointing. Chick fil a salad has a bigger portion and it’s less expensive.

Really annoyed. I ordered on Uber Eats tonight 1/31, a spaghetti bolognese with shrimp, and a lobster bisq and a diet coke. Took forever to make which was fine but when I don't get everything I order that is extremely annoying. I did not receive my diet coke. and the bag was stapled so no they did not put it in the bag. Please make sure all items are in the bag before you hand them to drivers! Otherwise the food was good.

I had high hopes walking into Brio Italian Grille. The restaurant itself makes a great first impression—large, clean, and warm, with white tablecloths and the feel of an upscale Italian restaurant. Unfortunately, what followed was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had. Even though the dining room was quiet with only a few other tables, it took well over 10 minutes before a server came by to take my order. I actually started a timer on my phone just to see how long it would take. When my server finally arrived, she was friendly and pleasant. After my food was dropped, she never came back to check on how it came out; she only returned when it was clear I was finished. I ordered the Sausage Carbonara, which the menu highlights as a “guest favorite.” Based on the description, I already knew it wouldn’t be authentic, but I wasn’t prepared for just how far off the mark it would be. What I received could maybe pass as some sort of “breakfast pasta.” Instead of a silky sauce, there were chunks of scrambled egg, topped with a sunny-side-up egg that the whites were overcooked and tough. The pancetta was barely there, and in its place were broken strips of regular bacon. The only identifiable flavor came from red pepper flakes, which made the dish unnecessarily spicy but did nothing to save it. It felt like a complete misrepresentation of what carbonara is meant to be. It was unpleasant to eat. The only good part of the evening was my glass of wine. All told, I left feeling like I had wasted $56 after tipping and regretted not choosing one of the many other restaurants nearby. This was less like dining out and more like sitting through a bad episode of Restaurant Nightmares.

Food was not great. Cocktail was too sweet. Sourdough bread didn't taste like sourdough and had a weird after taste. Pasta completely mediocre. Ceasars salad was good! They also brought out our entree minutes after delivering the appetizer. It was NYE, we wanted to enjoy a leisurely meal.

Got this delivered and for what they charge this food was not it. Tasted like I was eating the McDonald’s of Italian food. Very overpriced. The dessert was watery and the chicken was sad and sauceless
