Service: accurate, polite and fast. Food: the soup had robust flavors. It was way better than I expected. The sandwich didnt taste as flavorful as it normally does. The hibiscus Tea was good. I enjoy the slightly bitter taste that hibiscus has. Parking & seating: During lunch is was so packed it was hard to find parking and a seat. I would recommend eating at this Panera location.

I love the food , but there’s no problem solving when it comes to issues within the store itself. 12/26/25 @ Panera an older man taking pictures of women and I inside the store and I , confronting one of the employees about it. I’m not sure if the problem was resolved by the time I left the restaurant. I’m not comfortable or do I think anyone would be comfortable with older men taking pictures of me when I’m doing my best to enjoy a meal with my family a day after Christmas…

The employees were great. They all were working hard and kind. Its literally 5° degrees outside, and your fireplace isn't on?? Everyone inside was wearing their winter coats. Hey, owner: Don't be such a cheapskate! Turn the heat up and the fireplace on! Ill never go back there because my family deserves better than that. Unbelievable. I understand ppl want to make money... but you'll never be successful treating your patrons this way. Also, the booths were broken.

I’ve put off writing this review long enough, but it’s absolutely deserved. For the past two months, the service here has been nothing short of terrible worse than their Spring Street location in Poughkeepsie, which says a lot. Every single time I order ahead, the app claims my food is ready, yet I end up standing around for 30+ minutes. Only after I complain do they even bother to start making it. This isn’t just bad service it’s pure negligence. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down their own orders while staff stand around doing who knows what. Completely unacceptable.

Do not order the steak n wake! Maybe it normally looks better but the cook dropped on the counter before handing it to me. I did end up switching it with a bacon egg and cheese without getting charged so that was nice. A bit skimpy on the bacon but it's edible

Panera used to be one of my favorite spots for lunch … unfortunately the last several times I have gotten my usual Fuji Apple Salad, many pieces of lettuce have been extremely wilted and brown. Photo for reference. I had kept returning hoping the quality would improve, but it looks like this trip will be my last for a while.

We visited Panera in Fishkill around 4:00 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. The place was basically empty, with a few customers. After placing our order for a simple bagel, coffee, and hot chocolate it came to $20! We were told to go in the back to pick up our order. We waited almost half an hour in the back. Again, the place was as far from busy as possible. We saw a bagel sitting on the counter but didn't know who's it was. Finally they saw us waiting there for so long, that one of the workers asked if we were waiting for a bagel. And I said yes I have been. She tried to give me the bagel that had been sitting there all that time. I said I think it's not warm anymore. One of the workers put her hands on each of the bagel halves and promptly told me no it's warm and handed it to me. It was cold and dry and I asked to please heat it back up again. I also told them I ordered a bagel with butter on it. They put it in for a few seconds gave it back to me with butter packets and I took it to the table. The butter wouldn't even melt it was still cold and chewy from sitting out for so long. We finally had to ask where my husband's hot chocolate was and they said oh I'm sorry! I'll make that for you now. We were there over 45 minutes for a very simple, basic order. It was expensive for what little we got. The worst quality food I've ever had at Panera ( the hot chocolate was barely drinkable). And on the coldest month in years, the fireplace was not on. Although we've always enjoyed frequenting Panera, We will never be returning to this Panera.

No candy cookies, ruined my day. When i thought it couldnt get any worse, they then had no autumm squash soup. This is the one thing that gets me out of bed for the morning, the thing i yearned for all my life, and they didnt have it. After severely destroying my mental health, they proceeded to take 45 minutes with my food while im on a tight schedule. After getting my food, the portions were smaller then any other panera bread ive been to, and my mac and cheese was around 70 percent water. That bowl was so watery that I couldve drowned in it. When i thought it couldnt get any worse, as i looked in my sandwhich i saw two miniscul specs of bacon in the sandwhich. They were rationing like they were about to get deployed to vietnam.

This Panera charged my card three times. When I went in to talk to the general manager, Donald, he was rude. He said I must've made some mistake. When showed him the bank charges and he researched it, he saw it was his mistake. He said I won't be charged. When I asked for his name or his business card, he said he doesn't have a business card and added, "Can you remember DONALD?!" Yes, I remember and hence this review. Like snd follow for more real reviews.

Beyond disappointed with my experience here yesterday. Ordered ahead and still waited 30 minutes after my order was suppose to be ready. Myself and others waited forever since they didn’t have anyone working the to go. The sandwiches were a joke with maybe an ounce of chicken being on them and looking absolutely nothing like the pictures displayed as well as missing half the ingredients listed that were included in it. For the price I paid I feel robbed. This town/village has so many other places for you to get a better meal for a fraction of the cost here. I will never eat this glorified hospital food again.

This meal is freshly opened and I haven’t even taken a bite. fact that it was almost $15 dollars for this incredibly small portion is so disappointing. Prices don’t drop but the quality and amount of food they give has? Not fair at all. I won’t be going back.
