I love taco bell!!!! They never get my order wrong and are so kind
I went to this location for the first time in years and got dinner for me and the kids. The food was amazing! I had Eli as a cashier and he was amazing! His smile was absolutely contagious! 🥹 That man needs a promotion! I will be going back just for Eli. Bless that handsome man! 😍
Needed 4×12 paks , went inside to order. Kind, friendly, polite staff. 3 young boys finished their food, walked over to garb. can and SPIT in can( 1 kid spit)
Ya got a 10/10 from me because that new guy at night that has mad energy made me come back to get food. He has some good as energy and great customer service. Give that mad a raise!! Bigger black dude is a legend! Fishkill keep that man and make him a manager asap
The manager Gwen, made me feel very accepted, when my crunch wrap was made wrong, she didn’t think twice about remaking it the correct way, she made me feel like a valued costumer and valued as a person. Gwen’s kindness and good professionalism really made me happy, because of Gwen, I will be coming back. 5 stars.
I wasn’t satisfied with my taco at first, but the manager, Gwen, went above and beyond to make things right. She was polite, courteous, and genuinely made me feel like I could trust the place. Around 9:30 p.m. on August 20, 2025, Gwen remade my food without hesitation and treated me like a valued customer, like a human being. Because of her kindness and professionalism, I’ll definitely be returning. I truly appreciate people like Gwen who care about their customers.
Best TBell I've had in years, first time here! Blows every other Taco Bell I've had out of the water. Felt like I actually got what I paid for in quantity and everything tasted fresh! Great job to the lunch rush team!
To the manager that worked the shift on Friday, May 23, 2025 around 8 PM , you are excellent. You handled a Friday night rush with grace. He was very open to helping me process my payment after the kiosk pin pad malfunctione, Without hesitation, he came over and helped me. I also noticed him helping others order at the kiosk as well, you prioritized the customers in the dining area while also preparing orders and motivating the staff. It is not often that I witness great work ethic these days. You are seen, and doing a great job!
Every worker in here hustles. But i came in to pickup a doordash for 11 minutes the manager walked by and looked at me and kept it moving . Not a hello . Not a hey just give us a bit. Just a eye roll like my dude i get it you're busy but I'm doordashing dor YOUR customers. And the end result was thw bag was cold . Regardless ive been in the restaurant business for years and years and this actually tops a bunch. Btw I' just left the store and would write more but again I'm working Update. Came in today. Maybe it's just coincidence but they were overly nice.. again i will never knock anyones hustle here because everyone in here looks like they're working hard. As I've ALWAYS said. Again, super friendly today. The manager today was a woman she's always really nice and was no different today. And btw she approached me in about 7-8 seconds. Which is amazing . Thank you guys.

Good, Polite Staff but, the Taco Party Pack (x12 Tacos) was $19.99.. now it's $23.49. A favourite item on the menu, I'm no longer willing to purchase.
Usually their food is pretty on point! On occasion am I ever not happy with it… but seriously how do you mess up a chicken quesadilla? I wouldnt even be so annoyed if I hadn’t been on a long trip home and was finally was about to eat something. Im not even sure what this is supposed to be. Night shift do better smh
The highlight of my meal, the crubchwrap supreme has never been so disappointing. As soon as I take a bite it's all lettuce. I proceed to keep eating to the chunky part of the crunch wrap, hoping for some sign of hope that there would be some beef that made it's way there. Imagine my disappointment when that chunk is just more lettuce. The whole thing had just lettuce and no beef. The burrito was on point and so was the taco, but that crunchwrap was the worst one I've ever had.
This place is awesome, staff are nice and very hardworking. The one star is basically an issue I had seen and wasn’t fixed for over a month now. Everytime I go there their fountain drink machine is always giving the drinks FLAT. Mt Dew is a big one with both the Diet and non it tastes watery than the soda and its gross. My only hope next time is that the fountain drink machine soda is not flat. I really hated having to leave this review but this is a problem I thought that would have been fixed by then.
Ordered through the app, walked in to a line of people. No one is running the register.Customers got aggravated and used the kiosks. It took what felt like 10 minutes before someone popped in. Another customer was helped ( also with a mobile order) and had to leave to get her phone to prove she had ordered (name wasn’t enough). Then the cashier disappeared. I waited for about a minute and had to fumble with my phone to prove I’m picking up what I ordered. Knowing the exact order and having your name isn’t enough. Deleted the app. Won’t be going here again.
Every time I go there they forget part of my order and they didn't even give me a receipt so I can't go back and get the food that I paid for
Horrible service from Taco Bell, especially from the person taking my order, he attended me with such an ugly displeasuring face, and had such a bad attitude towards me and was falling asleep on the job. Worst of all he got all of my order wrong !
I have been to this location two times in the recent past. The first time I went the woman at the window seemed annoyed whenever I ordered something. It seemed like me being there was a burden and it was not even busy. It made me extremely uncomfortable to the point where I had to leave without getting my food. This most recent time, I had politely asked for no avocado in my Cantina Chicken Bowl because I have a severe avocado allergy. I was met with obvious attitude and once again, I was uncomfortable. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and understand people have their days, but to take it out on someone who is literally just trying to eat after a 12 hour shift is off putting. I understand this is a fast food establishment, but to be treated less than for no reason is just unnecessary and strange. (She still included multiple avocado sauce packets after I disclosed my allergy). I hope to God she’s happy one day because clearly she’s miserable there.
how do you get an order completely wrong? all three tacos were wrong…. i did not pay for this garbage. and it was. dt order so we didnt even check until we got home… absurd
