My favorite fast food for friendly staff. Never go to a Taco Bell in the area where they aren't the most polite and courteous staff I ever get to deal with. Not sure what they do to pick them or train them but they do a great job! And I just happen to love the food

The food is delicious and worth waiting in a long line for at the drive thru. The employees have such an energetic and peppy attitude that makes you feel welcomed. The food was done and ready fast and the quality of the food is great. The employees were so friendly! I highly recommend coming here to this location.

Visited this location for the first time. Drive-thru line was long, but they moved pretty quick. My food was fresh, and the service was great! The cheesy gordita crunch was the best I ever had.

Went in 3/09/24 at about 1120pm. Was met with the nicest staff I've ever met in my life, my food was hot and I was extremely satisfied with the meal and the atmosphere. Thank you so much for a great meal. 10/10

Taco Bell is always good. The food and service are great. The staff and managers always keep this store clean.The managers and servers are always friendly.They have Handicapped access in the dining room and in the bathrooms and parking.

We came here at 1:46am and we expected them to be not too pleased with us considering they closed at 2 but Kaysea cheerfully fulfilled our order. Glad to see they actually stay open until the time listed unlike most of the other places in the area that will lie and say they're closed just cause they don't feel like doing their job.

I always love this particular Taco Bell, as opposed to other one's in the area. This one is a lot cleaner, and the service is always on point. If you have a specific order, they actually listen to the order, and make it to how you order it. This is the go to Taco Bell if you want fresh food, spot on service, and a place that follows the serv-safe, and restaurant protocols.

Staff is super friendly and the bean burrito really hits the spot! The recent renovation makes the place feel extra new and clean. And as always, there is a big selection of fast food to choose from.

What an amazing place. Imagine a crispy tortilla entering your mouth. Then suddenly, you get hit with cheese, chicken, crispy lettuce, tomatoes. All the while, you're drunk, and it's 1am and you told yourself you're going to wait until you get home until you eat your cheesy gordito crunch, but you can't resist it's urge and you take a bite, and then the cops pull you over and so you pull over and the cops ask you why you were going over the yellow line and you said it's because you were eating a cheesy gordito crunch. The office says oh sorry sir have a good evening. You go home and fall asleep full and fulfilled. The next morning you have explosive diarrhea. 10/10

I’m a regular customer at this location for 14 consecutive years and I have never had a problem with this business. I mainly use the drive-thru and I’m deaf; on every visit ( it doesn’t matter which employee assists me), I’m always treated with respect and care despite not being able to use the speaker. My only complaint is their price on their crunchy tacos. I think 3 tacos without drinks or anything else added go for $6+ and they are not filling. This is why I stopped ordering their tacos and instead go for their burritos which are filling and much cheaper in price. The environment and atmosphere are excellent.

Jacob working the drive through is a saint. I've been here multiple times past 2am and they're always bright and energetic and funny even late into the night. My favorite taco bell, and Jacob is the goat. rest of the staff is awesome too I just don't know their names.

This specific Taco Bell will always hold a special place in my heart. Almost have over 10 years of memories grabbing quick tasty hot food from all hours of the day. The indoor is always clean, and the drive-thru is always quick. But what brings me back is the atmosphere every employee brings to make the whole place feel welcoming and fun. The manager Gwen, made me feel very accepted, when my crunch wrap was made wrong, she didn’t think twice about remaking it the correct way, she made me feel like a valued costumer and valued as a person. Gwen’s kindness and good professionalism really made me happy, because of Gwen, I will be coming back. 5 stars.

I wasn’t satisfied with my taco at first, but the manager, Gwen, went above and beyond to make things right. She was polite, courteous, and genuinely made me feel like I could trust the place. Around 9:30 p.m. on August 20, 2025, Gwen remade my food without hesitation and treated me like a valued customer, like a human being. To the manager that worked the shift on Friday, May 23, 2025 around 8 PM , you are excellent. You handled a Friday night rush with grace. He was very open to helping me process my payment after the kiosk pin pad malfunctione, Without hesitation, he came over and helped me. I also noticed him helping others order at the kiosk as well, you prioritized the customers in the dining area while also preparing orders and motivating the staff. It is not often that I witness great work ethic these days. You are seen, and doing a great job!

Every worker in here hustles. But i came in to pickup a doordash for 11 minutes the manager walked by and looked at me and kept it moving . Not a hello . Not a hey just give us a bit. Just a eye roll like my dude i get it you're busy but I'm doordashing dor YOUR customers. And the end result was thw bag was cold . Regardless ive been in the restaurant business for years and years and this actually tops a bunch. Btw I' just left the store and would write more but again I'm working Update. Came in today. Maybe it's just coincidence but they were overly nice.. again i will never knock anyones hustle here because everyone in here looks like they're working hard. As I've ALWAYS said. Went here at like midnight. They had alot of staff working which surprised me. My meal was fine just wished they put more ground beef in it. Service was quick too.

Good Taco Bell. Slow line sometimes particularly after 8 pm. Seems like everyone that wants to go here does so after 8 pm. They also renovated this location in 2018 or so I think so it feels fresh and new.

I've been going to this Taco Bell for many years. They've always been hit and miss. sometimes it's good and sometimes you have to return something. But since their Remodel I've had no issues with the food. There used to be one Surly staff member up front that I always had an issue with . That person seems to be gone now. All of the staff that are there now have just been nothing but sweet and fantastic and really great employees. I recommend this place.

There were about eight cars at the drive-thru so I went inside, the service was pretty quick. I was having trouble reading the electronic menu, the girl at the register helped me, I just told her what I want which was three crispy tacos. They were good. Restaurant is clean.

Wanted a quick bite to eat. We stopped on our way home from a 3 hour trip. The food was really enjoyable. The dinining area was so neat, staff friendly.

The food was decent 👌 what would have made my chicken Q better the cheese could have been melted. I went through the drive through. The young lady was very pleasant.

When I drove in the line at the drive thru went around to the street but only 5 people inside. At 30 min I asked where my order was ant was told the system was dropping orders. The young man apologized and re put in my order. At 50 min in I asked for a refund. Not a staffing issue because I counted 9 people. Something seriously wrong. I will call owner in morning.

The staff here were very friendly and kind, I hadn't been to this location in years but it wasn't far off the highway and we needed a little something to eat, as vegetarians, the options are limited. They made my special order right and the rice was just right (no hard pieces like sometimes happens elsewhere). Yay.

The person at the speaker was wonderful... Pleasant, efficient, friendly. 3 stars because the line took forever and the burrito was incredibly messy - it came with a very torn tortilla.

Damn it. Half my tacos were supremes that I didn't order. Don't like. So couldn't eat them. Was drive thru so I'm just screwed. Screen was right idk how they grabbed wrong tacos. All just regular doritos tacos.

Food was not good. I ordered a BEAN burrito and it has tomato sauce...LOTS of it. There is no tomato sauce on a bean burrito. In addition, it completely fell apart! Never again.

Service isn't always bad but I got my food almost dropped at the drive thru because they were more interested in their conversation inside. Food is good. Nothing special. Nothing that says we take pride in what we do.

It's like any other taco bell. You get what you get and don't complain about it. You know what you're getting into. The service was impressively quick though when I was there on 2/22/22. I have been at locations where food took forever.

Got here right at 7am and doors are locked Friday morning. Manager opened ten minutes past...but not the biggest deal, okay I'm 10min late now to work but I'll shake it off. The women here this morning was very polite, approachable, and easy to talk with. And you think, first impressions are everything. Even though your store looks and smells bad - You made up for it in your service. I won't be coming inside here any more but I will be using the drive that's for sure. 0720 I was out the door. She even added in a free hash brown for the wait. This is genuine customer service at its finest, and it is unfortunate to hear that she has an employee scheduled for the morning and did not show up on time.

New promo for chicken nuggets and fries. Chicken nuggets overcooked, beef champagne supreme was overly soggy as if it was sitting around and same for soft taco.

This place is pathetic. We ordered a nachos bell grande and no exaggeration 1 chip had cheese, meat and beans on it. Ordered 2 cantina tacos with no sour cream and both of them were oozing with sour cream. My cheesy bean and rice burrito had about a middle finger nail worth of rice ( yes chose the middle finger on purpose). Our $42 meal was worth about $10.

The food is ok but the fountain soda tap's need to be cleaned particularly the diet mountain dew baha blast. I had to throw the rest of it out. It was very stale and not sweet at all. When I went back there to tell the manager about my experience they responded that it's supposed to be that way because it's a diet soda and refused to try it. Until they clean the soda tap's I cannot recommend going here.

The man at the window was extremely pleasant. However my family and I ate the food, and immediate fought over the bathroom for the next 6 hours. Maybe because it was the end of the night.

Can't say I'm impressed. Went through the drive through ordered an AM Crunch-wrap and coffee...the coffee is over $2 and not even close to full. The guy that took my order asked if I wanted hot sauce...I did...it's on the receipt...but not in the bag...no napkins...not the best experience at this TB.

I had some extra time so I decided to dine-in today. The service was quick and pleasant, and the double steak burrito I ordered was amazing. My complaint is that every single window is blocked by advertisements except the one looking at the bathrooms. While I eat, I enjoy looking outside and that is not possible here. I don't know who had that great idea, but I will not be dining in anymore for that reason.

food is okay, but service is lacking, always waiting in lobby even though I use the kiosk for ordering. Also person at the counter thinks he owns the parking lot. Apparently there is an employee parking spot next to the dumpster that is not marked as employee only, no signs saying no parking. Somehow he felt entitled to this spot and says customer shouldn't park there as its doesn't have white lines making it a parking spot but apparently it's okay for employee to park there. Total self entitlement by this person.

The highlight of my meal, the crubchwrap supreme has never been so disappointing. As soon as I take a bite it's all lettuce. I proceed to keep eating to the chunky part of the crunch wrap, hoping for some sign of hope that there would be some beef that made it's way there. Imagine my disappointment when that chunk is just more lettuce. The whole thing had just lettuce and no beef. The burrito was on point and so was the taco, but that crunchwrap was the worst one I've ever had.

I had a bean burrito and it was horrible. Like eating paper mache. I am still a vegetarian and I'm glad I didn't put any of their other products in my mouth. I went with family, I won't make that mistake again. Drinks were good, but hard to screw up tap Iced Tea.

They have messed up my order horrendously 5 different times in a row; both in person AND on door dash. The food was right on the recipe but completely incorrectly prepared. They literally do not when read the order. Do not eat here.

Didn't give the fire sauce I ordered on Uber Eats. $20+ for two food items and a drink, and I threw away 75% of the food cause it was dry and nasty. Drove to McDonald's and missed part of the football game I was watching.

Ordered nachos online, screwed up 3 orders of what I consider to be the easiest item to make on the menu, Don’t bother trying to customize your order online because they’ll give you whatever they feel like. We ordered one of the nacho platters with chicken, no sour cream and no refried beans ..guess what? We get sour cream, refried beans and beef instead of chicken. The other 2 nacho platters we ordered with chicken and guess what ? They gave us beef!! We then returned asked for a replacement nacho platter with chicken, when we got home there was hardly any chicken in the platter, we had to cook some of our own chicken to add to the platter!!! We won’t be back ...get it together people !!!

Don't sell breakfast even though in front of their building says serving breakfast, just got off the phone with this extremely rude worker on this date at 9:57 am . I’m a regular doordash worker that comes to this location quite frequently. The other day I came in for a order they were really backed up in the dine in people were waiting 20 plus minutes for a order and the people on line were making food so sloppy trying to go fast. I was watching one of the workers on line make the food I believe the name is ronnie she yelled at me “if your gonna stare so hard why don’t you come over here and work? Stop starting it won’t make us go faster” I understand jobs are frustrating I was on the clock on mine but you don’t take it out on the customers or the food! Very unprofessional need a new manager she don’t help.

Staff is friendly and fast. Food is low quality, even lower than it used to be in past years. Prices are way higher than they should be compared to the food you receive. Not worth it at all unless you are desperate. I do not recommend it.

I went to Taco Bell to place an order because their online was not working I would prefer to always use the app or online but therefore I went to the drive up I told him I order I ordered a my cravings box which they would not give me because they said that’s only an online item which I explained I would’ve ordered it online but it was down. The manager came and said that there was nothing that she can do she cannot offer that to me because it Hass to be done online. I am frequent to Taco Bell so this kind of treatment to customers is disgusting and I plan on not coming back so I hope the franchise in the store including the manager around 3 PM today is happy with herself!I plan on telling everybody about the miss treatment and how you guys blame us for not being able to get a price that is online if we cannot access it because you guys change companies with an app or with online which has nothing to do with the customer.The manager needs customer service training just saying!

I ordered a burrito with no sour cream and they gave me a burrito with sour cream in it. I don’t eat dairy so I got sick a couple days after consuming it. Very disappointed as I usually order at this location but now i don’t think i will be coming here anymore.

I ordered 8 BURRITOS and it took 4 employees 30 minutes to make it. The manager sat and ate his lunch before responding to my request for my money back. Seems like it's a place for people to hang out and get paid. Not work and get paid.....

Absolutely awful, their drive thru menu is broken and you don’t realize it until other cars are behind you so you can’t escape. They messed up my order and when I checked the bag and the receipt the receipt was correct but the items were not. They made me repeat myself four times but wouldn’t take the bag back to confirm. I finally got so frustrated I left. Never coming back to this location again it’s always something.

The fact an enormous corporation cannot staff enough people to take your order and resort to making you play with a screen, as if we do not do that enough all day long, is ridiculous. Went Saturday afternoon (May 25, 2024) at approximately 5:30 p.m. Was told by frontend manager to use Kiosk. I told her I wanted to order something different than what was standard online and if she could please help me order. She told me she would not take my order manually because she was too busy. I was SHOCKED by her response. She acted unprofessionally and unsatisfactorily. She could have spent less than a minute to help me place my order using the Kiosk or just enter it into the cash register. I was so mad I stormed out. She should not be a manager or even act as an ambassador for Taco Ball. She sets a poor example of quality standards and customer service skills. She was out of line and did not act responsibly, maturely and professionally. She obviously cannot handle more than one task at a time. I have never ever in my entire time going to Taco Bells encountered such rude and inconsiderate behavior from an employee, let alone a manager. I will NEVER EVER go to the TACO BELL in Fishkill ever again because of that manager who was on duty on that day and time. She should be fired for her lack of customer service skills and rude behavior. She obviously cannot handle her job or communicating with customers.

The staff on Sunday evening was rude, disrespectful, arrogant and belligerent. I suppose if you don't need to actually interact with these employees, your experience will be acceptable. Food is always very good and consistent.

This place is awesome, staff are nice and very hardworking. The one star is basically an issue I had seen and wasn’t fixed for over a month now. Everytime I go there their fountain drink machine is always giving the drinks FLAT. Mt Dew is a big one with both the Diet and non it tastes watery than the soda and its gross. My only hope next time is that the fountain drink machine soda is not flat. I really hated having to leave this review but this is a problem I thought that would have been fixed by then.

Ordered through the app, walked in to a line of people. No one is running the register.Customers got aggravated and used the kiosks. It took what felt like 10 minutes before someone popped in. Another customer was helped ( also with a mobile order) and had to leave to get her phone to prove she had ordered (name wasn’t enough). Then the cashier disappeared. I waited for about a minute and had to fumble with my phone to prove I’m picking up what I ordered. Knowing the exact order and having your name isn’t enough. Deleted the app. Won’t be going here again.

I have been to this location two times in the recent past. The first time I went the woman at the window seemed annoyed whenever I ordered something. It seemed like me being there was a burden and it was not even busy. It made me extremely uncomfortable to the point where I had to leave without getting my food. This most recent time, I had politely asked for no avocado in my Cantina Chicken Bowl because I have a severe avocado allergy. I was met with obvious attitude and once again, I was uncomfortable. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and understand people have their days, but to take it out on someone who is literally just trying to eat after a 12 hour shift is off putting. I understand this is a fast food establishment, but to be treated less than for no reason is just unnecessary and strange. (She still included multiple avocado sauce packets after I disclosed my allergy). I hope to God she’s happy one day because clearly she’s miserable there.
