I always order online to make sure my order is correct and ready when i get there, i never wait in line. Service is good and the manager, Dora, is cool af. Pizza always comes out nice and fresh, i think my pizza came out too oily 1 time but otherwise every time is bomb
Quick and easy when I don't get home in time to cook. Or just too lazy. It's local, it's good, they have a different variety of pizzas now which I still only get a deep dish and a regular hot and ready for my son who doesn't like deep dish 🤦🏾♀️
Everything was great...it was almost closing time and it became a short wait, so the atmosphere was not in a good mood...but the 2 worker were young an excellent job.

A family owned business. The owner was very kind and practical when the "Hot N Ready" pizza wasn't actually ready. I jad to wait 7 minutes for my pie to cook, which is no big deal but just keep this in mind if you're looking for something quicker!

A family owned business. The owner was very kind and practical when the "Hot N Ready" pizza wasn't actually ready. I jad to wait 7 minutes for my pie to cook, which is no big deal but just keep this in mind if you're looking for something quicker!
I sent my kids to Little Caesars pizza today on Florence and Figueroa and you guys gave them Old Pizza I ordered one regular pizza and one thin crust pizza and how dare you guys tell my kids that you guys don't have no receipts I will be there tomorrow and I want my two boxes of pizza

Honestly I’m not happy with the service today, first of all one of the cashier didn’t get my order right and she kept on saying that my order was fine. She then didn’t even give me the right dipping sauce that I ordered and she didn’t give me everything and when I told her that I was missing something she said she had already given me everything
First i want to say the girl who did my order and getting pizza out of the oven and boxed did a great job. Now why they get a 2. Ordered 1 emb , 3 meat no bacon ground beef, pepperoni and sausage 2 puffs which are delicious. After 20 minutes and after I paid they say no ground beef, I say okay pepperoni and sausage ok. The girl then say it would be the same price for 2 not 3 that I insist on a regular pizza then the lady says I'll give you free hot wings for the inconvenience and I said ok. But when I got home to my family it was only a emb and regular pizza plus the puffs and wings. The crust changed which makes the pizza no better than frozen supermarket pizza for a 30.00 price tag. This kind of service makes you want to vote no on pay and minimum wage increases cause they do what they want and not what the franchise or franchisee pay them to do

I ordered 4 pizzas . 2 fantastic 4 , 1 extra most bestest and 1 pretzel crust . The pretzel crust was not a pretzel crust at all . Not happy about it . I really wanted a pretzel crust like the one they showed in the picture when you order it . False advertisement
Whoever it hired as young lady by the name of Tanya that need to retrain her in customer service. She needs to understand that it's how you say things and your body language that reflects the message. I was repeatedly asked to wait outside for my order when it is 97° and they don't have the decency to at least have some kind of shade so customers can wait outside. I told him I completely understand the situation however a sign outside clearly indicated that three people were allowed to be in the lobby. At this moment it was just my daughter and I therefore I didn't see a problem with us waiting inside especially when according to the sign there was no policy saying that we had to wait outside. Not only were we asked to go outside this young lady offered me a refund without me even asking for one and then proceeded to tell me that if I didn't want to wait I could have ordered online. I'm not sure if she just got hired or promoted but it seems like she was on a major power trip. Maybe she doesn't understand a customer service It's a big reflection on how successful a business will be because as of right now despite the fact that it may be the closest Little Caesars there's no way that I will come back to this one.

I called because they got my order incorrect , I ordered a large pizza meat lover I believe with bacon sausage &. Pepperoni . With a side of wings . They basically gave me the regular 5 bucks pizza idk if it's for it being super crowded , They give no receipt . & only asked for my name , I called today to let them know and they said they can't do anything about it because they need a receipt , And they don't know what they can even do , This is the dumbest thing I have heard , I've worked at fast food places if we mess up an order we have to fix it to make the customer happy especially if we can look back at our orders and see if it's a valid order or not that was placed . They told me to call back some other day for the actual manager , like come on now u guys can not fix the issue ?
Pizza was disgusting, we bought two pizzas a regular and a best pizza but both of them were old, they were hard to eat. Tried calling them but no one answered the phone. Definitely not going back. Also the cashier had very bad Attitude.
Deep dish means you wait an extra 10-15 mins. No big deal. But waiting a half hour on a pizza?? I should've just gotten delivery lol Dora was so busy talking to her coworkers that she forgot to put in the deep dish we ordered. I was the second customer whose order she forgot to make, that day. Not cool. Little Cez comp'd crazy bread as an apology. but they still gotta get on their game

Terrible customer service I called on 06/15/23 around 8pm and a man by the name of Alberto answered and took my order and told me my total would be $22.41 and that it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I got there in 20 minutes and when I went to pick it up the girl at the counter said she couldn’t find my order then some other lady took over and I gave her the number of the store that I called just to make sure I called the right one and I did. Once I told her it was a guy that took my order she said it was Alberto and she asked him about it just to tell me that he didn’t put my order in and if I wanted to wait another 10 minutes. What bothered me was that the woman didn’t seem apologetic at all when I told her they shouldn’t take mobile orders if they weren’t going to make them, all she did was roll her eyes and say well I didn’t take your order. Very rude I won’t be going back.

How does it take half an hour for me to get a single pizza and an order of wings. When I ordered my food, I was told that I was in luck since the wings were coming out as I was placing my order. Fifteen minutes passed and I asked what happened. They tell me they gave my wings aren't ready, yet they gave 3 customers after me their order, which also included wings. So I asked if they gave my wings to the customers after me and I was not given an answer. Despite this place being literally 2 minutes from my house, I'm not coming back here again. Rather go to the location on Central and Slauson. Customers there are friendlier and I've never had issues like this before.

I get home my pizza is COLD , to be frank I had one slice of pizza and one piece of their cheese tick pizza deal . Never in my life the commercial on tv are not describing this experience . Someone needs to train Sarah Chavez how to say thank you to customers. Lacks basic customer service skills, doesn't even smile when greeting. How did she even get a job? Please do her a favor and send her to the back kitchen. She doesn't deserve to tend the front counter with her poor work ethic.
