Highly recommend going here on a Tuesday, they have half price on their 'Signature' menu. I got the 'Joe Rogan Carnivore' and it was very good to say the least. Steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare and the eggs were runny enough for dipping. For half price on this it's very hard to pass. I've also had the Chicken Fried Chicken, also very good, I don't think you can go wrong with whatever you choose to order, must try!

Went here for mother's day brunch with my wife. Thoroughly enjoyed the tuna tower and the Nashville chicken mac & cheese. Try the pear pressure cocktail, slightly sweet with a nice hint of smoke from the mezcal.

I’ve been coming here at least once a week for around a year and a half. Trey has always been the absolute best. His service is spot on, he’s very fast and attentive, and he accommodates any requests we give him. If you are ever wanting top tier service ask to be in his section!! We don’t usually go unless he is working. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and some of my favorites are the spinach artichoke dip, the fish n chips (seriously the best french fries ever are here), and the wings. Brunch is also great here!! Try the scottish egg, surprisingly good. We always go for happy hour and sit on the patio.

hot cheeto wings were bomb alfredo was great smashburger was a little dry but pretty good EDIT: My wife went with her friends, she brought me back some food. My wings were completely plain instead of sauced, and what is this piece of corn. Hope they don't consider a frozen bag of corn a competitor because that is embarrassing. Lowering my score.

Great lunch and brunch options. Two of us had an ahi tuna salad, a patty melt, and we shared a "Scottish egg". Lots of seating and plenty of TVs to watch your favorite seasonal sports.

Tavern is one of the best restaurants and bars to enjoy your time at Lakeside. I have visited the place very first time and loved the place. We seated outside, then moved to BAR TOP and enjoyed our beers beer and snacks. They have great sitting at the bar, they have a dining room also they have outside patio sitting. Food and service are fabulous. Our lady bartender doesn't know the name, but it was fantastic. Soon will come again with put team of 20 people.

If you're in Lakeside, Flower Mound, make sure to stop by here. The atmosphere is great, and they have an excellent selection of beer and liquor. The staff is friendly and provides top-notch service. Their menu has a variety of options, including unique dishes. I highly recommend trying the Irish Chicken Pot Pie, and the Southwest Chicken Egg Rolls make a fantastic appetizer or meal. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating.

Tavern at Lakeside was nice. They have really good specials. Went on a Tuesday afternoon and entres were half price. Food was good but nothing amazing. Just good bar food. Service was great. Their Joe Rogan carnivore dish sounds interesting.

Visited the Tavern at Lakeside today. Great vibes and cozy atmosphere. The service was great. I ordered the Tuna Tower for appetizer. It was bland. I won’t order that again. For my entree I ordered the Classic Tavern Burger and added an egg on the burger. It came with a side so I ordered the Caesar salad. The burger was delicious and juicy. Glad I stopped the Tavern today.

It's a cool place with indoor and outdoor seating. The appetizers were really good, but our watermelon drink would have been better if it wasn't 80% plain ice cubes. Some live matches on small LCD TVs as well.

I really like this place, great Pub vibe and service is excellent. I wish they had more seafood options; sushi or shrimp would really round out the menu. Also, can be a little pricey but it's a great spot.

We went hiking at north shore and were looking for a good hamburger. We found the Tavern and checked the menu which says “fresh ground sirloin”. We got so excited to try a new place, it seemed like we were going to have a great burger. It was so, so, so bad we can’t remember having one so bad ever. The meat was clearly not fresh, was probably frozen, had no flavor and chewy full of knuckles and who knows what else. Afterwards we felt like we ate a bag of bricks. We don’t recommend eating a hamburger there, much better off at a fast food place, at least it would taste somewhat fresh.

Food isn't great- no compliments there.. We received attentive and friendly service- seating outside was perfect in the Texas weather. The bathrooms were clean. Back to the food: my brussel sprouts were not cooked properly and didn't have the stems cut off so they were hardly edible.. the greens in my Buffalo Chicken Wrap were not fresh and the buffalo-style of my wrap was much lacking as I hardly tasted the buffalo sauce and much more the cesar/anchovies taste. The craft beer selection lacked, but they're considered a gastropub. All around, I won't be back and I won't recommend.

Nobody in that kitchen uses salt, let alone any type of seasoning. Fries = straight potato, burger = straight cow, mozzarella sticks = less than freezer bag quality, vampire dip = straight ball of unmelted bland cheese. This place would actually be a good catch if the food wasn’t so bland. I mean if you want edible, go ahead, but if you want something better than your average weekly dinner at home… turn around now. For the quality, this place is completely overpriced too.

This place went WAY downhill. No more schnitzel, So I ordered the Chicken fried steak (worst, Ive ever had) it was terrible- thin cold , gravy was cold , Mashed potatoes had thick layer of cold skin on them- Brussels spouts- I ate one-=terrible also cold. Server was more interested in the table of his friends next to us - probably why all our food was cold. so no one was managing the servers. Ive had better chicken fried steak in a Hungry man microwave dinner before & that didn’t cost $22
