We have been coming here for years because our other favorite place with actually better crust could not get our order right, with a food allergy. This pizza restaurant in at least 7 or 8 years of about once a month of us visiting has never once messed up our order. Never. That is impressive. One of the reasons we keep coming back. Also, the sauce is pretty good whether it's the red or white. We get a 1/2 and 1/2 McKinnley and Snowy Alps. One thing happened a few years ago, they changed their Italian sausage and the new stuff hurt my stomach, so now we just order pizzas and ask them to remove it. But there really is not a better pizza in Folsom, they are polite, but not overly friendly, but I am not there to make friends. The dining room could use a facelift, it's straight outta the late 80's-90's. But all in all, we keep coming back and take our food to go, because no where else in Folsom has impressed us and they put a decent amount of toppings on. Thanks, MM for a lot of good pizzas and filling the need on nights we don't feel like cooking. XO

My family and I have been coming to this Mountain Mike's for many years, and one of the reasons we keep coming back is the excellent customer service. Regardless of what or how we order, the food is always delicious and fresh. I don’t tend to go out of my way for pizza, but when it comes to Mountain Mikes, I will always be a patron! Thank you, Mountain Mike's, for continuing to make amazing pizza and providing wonderful customer service!

My family and I have been loyal customers of Mountain Mike's for many years. Whether we're ordering takeout or dining in, the food has always been consistently great. While there are occasional busy periods, the wait times are usually accurate and worth it in my opinion. Compared to chain pizza places like Little Caesar's or Domino's, Mountain Mike's is top-notch. I'm surprised by the negative reviews, given our positive experiences over the years. Thank you, Mountain Mike's, for consistently delivering delicious pies!

Had bad experience at this location. Put in a delivery order for medium pizza and wings in which they gave me a 50 minute wait time. After an hour I called to check and was told pizza just came out of oven and was about to be on the way. I'm about 2 miles or less away. An additional 45 minutes went by and I called again and the manager said it was on the way. The 50 minute wait turned into an 1hour and 50min. All the manager said was sorry we're busy. I'll try a different location next time. The pizza itself was good though. Edit: mountain mikes reached out about my service and apologized. Based upon the customer service afterwords and the pizza quality being good I updated my review from 2 stars to 4 stars.

Where did all the pepperoni go? Used to be a pepperoni pizza was completely covered with pepperoni, now it costs more and has at least 1/3 less pepperoni. I get that this is probably coming from corporate but you guys are a premium pizza place so cheaping out is not a winning strategy

I always get a personal pizza. Pepperoni, black olive, mushrooms. Just picked one up and took it home. There was about half the amount of pepperoni! Barely two pieces per slice. How disappointing. Probably won't be going back there for my personal pizzas anymore.

My coworkers and I went for the advertised $9.99 pizza and salad bar buffet. They charged one coworker $18.98 and tried to do the same with me. They did not honor the $9.99 advertisement offer even after i showed the cashier the ad on the app.

I arrived at 1pm. The ad says they serve all you can eat pizza until 2pm. After They made and I ate one pizza, I asked them for another at 1:30 and I was told they wouldn't make it because it's too close to two. I had time to write this review and post it before 2. If you stop serving at 1:30, you should say that. This was my first time trying this restaurant and probably the last.

Pizza is good. Be warned if they turn on games that they are actually on before putting quarters in. I got ten dollars in quarters for my kid's to play air hockey. Guy came over and turned on games, stated it was on. Put a dollar in,table didn't turn on. My daughter noticed it wasn't plugged in plugged it in. Pizza is good. Be warned if they turn on games that they are actually on before putting quarters in. I got ten dollars in quarters for my kid's to play air hockey. Guy came over and turned on games, stated it was on. Put a dollar in,table didn't turn on. My daughter noticed it wasn't plugged in plugged it in. Game didn't start, had to put another dollar in quarters in. Went to the counter and let them know. Please help me understand how I order garlic knots and wings but I only get one ranch and have to pay $0.60 for another ranch? Guy was so quick to tell me he has to charge me before even thinking that I ordered two appetizers. Maybe they'll understand that great customer service comes for fee free and my bad review is now worth $0.60. Cheers!

Stay away from the buffet false advertisement and the owners watch you eat your food they also seem miserable! It makes you uncomfortable to even enjoy the buffet. Very cheap buffet with no options and it's not as advertised as far as price it's like $16.99 and their soda machine was dispensing nasty flat soda. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUFFET! They should just stop having a buffet it's a joke! They bring out the pizza one by one and wait for you to eat it lol bad experience! Also ambiance is nothing special! Was not even paying attention with how bad the buffet experience was!

I actually saw cockroaches inside, so just imagine what’s happening in the kitchen where your food is being prepared. If cleanliness matters to you, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. To make matters worse, I watched the manager put toppings on my pizza with her bare hands. No gloves, no utensils, just straight from her hands to my food. I was absolutely appalled. I’m fairly certain there are regulations about this, but apparently, they aren’t a priority here. As if that wasn’t enough, after paying, I noticed an extra 3% charge on my receipt, an automatic tip that I was never informed about. No mention, no heads-up, just silently added to my total. It would have been nice if they had at least let me know beforehand. Overall, this place is beyond unprofessional and in desperate need of serious changes. If you value your health, I’d strongly advise against eating here.
