Got a drink and a chorizo burrito as I was eating it I found this rock. It ended up cutting the side of my tongue, but per the manager because they do not make the burritos they couldn’t do anything about that. I just found a rock in my burrito so be careful everyone.

This is the closest CBTL near me which makes it logical to place my mobile orders here. NO, DON’T DO IT. Your order is rarely ready when it’s supposed to be and if it is they hold it hostage behind the counter while you’re standing there for five minutes watching it cool down because they cannot take two seconds to hand it to you. No other CBTL around here does this. I’m done with this store and their lack of friendliness, lack of customer service and cold orders that once were hot. This place needs new management.

We stopped by mid morning, there was 1 other person in the dining area. We waited several minutes, there were 4 people working, but nobody acknowledged us at all. The person taking the order did not make eye contact and seemed annoyed We waited more than 10 minutes for 2 drinks. The service was horrible, we will not be returning

The absolute SLOWEST Coffee Bean EVER. You will be waiting in the drive thru line for at least 25+ min. No matter what time of day or how many cars are in line they are the absolute SLOWEST. Either train workers better to be more efficient and timely or hire new workers. Unacceptable.

I'm at the drive thru right now after 15 minutes just one car in front and omg she just got a cup of freaking cofee 12/2/25. Between 8 30 and 8 40 am This is so freaking ridiculous If you don't fix this you're going to keep loosing customers

So my drink every time I order, is a Large Iced hazelnut latte. Recently, every time I order my drink, they ask if I want to swap the regular milk for oat milk or almond milk. I say no thank you. This morning, I ordered my drink, and they didn’t ask that question. So I roll up to the window and she hands me a small (not a large) drink and I can taste oat milk. So not only she gave me the wrong size drink, she gave me the drink with oat milk instead of regular. What if I couldn’t have oat milk?? I didn’t have time to go in the drive thru again so I’m stuck with this drink. They need to stop pushing milk alternatives on people and simply give us what we want.

Never order mobile service here. Everytime I order I wait over 20 mins. People who come in and order in line will get their drinks before yours. Not sure if they don’t prioritize mobile here or not horrible experience every time

Went today and was treated SO poorly, not sure what is wrong with this location and the girls working here because I’ve been going to coffee bean for forever and never experienced this before! Sucks that I will be avoiding this place going forward and letting everyone else know. I felt that the girl who made our order wrong THREE times, did it on purpose because she gave me SO much attitude and huffed and puffed as I was letting her know “how to” make my drink. Which mind you, I just wanted caramel on top of the drink. NOT even something difficult or crazy/ out of the ordinary. She just chose to be RUDE about it. It was my mom’s first time there and even she says she’s never going to get their coffee ever again. I did contact the corporate office because it really felt that the employees could not care less about good customer service or just being kind for a 2-minute interaction that’s all. I work in the public too and I would NEVER treat anyone this way. We work hard for our money and choose where to spend it and to be treated this way and have someone roll their eyes and huff at you because they do not want to make your coffee right for you when it’s literally in their job description? It is beyond me. Please avoid this place and spend your hard earned money elsewhere, anywhere but here.
