Overall not impressed. I've been going here since they opened and lately it has been going downhill so fast. Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes on Saturday, if I wouldn't have done a mobile order I would have just left because of how ridiculous the wait was, the car behind me actually did leave. It's been like that almost every time I've gone recently, and they keep messing up orders. Today for instance my coffee had no vanilla in it. On Saturday my coffee was burnt which doesn't even make sense, if they're that busy the coffee should be fresh. None of the workers care about their job. The prices keep going up while the quality is going down. Might have to start going down the road to the other dunkin instead.

Purchased a cappuccino…. very little coffee, and milk was all froth. Definitely not worth $4.59! Even was charged $2 for a cup of ice water! Have yet to hear from owner about my overpriced beverages!

Store was very poorly run. Kiosk was the only ordering option, and the staff would not help customers unless forced. Had to remind server we were missing our order after multiple other orders were served.

Waited in the Drive-Thru line behind one vehicle for over 20 minutes was taking so long that I went inside and the girl couldn't figure out how to cash out a regular coffee! It was a complete joke to say the least and I hope the staff does better in the future

Went inside to place order… we were completely ignored by the staff. There were other people ahead of us that hadn’t been waited on for 5 minutes. I work in customer service and that was completely unacceptable. Then they didn’t give us our full order and then ignored us again.

Food, service and coffee were great and speedy. My problem is with the franchise owner or whoever made a rule that the employees can't accept tips. We're in the middle of a pandemic, you should be happy you have people willing to work, I find it dehumanizing that you won't allow them to accept tips. Who are you to tell me how I use my money? If I were them I'd quit, this is the only DD that I've been to that does this. Allow them their tips!

The front door was locked and i watched 3 women inside chatting instead of working. It isn't a company policy as you can go into ALL of the other locations in the area. I wonder if corporate knows they are refusing service to customers by locking the door. Just crazy to do things that lose the company money after the past year and a half. Just dumb!!!

Disgusting!!!! 4 out of the 6 donuts I bought were hard and inedible. You could easily tell they were sitting for a long time. First time at this location and it will definitely be my last. I could tell as soon as I touched them and so should the employee who packaged them. You need to do better!!!!!!!!

Very busy and not enough people working. I went inside as the drive-thru is always backed up. It took about 10 minutes for me waiting inside and the same vehicle waiting. I ordered a vanilla chai and pretty sure I only had steamed milk. The workers were polite. I feel bad for them to be so short staffed. It's not my first visit encountering this.
