Great customer service and they even have one security guard. The thing that turned me off is as night was approaching homeless people came by every hour to ask for food or force conversations with clearly non interested customers/workers. I know is out of this establishment’s control that a lot of homeless stay nearby but that brought down the atmosphere. Not the best location to dine and have a peaceful and relaxed time. Felt I need to be aware of them all the time.

This McDonald’s morning crew is absolutely terrible. Gave me a frappe that was mostly whipped cream and told me it was fine then gave me a chicken biscuit that I couldn’t even bite through and half of it came off the sandwich . Always a problem in the morning.

I didn't like the experience I had from there early this morning. I initially placed an online order via the McDonald's app at 508am. They have a big sign that says that the lobby is open at 5am EVERYDAY, but that wasn't the case as the so called security guard just sat there and wouldn't let me and a few others who was waiting to get in until after 530am. When I finally got to the counter I was trying to explain to the worker that I placed an online order. She was looking confused as to what I was saying. Luckily, I showed her the screenshot and confirmation email to her as proof of purchase. A few more minutes passed and she finally gave me my order but at that point I was too mad to eat. When I got home, I opened the bag to see that there were 2 sausage biscuits and that's not what I ordered. I ordered 2 steak biscuits...SMH. As for the so called security guard, he was sitting in the corner during the whole time. What's his purpose for working there if all he's going to do is just sit in the corner and do nothing? SMH

Terrible waiting time and the worst service. The waiting time was absolutely awful. Staff didn’t seem to care at all. This is the worst service I’ve experienced in the U.S., and unfortunately it was at this McDonald’s. Never coming back.

A security officer asked me to order immediately, and when I explained my situation, he grabbed my bag and pushed me toward the exit. I felt intimidated and mistreated, especially as someone new to the country. I hope McDonald’s reviews this behavior to improve customer treatment.

This might be the slowest, worst McDonald's around. It is supposed to be fast food, but when I bring my kids here to play, we end up waiting 10-15 minutes for a couple of happy meals and some nuggets. I thought the whole premise of McDonald's was to get your food quickly. Anything wrong with your order is difficult to signal because they only have one person working the counter and they dont always seem to care to stop what they are doing to service their clients. They have sanitizer dispensers all over the restaurant, as well as napkin dispensers. I have yet to come when any of them actually had anything to dispense. This last time I was given expired milk with my kids happy meals and had to go try to flag someone down to get it replaced. The people who work here give zero cares about their customers... The main reason we come is for the kids play place. Not sure if it is always like this, but the part of the restaurant that houses the play place was not air conditioned the last few times I came, meaning your kids are running around in stale, hot air the whole time they are playing. Go somewhere else...

We paid for it and the lady at the counter never gave it to us. Then we explained it to her but she refused to listen and made videos of us. Never had such a bad experience at a McDonald’s.

Atmosphere felt very uncomfortable so I understand why the cashier wasn’t upbeat and pleasant. Today is a Monday at approx 545PM. The cashier upfront has potential to provide outstanding service but she has no support and it appeared that she was working 3 people’s job and it was clear that she wasn’t a manager. The area seems pretty rough. Bathrooms are locked and require security to enter. And security is patrolling the park lot. I know labor cost is a controllable but get the cashier some support.

Absolutely ruined the start of my day by giving me the wrong sandwich. I ordered a steak bagel, sub round egg, and was excited to eat it by the way. However, I got to work and unwrapped a bacon, egg and cheese…with the thinnest hard bagel and tinniest 2 half strips of bacon. Needless to say I WAS FURIOUS! Terrible atmosphere at this location as well, as there are unhoused at every angle looking for money. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!

A Pet's Home Away From Home

The drive through took 30 mins to take our order and give it to us. They were literally taking 1 person at a time. I literally mean take 1 person and complete their full order over 20 mins before they take the next order. FIVE people left the line. The manager needs to fire the entire shift that was working 8/29 overnight into 8/29 shift. They lost you ALOT of business. Will be calling corporate to escalate the situation. Absolutely absurd how long that took. 2:02 pull up 2:38 take off. For a fry large coke and mcchicken.
