Great experience! The service from Nelson was truly special. As a Brazilian, I felt very welcomed and well taken care of. I just left after celebrating our anniversary, and we had such a great experience! The ambience was amazing, warm, romantic, and perfect for a special night out. Esteban our server was GREAT along with the entire staff! And I have to say, it was hands down the best salad bar in the Fort. The variety and freshness were incredible! Everything was beautifully set up and delicious. We’re so glad we chose this spot for our celebration and will definitely be back!
We had a fantastic experience. Dianna our server did a wonderful job explaining the menu and keeping our drinks full. Nelson also made sure any special requests for the churrasco came quickly. Food was fantastic. Really enjoyed the garlic sirloin and pichana. Highly recommend.

From the moment we were seated at Fogo de Chão in Fort Lauderdale, Nelson elevated our entire dining experience. He was personable, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. He made excellent suggestions, kept everything running smoothly, and made us feel valued as guests. You can tell when someone takes pride in their work, and Nelson absolutely does. The food was fantastic, but the service is what we’ll remember most.
We came here to celebrate Valentine’s Day and we had an amazing time! The salad bar was delicious, you have a lot of options to choose from. The drinks were so good. Churrasco was my favorite part, Nelson gave us the best recommendations, he was very attentive. If you come here ask for him! We would definitely be back, and recommend to friends.
I came here for the first time and sat at the bar for some cocktails. I wasn’t aware they had a bar menu with happy hour drinks / bites! We ordered about 5 different small bites and each one didn’t disappoint! Everything was freshly made and cooked with love. Our bartenders were FANTASTIC. I hate I can’t remember their names but it was a Monday night and two gentleman were working. One was Brazilian and the other was Haitian. 10/10 service from them. Will definitely be back!
I decided to take my wife and daughter out for dinner on Nov 10 at 4.45pm so that we can take advantage of their Veterans Day specials which was 50% off military personnel PLUS 10% off their guests on Full Churrasco OR Indulgent Churrasco (will provide pic of the email advertisement). We arrived promptly at 4.45pm and was immediately shown to our table. I asked the server to make sure that they knew about the Veterans Day special. I ordered the Indulgent Churrasco (which was a full Churrasco plus a choice of either 1 Lobster Tail or 1 crabcake among other choices and choice of dessert) my wife ordered the Full Churrasco and my daughter order the kids Churrasco (which was half off the adult full Churrasco). I don’t know if we went during the changing of Lunch/Dinner shift but our meat choice were Top Sirloin, Flank steak, Picanha, ribeye, and Bacon wrapped steak, that was all they were bringing. I had to tell them to put down some filet (which was my wife and daughter’s favorite) and lamb chops. The filet and lamb took about 5-10 mins and then they brought them over. It seems to me that the meat we wanted wasn’t on the fire so they had to rush it because they were kind of dark on the outside and raw inside. The filet seems like they didn’t clean the cut right because right in the middle of loin there were a long strip of sinew, usually this is our favorite but this was tough and chewy (not characteristic of a great filet). The whole time we didn’t want to complain but just want to enjoy our dinner. The end of the meal we saw that our servers were sitting down and eating at the end of the bar (probably didn’t eat anything and just finishing up their lunch shift). So we asked another server for the check and asked the manager for the Veterans special discount this is when we were told that the Veterans discount was only for the Full Churrasco and nothing else. By this time we just want to pay and go home as our house was a little more than an hour away Update: it has been a week and still no one reached out to rectify any issues Update 2: it has been little over a month and from their initial reply to review I have reached out to their email. No one has reached back out. It a shame. Update 3: on 22 Feb 2026 (3 and half months after) we went back because my it was my mom request to dine here for Chinese Lunar New Year Dinner. One of the Managers Sam came over as we sat down and took care of our order and really took care of our table as my dad doesn’t really eat beef, I told him that it was ok and he can eat the chicken pork and lamb but he insisted on making sure that my dad will enjoy his meal. Both our server Diego and Sam the Asistant Manager made sure our dinner was unforgettable!! Fogo really came back after this one. They made my family really feel like home!! I really appreciated the thought and effort. Thank you for everything!!

Because of them, the whole dinner felt relaxed, fun, and memorable. I definitely recommend this location, and if you can, ask for Belle and Carolina – they made our night.

What a wonderful place but the customer service wait no more like family at this point!! Nelson what!! He’s the man he made sure everything was on point was very attentive and was never to far jic you needed anything!! Made me an my date feel like first class experience!! Had a great experience at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse on Las Olas! We sat at the bar and ordered from the bar menu — the Queijo Assado, the Bone-In Beef Ancho, a Caipirinha, and a Stella Artois. Everything was delicious and full of flavor. Our server Flavia was amazing — super attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Great food, great drinks, and great service. We’ll definitely be back!

Nelson took care of me and my husband last night. It was our first wedding anniversary and he made the experience perfect. He took his time to talk to us and bring us our favorite cut of meat multiple times. He really loves his job and his customers it shows. I would definitely say nelson is a blessing! Now for food we had the crème brûlée cheesecake and it was the best cheesecake I ever had. My husband isn’t a sweets fan but he ate half of the cake. So that says something! Definitely would recommend this location :)

Went here to celebrate my Great Friends 50th Birthday 🎂 It was Very nice.....a bit pricey but the food was Scrumptious. The salad & soup bar was very good. I didn't have the soup...but I had a bit of almost everything else. The crab cake was Very Very Delicious. The service was Great. I had the Brule' cheesecake.....Yum Yum 😋 😋 Happy New Year!!!🎊
We came last year for my birthday and my moms birthday and we decided to come back for Christmas dinner because I used to work in hospitality for 21 years and was a Chef at five star retreats and a food blogger and I just didn’t feel like cooking this year… Best decision we ever made. As usual, the food and ambience is impeccable, but I have to stop and take special attention to thanking Nelson, for the superior Garlic Sirloin and all over attentive service, knowledge and genuine hospitality, (which is rare in Fort Lauderdale these days). I hope that the CEO up in corporate sees this and that they take note, and I believe Nelson should be training people and getting a huge raise because the way that he delivers genuine Customer service is impeccable, and he is a diamond in the rough, the natural talent that shines and I haven’t seen many times my 21 years of hospitality experience. Wow!!! First time visiting… but I’ll be back very soon. Excellent selection of meats. Great Service. (I omitted the server face) but his name was Nelson & he took great care of us on yesterday & made sure our preferred meat choices came to our table. I felt like me spending my $$$ here was appreciated. I also loved the salad bar variety & the atmosphere. I can’t believe I’d never been here!!!! But I’ll definitely be back!!
Some of the tenderest beef we've ever had at a Brazilian steak house. The 1 piece of chicken (wrapped in 🥓) i had was also very tender. Delicious caramelized pineapple old fashioned. Nice salsa music playing. The salad bar was great too. Lots to choose from.
First time here and loved the food and the atmosphere and all our servers. The location was in Las Olas Blvd. We did valet parking. There were 6 of us in our group and we all loved it. All first timers at Fogo De Chao but we have been to other Brazilian steakhouses. I want to say thank you to those who served us: thank you to David who took care of us, Vito who kept bringing the meats to our table, Veronica who brought us the cheese and honey. Delicious! And last but not least, Luis for suggesting desserts and brought us the chocolate molten cake with vanilla ice cream. David kept bringing us the cheesy bread, which was so delicious. We all had a great time. We definitely had more than enough to eat. Highly recommend to come here but come hungry!
Amazing! My wife and I ate so much meat, everything was delicious! We also ordered Caipirinha and it was great! Cauã our server was awesome and explained everything about how the rodízio worked and went over the menu with us. We are definitely going back!

Pedro was our server and was very kind and helpful with the menu and beverages. Then we had Nelson and Leo serve us a variety of meats. They were very attentive to our temp requests and explained each item beautifully. The entire experience was phenomenal! At the end, Leo brought out a plate of hot pineapple slices with cinnamon… YUM! Before we left, the Assistant Manager, Sam, stopped by to ensure our experience was perfect. And it absolutely was! Can’t wait to come back!

I should know better than to order a seafood tower from a Brazilian steakhouse. HOWEVER, the presentation was in one of the most aesthetically pleasing vessels of any seafood tower. The mussels were meaty and good. The shrimp cocktail were really snappy and delicious. The crab legs were sweet and yummy and tasted fresh. The lobster, however, did not taste fresh, this would make me avoid ordering a Fogo seafood tower in the future. The lobster claws in particular were very rubbery (not juicy) and definitely seemed to have been cooked on a previous day. Born & raised in New England, I have had a lot of lobster in my day - I know what fresh lobster looks and tastes like! 🦞 I'll stick to the steaks in future visits! 😁

Overall, Fogo de Chao was a solid experience. I did have to wait a bit even with a reservation, which was a little annoying. The meats, while tasty, were on the colder side when they came around, but still flavorful. The staff wasn’t super engaging or attentive, but they were polite enough. Despite a few hiccups, the food quality was good, and the atmosphere was nice. Definitely worth trying, though there’s room for improvement.

Toward the end of the night, the experience improved. Another server, Lex, stepped in and ensured we were well taken care of for the rest of the evening. Overall, the night had a rocky start but ended on a much better note thanks to the staff’s efforts. We might consider coming back, especially if the service remains as attentive as it was by the end.

By this time we just want to pay and go home as our house was a little more than an hour away Update: it has been a week and still no one reached out to rectify any issues Update 2: it has been little over a month and from their initial reply to review I have reached out to their email. No one has reached back out. It a shame.
