We had such a great night here. Olive & Sea is inside the Hilton. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish at the table was a hit, and we passed plates saying, “You have to try this.” The service really stood out, too. Attentive without hovering, friendly without feeling forced. They timed everything perfectly and made us feel genuinely welcome. Note: gratuity was automatically added.
Lovely place and highly recommended for anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale, FL. I came here for a business meeting and had the chance to try several of their business appetizers, and everything exceeded my expectations. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. The standout sample plates were the fried artichokes, wings, and falafels — each one delicious and perfectly seasoned. The natural drinks were especially impressive: fresh, refreshing, and very flavorful 😋. The atmosphere was pleasant and professional, making it an excellent place for both business meetings and casual dining. I would definitely return and recommend it without hesitation.
We celebrated our wedding ceremony and dinner at Olive and Sea in December 2025. It was a fantastic and unforgettable experience, mainly thanks to the support and organization of Bernadette, the event manager. Since our first contact with her, she was extremely helpful , providing clear information on the several options. She allowed us to design the whole experience as we wanted and everything worked out perfectly thanks to her and all the staff. The place is beatiful with incredible sunset views to the marina and yatchs passing by. All our guests loved it, as well as the food and the several options for wine and drinks. We would recommend anyone visiting Olive and Sea and organizing your event here.
Service was great , valet parking is a must. Great place for celebratory dinner - for 4 people approx price $300 total. The outdoor seating is great.
We had such a wonderful dining experience here! From the moment we sat down, both our server Adriana and the male bartender serving us 8/26 made us feel so welcome. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable—going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their friendliness and care turned a simple night out into something special. The atmosphere was inviting, the service was outstanding, and we left feeling like valued guests. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and truly exceptional service!
Had a wonderful dinner at Olive & Sea! What a gem in Ft. Lauderdale. Our server Adriana was fantastic. Super attentive and friendly. Love the vibes here and food was delicious. Will be back to try breakfast so we can enjoy the views!
I chose dinner at the bar with Brigitte, which was my first great choice. She steered me toward the Hangar Steak and it was the absolute best I've ever had. Seasoned, charred, spiced, perfectly medium rare. And the Fries!!!! So light and creamy inside, equally light and crunchy outside! Wow! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Went for happy hour. The trio dip was good, but we asked for pita to dip instead of the crackers. The falafel and Israeli salad was good. The shwarma was fine but it's a few small bits so not really worth it for the price.
We stopped by to have a bite before picking up someone at the Ft Lauderdale airport. To our surprise, the food, service and views are amazing. Highly recommended.

I came across Olive and Sea through TikTok search that I did before heading out to dinner craving a Mediterranean cuisine for the night in a outdoor indoor, perfect ambience restaurant, Olive and sea completely nailed it food, ambience, friendly staff, and bartender drinks were awesome. No complaints at all setting was perfect. Indoor outdoor seating available not reservation Needed you could walk in but they do prefer reservations ahead of time. Also keep in mind. There is a Hilton hotel next door perfect for a staycation. If you’re looking forward to staying in town for a few days. highly recommend Olive and sea restaurant.
Flavorful beef shawarma with 3 dips (1 was amazing), yummy baked carrots and great Greek salad. Pistachio Cheesecake was rich. Bread was tasty. Visited on a busy Saturday night and the hostesses were terrific. All staff moved quickly and knew their jobs. Had a fun vibe and was expensive. The bar was busy.
The best Mediterranean food I had in south Florida. Got to sample many different dishes. The portion on size is small. We had a private room at this restaurant. They accommodated 10 people. Service was wonderful. Menu options were great. The location is beautiful. They have outdoor and indoor seatings.

We had dinner at Olive & Sea last night. The entire experience was wonderful except for the hostess. When we arrived for our reservation the hostess was on the phone, even after she hung up she didn’t acknowledge us for a couple minutes. When she did, she barely looked at us, didn’t smile, and mumbled. Upon seating us, she handed us the menus without a word. Our perception of Olive & Sea changed drastically when our server, Maria, arrived. She is one of the best servers we’ve ever had! She was super friendly and kind. She made sure we knew exactly what we were ordering and suggested alternatives if it wasn’t what we were envisioning. She was very attentive to our needs and treated us with complete respect. What a genuinely wonderful person! The food was delicious and the cardamom honey old fashioned is reason enough to check out this restaurant!
Our server Adriana was amazing. She was so welcoming and attentive. Her warmth and kindness made our experience. She recommended the babka roll for dessert and it was delicious. Our dinner was so flavorful. Definitely recommend!!
Amazing food and ambiance. One of the best burgers I have had in my life. The salmon was also excellent. We can't wait to come back and try everything on the menu with the full table option. Incredible views day and night as well

We’re in town to board a cruise ship and stayed at this motel. We decided at the last minute to eat at this rooftop restaurant. They took us in and sat us by the water. Lizzy was our server and was very good at her job. She was always smiling and made some great recommendations. The food was great and the scenery was great also. Thank you to the staff for making our meal one to remember.
What a nice time. If you decide to eat here, I suggest to make reservations for outside. The view is amazing. For an appetizer, I had the charred octopus. I can't rate it because it was my first time trying it. It was a good experience. For entree, I had the salmon with orzo. Perfectly cooked and well seasoned. For dessert I had the chocolate pistachio bread pudding. Absolutely amazing. I love bread pudding and these is definitely top five. Overall a great experience if you like Mediterranean cuisine.
Service was a bit spotty, i.e. waiting for menu, drinks. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was just lovely.

Had a party of 9. Everyone enjoyed their meal and loved the vibe at the restaurant. Our waiter was very attentive to our party. There is complimentary parking as well. I didn't give a 5 because it was a little challenging getting in touch with them to ask questions and/or make changes.
I was excited to try this place for happy hour but ran into a miscommunication that started the evening off poorly. I read online that the outdoor patio was included in happy hour, and the hostess seated us there but our waitress later said it wasn’t. The patio wasn’t even busy, so the situation felt unnecessary and frustrating. Once we moved to another area, we were finally able to order, and the vegetarian options were fresh and delicious. I’d consider coming back if the staff communicated in a more kind and clear manner to ensure a smoother experience.
Olive and Sea is undeniably a beautiful restaurant with a stunning setting and atmosphere. The décor, views, and overall vibe make it feel like a special night out from the moment you walk in. Unfortunately, the service really missed the mark during my visit. It was slow, inattentive, and lacked the attention to detail you’d expect from such a nice establishment. While the environment was lovely, the disconnect between the setting and the level of service left me feeling underwhelmed. With some improvements in staff attentiveness and hospitality, this could easily be an incredible dining experience — but for now, it just doesn’t live up to its potential.

I visited this restaurant twice, and unfortunately, the experiences were quite different. The first time was fantastic – the food was flavorful, the service attentive, and the view absolutely stunning. It felt like the perfect place for a relaxing meal with a beautiful ambiance. However, on my second visit, things took a downturn. The food was just okay – nothing particularly memorable, especially considering the price point. For what they charge, you’d expect something much more refined or exciting. It feels like you’re mainly paying for the view and ambiance, which are undoubtedly great, but if you’re after top-quality Mediterranean food, there are better options out there. Overall, it’s worth visiting if you’re looking for a scenic spot to dine, but if food quality is your priority, you might want to explore other places
I want to start by saying the waitress and the server were outstanding. Everything else was subpar. As Hilton Diamond members I am very disappointed. First I called because the online reservation said 9pm. The host was initially rude but then said come on up and they would fit us in. We had to wait for a wheelchair for my mother in law. We got up to the restaurant and discovered that as a hotel guest you have to walk through the restaurant to the host stand. We left my mother in law at a table at the far end. When we got to the other side there was only one couple in front. There was one host and he was calling for anyone with reservations. People were making reservations for anytime while in line just to be called to the front. When we finally got up front my husband was told 45min but we had been standing there for 30 already. Now I know that 45 for a busy restaurant isnt much. The trouble was the restaurant wasnt busy. They were massively under staffed. Here is the good part. While we were dealing with the host, a server was kind enough to set up the table and a waitress where my mother in law was at. Food was good but definitely not worth the prices. And if you dont like Turkish seasoning, dont come here. It looks like the quality has gone down. My husband got the pizza based off a picture that was taken last year. It was definitely not the same. I wish I took a picture to comparw.Maybe it was a bad..understaffed night. The hotel is packed and I did see a lot of pizza boxes being packed up.
Atmosphere is quaint, cozy and good temperature. The music is quite loud, not suitable for noise sensitive. Service was slow and a little judgy, still mostly pleasant. The Zatar fries were very good, they use powdered zatar that appears seed free and the garlic aoli was excellent. The flatbread pizza was okay. The roasted cauliflower with lentils is served cold - which really should be indicated on the menu. The chef did send appologoes for the cauliflower and remove a beverage from the bill for compensation which was very nice of them. Overall its a decent meal thats conveniently attached to the hotel.

The pros: -Plenty of gluten free options (which is the main reason why we chose this place) -My cocktail (a gin drink) was tasty. My husband's Old Fashioned was alright -The app (falafel) and side (grapes leaves) were good -Our server was good enough The Cons: -Overpriced. While there was price transparency, $39 for a single beef kabobs is bonkers. And call me crazy, because that's what I ordered, which leads me to the next con -Main meals were... meh. My beef kabob was tough, although it was cooked between medium-medium well (I ordered medium). Husband and son appeared to enjoy their hangar steak. Other son did not care for the pork belly, which was pretty bland, and not crispy -The food sits on a counter for the expo to season and run, which seems great in theory because the food is getting one last seasoning and look before being served. However, when several plates of food sit there for minutes before being served, the food tends to get a little luke warm, despite the heating lamps. -20% mandatory gratuity! This policy is listed on the menu, so it was not a surprise, but I am NOT a fan of being told how I should tip. While I most likely would have given our server a 20% tip (as this is mostly my standard), I don't like being auto charged the tip. 3 stars mostly for the gluten free options, which can be sometimes hard to find!
