I had such a wonderful time at Tequila Jacks!! The staff really set the tone, super inviting and had great food recommendations (definitely try their chicken bowl and home made salsa!) My margarita was fantastic, and the vibes were immaculate, cannot wait to return!!

Tequila Jacks Cantina is the perfect beachside spot! The view is incredible, food is fresh and full of flavor, and drinks are great. I tried shrimp bowl and spicy mango margarita, both were AMAZING! Our server was super friendly! It’s the kind of place you want to bring friends to hang out, enjoy drinks, and watch the sunset. Highly recommend!

It's got an awesome vibe - super chill but still lively, with great music and a really nice interior and gorgeous exterior that makes you want to stay for hours. The food is so good — they've got tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and nachos that taste fresh and full of flavor. And of course, the drinks are perfect, very well made!

Absolutely love this place. Tequila Jacks has become my go to spot in Fort Lauderdale. Every time I come in, the staff treats me like family and the service is always on point. The drinks are strong, the food comes out quick, and the vibe is exactly what you want, fun, relaxed, and never boring. The music is always good, the energy is great, and it’s one of those places where you genuinely end up staying longer than you planned because you’re actually having a good time. If you’re in the area and want a spot that consistently delivers good drinks, good people, and a great atmosphere, this is it. Highly recommend.

Stopped by Tequila Jacks Cantina and had the carnitas bowl – absolutely amazing! Perfect balance of flavors with fresh ingredients and generous portions. Paired it with an ice-cold beer that was honestly the best on the beach – crisp, freezing cold, and refreshing. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for great food and drinks by the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

Stopped by Tequila Jack's for a quick drink and ended up staying longer than planned. The Rum Runners were absolutely delicious and the bartenders were friendly and on point. The warm night air and ocean breeze made the whole experience perfect. A great spot to relax, sip a drink, and take in the beach vibe.

Amazing bar,, awesome music, great food, fantastic cocktails and really good service! Super comfy seats too, a perfect place to lounge away the afternoon. Meggy was amazing, as were all the wait staff! We got here before sunset and ended up staying late, it’s become our favorite place on the strip! Highly recommend!

Best chicken quedsadillas in town. Very good atmosphere. Highly recommended ! 2nd visit: Their Margaritas is better than some restaurants in downtown las olas. Lobster quesadillas is to die for. Very good service

Tequila jacks replaces one of my favorite Italian restaurants on the strip. The food was excellent and the service excellent as well. I had the shrimp ceviche. Our waitress was a very cute Venezuelan by name of Meggy. Excellent service with a smile. 😇

We walked down the beach to Tequila Jacks for lunch. Wow! It was delicious. I had the chicken rice bowl. The chicken was well seasoned and the combination perfect. The salsa was also excellent and I don’t say that often. Service was delightful. All the waitresses worked together. A great lunch experience.

Lili was professional and very courteous. Barry’s restaurant, Tequila Jacks did a soft launch opening. The restaurant currently serves hand-held food items, while they work to get things ready for the grand opening. However, I preferred something different and the owner was so accommodating and elicited feedback so that he can make the wonderful dining experience even better. If you’re looking for great food, good drinks, and timely and professional service. Stop by Tequila Jacks and ask for Lili and be sure to say hi to the man who brought this restaurant to the Fort Lauderdale Beach. It’s the place to be!

This place is awesome! Just 3 weeks open and the vibe is on point. Our server Lili was AMAZING! Masterclass in customer service for sure. The happy hour tacos were great and can you believe there is a non-alcoholic Tequila??? 🤔Gonna have to try it next time. We will be back for sure!

Not really sure where this 4.7 review comes from that they currently have. The atmosphere is definitely nice, no denying that. But, how much can you credit the restaurant for that over the fact that they are in a prime location right on the beach? Food, not so great. You will leave here feeling like someone just robbed you of your hard earned money considering the prices. Definitely dont order the oysters. They look and taste like they save them from the previous day. And the only sauce they were served with was a prepackaged Craft cocktail sauce, as if i was at McDonald's. Like actually, the same little sauce packages from McDonald's. The audacity to charge 22 dollars for 6 rotten oysters and a sticky cocktail sealed the deal for me. Anyway, dont go here.

I recently visited Tequila Jacks and had a mixed experience. First, I want to say the service and atmosphere were excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the vibe of the restaurant made for a really enjoyable setting. It’s definitely a place you want to love. Unfortunately, the food did not match the ambiance or the price point. I ordered the carne asada tacos, expecting traditional steak, but what I received was ground sirloin. Three small “hamburger-style” tacos were $28, which was very disappointing for the portion and quality. I also ordered the carne asada nachos, and again, it was ground sirloin instead of steak. I even asked the waitress to confirm, and she checked with the chef and confirmed it was ground sirloin. For that price, I expected actual steak, not ground beef marketed as carne asada. On a positive note, the chicken wings ($20) were great — flavorful and cooked well. Overall, while the service and atmosphere were top-notch, the food quality — especially the misleading carne asada — was highly disappointing, particularly at this price point. I hope they consider improving the quality and clarity of their menu descriptions.

I visited Tequila Jack’s for the first time and was extremely disappointed. I stood at the hostess stand for several minutes without being acknowledged and eventually seated myself. After sitting down in the bar area, no one greeted me, so I went to the bar and ordered my own drink. When a server finally came over, she dropped a menu next to me without saying a word. Finally the server came. When I asked about adding bacon to the loaded fries, there was confusion about pricing. I was told my total would be $28 — “For whatever I get on it” - said the server. A huge jump from the listed $17. I was then told bacon alone was over $10. That’s absurd for fries. The manager explained it came with six strips, but I ordered loaded fries, not an omelette. The manager adjust the cost. To top it off, the fries were undercooked. The place was asleep!! Too relaxed… and not enough urgency. Poor service, unclear pricing, and disappointing food. For a first visit, this was a bad impression. I should’ve gone to Hooters instead.. they are kind. ✌🏿👋🏾

2 of us sat at the bar. Terrible service, one bartender talked to a patron the whole time while I didn’t have a drink for 20 minutes. Said excuse me multiple times. Food was mediocre at best.. $26 for a quesadilla and what a waste. I ate a slice. Do not recommend, and will not return.

While the evening was cool Sunday night ahead of the holiday, it explained a lot why this place was empty while the rest of the beach was quite busy with folks in town for the national championship game. I know rent is insane but I hope the owners do something about these prices and I'll consider returning.

Wasn't sure what I was going to get but when the cheapest meal option is a $23 cheese quesadilla, it made me feel less shame about leaving before placing an order. While the evening was cool Sunday night ahead of the holiday, it explained a lot why this place was empty while the rest of the beach was quite busy with folks in town for the national championship game. I know rent is insane but I hope the owners do something about these prices and I'll consider returning.

I don’t eat big portions but for a $35 dollar salad, I would have gotten more food had I gone to Chipotle, and the piece of fish was small. $21 dollars for chips and queso appetizer. It looks like they spent all the money in the atmosphere and are offsetting costs with their food presentation. My bill was $130 for chips and queso, a salad, 3 tacos, personal pizza and 3 waters. I don’t mind spending the money but for a deli style presentation with disposable plates and cutlery and over priced, mid grade food. It wasn’t worth it. Atmosphere is very nice and obviously the beach view is wonderful. I am a local, that being said, the location of this establishment and who they typically cater to , tourists, is the only reason they can get away with those prices. They should also add more items to their menu for the great space that they have.
