Went here with my siblings and had a great time. The food was very tasty, and I loved the variety of flavors in each dish. Even though the place was busy, the service was quick and attentive. The ambience was nice and comfortable, and everything came out in a timely manner. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.
What a gem! Stepping into The Namu Korean Kitchen feels like you’ve been transported straight to the bustling streets of Seoul—the interior design nails that authentic Korean vibe with its cozy, vibrant decor and subtle nods to tradition. We made the 30 mile trek from Miami just to satisfy our intense Korean food cravings, and let me tell you, it was absolutely worth every mile. The japchae was perfectly chewy and flavorful, the Korean fried chicken had that irresistible crispy exterior with juicy goodness inside, and the bulgogi fried rice? Pure umami heaven, savory, smoky, and packed with just the right kick. If you’re a fan of bold, authentic flavors, this spot is a must-visit. Can’t wait to come back for more! Highly recommend.
This place was absolutely amazing. It was our first time there and it did not disappoint we will be back. The food was sooo good, I had the Korean fried chicken (the chicken was so big I only finished 4) the kimchi fries were top tear. The best loaded fries I’ve ever had. The fries were cooked perfectly. My husband loved the ramen and the takoyaki was simply amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone. Service was amazing and everyone was so friendly.
Finally got to try this place! I visited with my husband just this afternoon for our anniversary. We enjoyed lychee soju and I had the pear honey tea. The lychee was the perfect amount of sweet and balanced out the entire meal. The tea was also nice and light, with a hint of sweet. For starters, we had the potato croquettes and the Korean fried dumplings. The croquettes were nice and crunchy on the outside while the potato was super creamy and smooth inside. The fried dumplings were also super tasty (we ordered beef). It came with a little salad in the middle with some creamy and sweet ginger dressing. Honestly couldn't get enough. For our entrees, I had the japanese curry with a chicken cutlet and my husband ordered the korean ramen with pork, a beef dumpling and an egg. Everything was super delicious! Lastly, we had the mochi ice cream. I asked for all 3 flavors, but I guess they only had strawberry and vanilla at the time. Still very good and would recommend everything we ate. Also wish I caught the name of the waitress there (all the staff was friendly), but I feel like she was a Rockstar at her job - from greeting customers, to seating them, taking orders - pretty sure she answered the phone when I called to check if I needed to make a reservation the day before (she said for 2 people that I didn't, could just walk in). They also have a button at each table to summon some assistance - very convenient. Wish most places were like that!
Loved the food! It was delicious and seemed very authentic. Felt like I was in a Kdrama, which I love, of course! We got the kimchi fries, delicious! The bulgogi, super delicious and the tteokbokki with cheese, with side dishes! So very good! 😋😋 I’ll be back!
The selection of food choices has a wide variety of menu options, including proteins and veggies, to the flavorful dishes. Everything is prepared fresh to order. I love that the food stays hot in the stone pot. They have recently added a nice selection of teas and refreshers to the beverage menu. Note: the pickled veggie appetizer platter that used to be brought as soon as you sat down, needs to be requested. They no longer automatically bring to the table.
After scrolling and seeing a reel on Instagram, I decided “Hey, let’s go try this place.” Showed my boyfriend and we went… and let me just say, I think this is my new favorite restaurant. Not just new favorite Korean… new favorite restaurant PERIOD. The food was so delicious. The kimchi fries were perfectly crunchy and spicy, and the creamy ramen was so smooth and not too overwhelming. Nick was incredible, super polite and excellent customer service.
First time trying Korean food and it was AMAZING! I tried kimchi for the first time and I’m obsessed — you must try the kimchi fries, they were delicious. The pork dumplings were also so yummy. We ordered the beef bulgogi and OMG… my son is a picky eater and he ate it all! Our waitress, Jojo, was wonderful — so patient with us and gave great recommendations. Such a great experience; we’ll definitely be back!
I had an absolutely delightful experience at this restaurant! The service was incredibly pleasant, everything was spotless, and the speed was almost unreal — I blinked, and the food was already on the table! One unique touch is the mini supermarket inside, stocked with items from back home, which adds a cozy, nostalgic vibe. The background music and beautiful decor create such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Now, the food — where do I even start? Every single dish was spectacular. It’s honestly hard to pick a favorite because everything exceeded my expectations. The flavors were rich, authentic, and absolutely delicious. I left feeling beyond satisfied!
Very unique dining establishment, especially for Coral Springs. Servers were quick. The Korean fried chicken was tasty, crunchy. Labeled as spicy, I wouldn’t quite say it was, but perhaps for the average palate, it might be. Food came quickly, and the table service buzzer worked well. The Korean fried rice was good, but I don’t get the feeling they’re using high quality cuts for the protein. A cool spot, I could recommend checking it out.
This place lives up to the hype! Everything was fantastic from the moment we walked through the doors. They are super friendly and the service is awesome! They have this button at the table that you can “ring” when you’re ready to order or need additional help. It’s more convenient than having to wave down the servers. The food was delicious and flavorful. We enjoyed the little complimentary side dishes that came with our orders. The portions are huge and enough to be shared amongst the 4 of us. The decor is neat and catchy. A trendy Korean/Japanese restaurant here in Coral Springs. We will definitely be back to try more dishes on the menu!
People the food! The FOOD! Everything was simply delicious, we went as a group and we were very lost, the names are of course not what you usually see so we requested pictures but still we couldn’t figure it out. Then this amazing server comes along and he’s like: “What do you want to eat?” He fixed our order in a second and everything he picked was perfect for us! I highly recommend this place, the service is amazing, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is also great. Korean music all the time, traditional food and drinks and the flavor is just amazing. If you go, order the Fried Chicken. You are not going to regret it. Also, love the fact that the tables are not so close to one another so it feels private. Related to the service they picked up anything that we were not using right away, very attentive. For the people that do not like spicy, you can totally go and with the help of the server figure it out. There are non-spicy options and they are GOOD.
For great Korean food (not just BBQ), check out Namu Restaurant in Coral Springs. I found it by chance and had a great experience. The staff was excellent and very friendly. My mistake—I arrived craving Galbi Tang, but it wasn't on the menu. However, their beef bone broth noodle soup was incredible; the broth is authentic and tastes like it's been cooking for hours. They also serve delicious Bingsoo. The atmosphere is cool, like a bigger Izakaya. I'll be back to try more from their menu. Highly recommended!

Love this place. Great assortment of Korean food. Every time I dine here, there is no variance in the quality of the food. Furthermore, the food comes out in a timely manner. Great assortment of beer. Like that they carry Korean candy and soda.
The food, the music, and the amazing service sets this restaurant apart from the others. I highly recommend the Korean fried chicken, it is my favorite on the menu!!! And for desert the ice cream mochi are absolutely delicious and prepared with such a beautiful presentation. 10/10!!!
Great food as always, and service is 5 star. Juan is very attentive to our needs and checks on us on what else we needed. Was a great experience, with great food. The place is so clean and they comply to the covid protocol. I watched how they clean every after guests, and man, they do a great job with sanitizing the table and chairs. This place really deserves a 5 star review. The
We went with a group for 11 it was great from the appetizers to food atmosphere and the alcohol beverages I recommend everything. I usually take my orders to go but also had lunch and dinner a few times. I recommend this place.
I’ve been hearing great things about this place recently so had to give it a try. I was scared the food was not going to be as good as everyone raved, but it so totally was!!! I recommend Namu 100%. We ordered their popcorn chicken as an appetizer, a pork kimchi fried rice, galbi and spicy beef bulgolgi. I can’t decide which was my favorite it was all so delicious, I really can’t wait to go back. We ordered Ramune sodas and then 2 more for the road, we especially liked seeing all the cute Korean and Japanese snacks they sell in the little market, they also sell cute accessories that were really random but we loved walking through the store, next time we’ll probably buy something from it. All in all it was a great visit, the food was fantastic and the service was great. Manuel was our server and he was super nice and friendly and also very patient with us since we took FOREVER to decide what to order, hope you give them and try and love it just as much as we did!
The allure of The Namu in Coral Springs had been a constant siren call for my cousin and me, our appetites whetted by endless Instagram teases. The journey from Palm Beach was no small trek, but anticipation turned the miles into mere steps as we finally crossed its threshold. Greeted promptly upon entry and guided by the attentive and knowledgeable staff, we were swiftly seated and schooled on the menu's delights, with a novel instruction to press a button on the wall when our decision was reached—a charming touch of interactivity. Debate ensued as we navigated the tempting offerings, eventually settling on the Korean-style Spicy Beef Ramen, Galbi, and an appetizer of potato croquettes. Though not long by any standard measure, the wait felt like an eternity to our ravenous selves. The arrival of the potato croquettes marked the beginning of our culinary adventure, serving as a delightful preamble to the main event. The presentation of the ramen in a steel pot, accompanied by a wooden ladle, promised a traditional experience. At the same time, the Galbi entered alongside a small table fire, igniting not just the grill but a spark of envy in me. The Galbi's aroma and appearance were utterly seductive, challenging my focus on my own choice of ramen. Delving into the ramen, I found it delicious, though my preference for a spicier kick left me slightly wanting—personal pickiness at play. Unable to resist, I tasted the Galbi at my cousin's behest, sampling it solo and as part of a lettuce wrap complete with spicy paste, seasoned onions, and rice. Each bite was a revelation, the meat tender and the spices impeccably balanced, creating a symphony of flavors that elevated the entire meal. Sharing our dishes family-style, we explored the depths of each offering, eventually combining the remnants of our Galbi spices with the ramen broth for a late-game twist that brought the spice level to my ideal. This fusion of flavors satisfied and thrilled me, leaving me eager for a repeat visit. The Namu is a testament to culinary excellence, ideally suited for family outings or intimate dates. Its blend of attentive service, interactive dining, and exquisite flavors crafts an experience that is uniquely satisfying and undeniably repeatable. I can't wait to return and dive deeper into their menu. Coral Springs, you're in for a treat at The Namu!
Korean customer approved - clean, fresh, and good service. Got 5 different dishes: soondubu jjigeh, bulgogi fried rice, bibim bap, and yookgeh jang, Korean Fried Chicken - everything was delicious including the banchan (반찬) 👍🏼 Pleasantly surprised, grateful for the experience 🙌🏼
Hello 👋 to everyone and anyone reading. This restaurant has a very nice home vibe, from the hostess to the waitress they were very professional and welcoming. The bathrooms are clean, smell nice. They have a wait of 30-45 mins but it’s worth it, while you wait, you can take a look at the little shop they have, with Korean brand items like hand sanitizer and hair ornaments and little keychains. We ordered the fried calamari with the Namu soy mayo sauce and it came with a side of salad. The fried calamari was just delicious, we loved the breading they used and the Namu mayo sauce made it even better. We also ordered the Rose (cream spicy) Tteokboki ( includes 2 vegetable dumplings plus 1 seaweed roll, it was moderate, not terrible but it definitely has a taste to get used to. The Rose Ttoekboki is also good to share, it feeds two people. The fruit shoju was great , no complaints 😊. The pricing is great for the amount of food served and quality. Rose (cream spicy) $20 Fried calamari $16 Fruit shoju $16
Best water in town—clean, fresh, and nothing like tap water. I finished my first glass and immediately asked for a second. That’s how good it was. The server even offered a third, but I had to restrain myself. If I’d been any thirstier, I definitely would’ve taken it.
Came here not expecting much and was blown away! They have a potato croquette that was beyond amazing. Get an appitizer that has a salad (the wings and dumplings came with it) the miso salad dressing is a namu creation and the best dressing I've ever tasted. I wish they bottled that. The Galbi was amazing, and the presentation was delightful. They have a button you ring to get your server's attention, I love attention to detail. I will definitely be back!
DELICIOUS!! I felt like I was in Korea again!!!! Simply amazing!!!!! This Is the most authentic Korean food I’ve tasted since Korea and (I’ve been looking) absolutely delicious! Each and everyone was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in!!! It’s casual booth seating in a en trend cozy atmosphere. I was blown away at the politeness and attention by my server Dominick he was just simply amazing! I went early around 5 so it wasn’t that crowded at all but while I was leaving an hour later the crowd was coming in.. you would have thought a tour bus pulled up!! The food and service speaks for itself and explains the crowd! Definitely recommend for casual authentic HOT and fresh delicious Korean food!!
Love the atmosphere. Feels like you're in korea. The food are authentic and delicious. They refill the side dishes which is wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I'll come back for sure.
This is a great restaurant. My spouse ordered the bibimbap and I got the spicy beef bulgogi fried rice. They served banchan (side dishes) to each of us, which included seaweed, fish cake, radish and spicy cucumber. Really good food. The only con would be that the beef for bibimbap could have been seasoned better, but thankfully the server provided both gochujang and soy sauce. Also like how they have a small shop of trinkets in the corner. The food comes out in a prompt manner. They also have the small mobile devices for payment.
Found this gem thanks to TikTok. Have come back multiple times after. Best food and good service. A bit of a wait on weekend nights so reserve in advance. No wait during lunch. I recommend you try them out for lunch (bento boxes for a reasonable price, lots of food) and great spot for dinner as well.
Really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was really good! The service was also outstanding. The restaurant is much larger than we initially thought it would be. And the inside is really just a cool space, and full of fun and conversation pieces. We will return and recommend this spot to others. We also need to go back because there were so many great options on the menu.
Amazing! I have been dying for a really great Korean Restaurant close to me and now it’s finally here. The food is great! Staff super sweet and establishment clean. I love that they also sell K-beauty products and the delicious snacks I grew up on. (Must purchase the honey butter chips too... amazing )
Food at The Namu was amazing! The service was very friendly and even the owner came out to see how we liked the food. He was very nice and it was appreciated. We had the spicy Tteokbokki and added fish cake, Ramen noodles and cheese! What a feast! Also ordered Kimchi Pancake! The sides were super delicious and fresh! Will come back soon!
One of the best Korean restaurants I’ve been to in the south Florida. Food is great! They give you so much quantity. Easy to share with people. -1 point for not giving me the side dishes (banchan). I saw they were giving side dishes to all the customers but me. I was a solo diner. They skipped me. Overall good customer service, plenty of seatings. Reserve ahead cause this place gets packed!! They got a really cute corner with some alcohol, soda, kpop merch, accessories to purchase.
What a fun spot! The food is delicious. You have to get the spicy pork belly. Everybody seems pretty obsessed with the Korean fried chicken and while it was good, I enjoyed the more unusual options like kimchi pancakes (eats like a veggie pizza) and all the bulgogis were insanely good. I’m excited to come back to try the Ramen I simply could not order any more food but plan to eat my way through this whole menu because everything is excellent
I love this place. Have been coming for over a year. Food is consistently good. Atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. I love the button to summon the staff. *I have amended this review as the 2 complaints I had seem to have been fixed now. Namu now has "Soju Wednesday's" where the Soju is $10, and they seemed to have increased the portion size of the Pork Belly.
This place is THE korean spot in Coral Springs! My recommendation is definitely the smoky/juicy pork belly off their bbq menu, it’s always my go-to bbq dish, besides their bulgogi. Also love love love the tteokbokki here, it’s savory, creamy, with cheese on top. Plus, their desserts never miss.
When visiting this restaurant we felt like we were in Korea not only through their delicious authentic food but also from their awesome restaurant decor! The baked corn cheese was on point! We really liked the spicy bulgogi beef and the sauce was perfect with the white rice. We tasted the cheesy grilled pork belly which was a new item on the menu and we hope they keep it on there! We can go on and on describing just how good all the food was, it is worth trying! They also offer a very unique and popular Korean dessert called bingsu. We chose the cookies and cream bingsu and we loved it! We had a great time chatting with the owners. They are the sweetest couple supported by wonderful staff providing good customer service. We highly recommend this spot and we’ll be back soon to try the rest of their menu. Instagram - @thesofloduo
We go here about every month or so. Every time it is wonderful. We love the little dishes of cold starters that they give you. It is a very nice touch and quite delicious. Two of our favorites are the ranen and the donburi. Every time we say we want to try something new, but they are so good we end up going back to them. The flavors are spot on. Service is amazing at this place. They have a little button at each table to push when you're ready to call for a waiter or if you need service of any type. It works very well. Be ready, because the food comes out very quickly after you order.
Wow!!! Amazing experience and spectacular food! Our server Manuel was exceptional and took care of all our needs! The service here is incredible and I will definitely be coming back again! I found out about this place through tik tok/instagram and I live a distance away. The content on your socials got me and my fiancée to show up and check you guys out. And it was a great decision! We will definitely come back and even tell others!! God bless🙏🏾
This was for sure a nice restaurant. I went last night and they had really good vibes and the food was very tasty. My friend and i both liked our meals and would definitely come back to eat again! I got the Chicken Donburi Hot Stone Bowl and my friend got the Korean Spicy Ramen with Tofu. The meals were steaming hot when they arrived at our table and waiter was very nice. The only con i can mention was that there was a bit of a wait time when we arrived, only 10 minutes tho. Overall it was a nice experience and I highly recommend!
Namu delivers an authentic Korean dining experience with a modern twist. The restaurant's vibrant atmosphere sets the stage for a flavorful journey through Korean cuisine. Highlights include their succulent bulgogi and well-balanced kimchi, which showcase fresh ingredients and traditional seasoning. The staff is friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience :)
If you like Korean or Japanese cuisine, this place is a must go. Been twice, and both times, our server was fantastic... thanks, Sebastian and Blade, for your recommendations. The spicey seafood Ramon was delicious but I also loved the upon noodles. Can't go wrong at this place!!!
The Namu in Coral Springs offers an exceptional dining experience that blends delicious food with attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere. During my visit, the owner went above and beyond, personally demonstrating how to mix the bibimbap bowl and recommending the perfect sauce to complement it. The boneless fried chicken was a standout, boasting incredible flavor and texture. Even the salad, possibly with the delectable yum yum sauce, was a delightful surprise that momentarily made me forget about the Japanese curry I had ordered – which, by the way, was utterly finger-licking good. From the attentive owner to the fantastic food selection, Namu promises a memorable culinary journey that leaves a lasting impression.
The Namu is a hidden gem! We went to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and had an amazing time. The service was exceptional, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered a variety of dishes, and each one was better than the last. The highlight of the night was when the staff sang a birthday song for my girlfriend - it was such a sweet and unexpected surprise! We will definitely be back to try more of their delicious food and experience the wonderful atmosphere at The Namu.
My group came for lunch today. The food was out of our expectations. Everything was perfect and really tasty. The hospitality is superb, everyone was friendly and attentive. The food portion also blew us away. We did not expect the portion was that much so we over-ordered and had to takeout everything for leftover dinner, including the fried rice was still in the kitchen 😅. We would take it in consideration for next visit and would expect to share dishes together because everything is huge. I’m so happy that I just found my new fav Korean restaurant in SoFlo. 10/10 recommended❤️❤️❤️
Nice Korean style restaurant and great service. We started with the Fried Takoyaki and Korean Fried Chicken/both very good. Then the Hakata Donkotsu Japanese Ramen/good, Spicy Beef Korean Ramen/good and Pork Bulgogi Fried Rice/OK. Before we have tried the Rose Ramen with Beef Bulgogi/very good, Spice Kimchi Pork Bulgogi/very good and the Japanese Curry Panko Cutlet/very good. Must try this place.
This is a much welcomed Korean restaurant with izakaya dishes as well. It features a large menu with Korean specialities and Japanese food as well. In addition to the main dining area, there’s also a more bar-style space that’s open on the weekends. Their menu includes stuff for every taste and price point. It’s always a delicious meal here!
Went there twice, first time alone and had the lunch special and second time with my wife on a weekend lunch. The interior is really clean and service is awesome, on another level really. The waitress was so nice, explained all the things in detail as we were new to Korean cuisine, this helped us a lot choosing from the menu. Coming to the complementary appetizers, there were almost 4-5 different ones and all of them were so tasty, we really enjoyed them. The waitress was so nice she brought refills also for the appetizers and I was amazed by the gesture. Tried Korean Super Spicy Chicken Wings, Chicken Dumplings and Osaka Spicy Ramen. All of them were awesome and huge quantity, entirely worthy of the money you ate paying for if not more. Awesome place, recommended for everyone who loves asian cuisine. Would love to go back again.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’re a family visiting Fort Lauderdale and were craving Korean food—this spot hit the mark! We ordered the sundubu soup, ramen soup, and fried chicken wings, and everything was packed with flavor. Even the grandparents said it was the best food we’ve had since arriving in Florida—and we’ve tried a lot of restaurants! Service was amazing—fast, attentive, and super friendly. They even have a call button at the table, but staff still checked in on us regularly. Great experience overall. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in town again!
My brother heard some good things about the place, so decided to give it a shot! Place was wonderful. It looks like you are no longer in Coral Springs, as soon as you walk in. The food we ordered was absolutely tasty and flavorful. Presentation of the BBQ dishes adds a nice touch! The place was busy for lunch, yet the service was exceptional! Our server was attentive, helpful, and friendly. Even the other wait staff that were there were quick to clear our table of empty plates and refill our drinks! Overall, a very pleasant dining experience. Will definitely recommend and be visiting again.
5 Stars – Amazing Korean Food & Outstanding Service! Korean Namu in Coral Springs is a true gem! From the moment we walked in, the hostess made us feel right at home with a warm and welcoming attitude. Our server, Nick, was exceptional — friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered the kimchi specialty soup, spicy wings, beef ramen soup, and galbi (Korean short ribs), and every dish was bursting with authentic flavor and cooked to perfection. One of our orders was a bit mixed up because we didn’t fully understand what was in it, but when we brought it up, manager Aaron was incredibly kind and understanding. Without hesitation, he offered to exchange it for another dish we’d enjoy more. That kind of hospitality and care is rare and really stood out. From the food to the atmosphere to the amazing service — especially from Nick — this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back soon!
My wife and I have been going to NAMU for a while now since she first saw it on social media. I have yet to be disappointed by anything on the menu. Start with the takoyaki, or the veggie dumplings. Hakata donkotsu ramen, chicken donburi, and the Korean fried chicken are always amazing. The staff is always friendly and the service is lightning fast. Their prices are very fair and you get more than your money's worth with the portions and the flavor. My favorite restaurant in Coral Springs. Hands down.
At this place you never go wrong with anything you eat. Servers are very attentive and sweet, offering food from the heart ( belive me I know when someone have never tried the food at there working place🤔) ok My tteokbokki rose with cheese was soo creamy, smoky and yummy, the hottest was juicy inside , still crunchy outside, all the vegetables are just a great combination of flavors, then I got my favorite pork belly just again smoky , golden not dry and juicy inside, they we ask for the sweets, the server advice of hottest is kind of pancake with a creamy texture bean paste inside, but not too much just the right amount top with vanilla ice cream, just hit the spot, Thanks guys! You know I'm always coming back😊
This might be our new Korean spot for drinks and meals. Love the menu with all the Korean and Japanese choices. There’s also pictures at the table and menu to help in making your choices. We went for the grilled pork belly which was enough for 2 people. Dish was served on a hot plate and comes with rice and lettuce to make wrap. The soft tofu soup was full of flavors and with good ingredients. Have to say it’s quite authentic tasting. Highlight was the drinks and way it was presented. We went for somaek style with a bottle of peach soju and Cass beer. Service was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Had a great time and definitely will come back.
We have been there over 10 times in the last 5 months and have had nothing but great food and service. My son loves the KFC, and I love the pork belly. My wife has tried a good portion of the menu with the kimchi fired rice as one of her go-to items. It gets busy, but it is worth the wait and worth the drive for us. We live 40 minutes away, and we have no problem driving this far for the best Korean food that we have found in the States.
Namu does not play around! Went with a bunch of friends, and well, we left no crumbs. There are not many Korean restaurants around, but that doesn't matter because this place has it all. Definitely recommend that you go with a bunch of friends so you can try plenty of stuff on the menu. Every item we tried was immaculate. The staff and vibe of the place was just amazing, complimenting the menu!
My husband and I come here at least once or twice a month and CANNOT recommend it enough. It’s the best Korean/Japanese fusion food we’ve had in SoFlo (and we’ve been to Japan+Korea). The staff is the best and always so friendly and welcoming (s/o to Sean and John). The atmosphere can’t be beat either, especially the bar area. 10’s across the board - the namu is our fav Asian restaurant in Florida. Thank you guys!
Vibes were great and food was amazing. The owner, general manager and our server, Nick, were all so attentive. We ordered the potato croquettes, donburi pot with japchae and beef, and lastly the bulgogi pork belly with lettuce wrap. Soju was flowing and everything was lovely - will be back. Would recommend !
Went to The Namu on a busy Saturday night. Wait is expected due to the popularity of this location and it was definitely worth the wait. For the table, we ordered the Korean Fried Chicken which was perfectly crispy and delicious. Kimchi fried rice was amazing. We also ordered the udon noddles which had amazing flavor as did all of the food here. You really taste the different flavors here and that’s what stands this place apart from the other restaurants. Food came out hot and fresh. Would definitely love to come back and eat a little less food and get dessert which looked amazing also. Overall 5 stars for me, which is pretty rare to get here in South Florida.

I’ve been to this place now multiple times and the food has been consistently amazing! This time I tried the KFC and it was perfectly crunchy and flavorful. The corn is one of my favorites to order and has the perfect amount of cheese. Also, get the miso soup, you won’t regret it. The service was a little all over the place this time around so I deducted a star for that but I will certainly be back. I brought my daughter along and she had such a great time trying Korean food. I’ve never been to Korea, but from trying different restaurants in the South Florida area this is definitely top 3 when it comes to flavor. I recommend giving them a try!
Located in a plaza with plenty of parking. Since it is a popular place, there is a wait time, they take down your info and call you when there's a table ready. They have a buzzer system where it's pressed when you need service. They have plenty of Korean and Japanese food options. Had the passion fruit refresher and it was great. My husband had hot tea which was also good. We got Korean fried chicken, spicy level, which was not spicy. Next time, we will do the level above that one. We got the hot stone bibimbap, spicy pork and bulgogi. Served hot with a side of sauces, it was very filling. Overall, a good first impression.

This place is a hidden gem right in coral springs. It has a great atmosphere and feels like you're in Korea somewhere. I went on a busy Saturday night with a friend and the service was pretty slow. We did get great seating in the room to the back of the restaurant so that was the highlight for me. This room is uniquely decorated and I definitely did not feel like I was in a strip mall in Coral springs. Ambiance 10/10 in my books! It was packed however so I'm sure that's why the food came out very slowly. The food was ok, my favorite was the udon stir-fry (seafood). I will go again and order some other items off the menu.
I have a dinner date with my friend she was recommended this place and i agreed since i don't have korean food for a long time and i look it up they got good reviews and the food looks good my friend been here so let’s try. And as I expect everything was so good the food is fresh and delicious the service also best the place is clean and cozy will definitely coming back
I recently dined in at Namu, which is in a small shopping center but is easy to find with ample parking available. The food at Namu was simply amazing. I ordered the beef bibimbap, which was served in a hot stone bowl, the combination of rice, vegetables, and meat was perfectly balanced and topped with a delicious spicy sauce. We added more heat to it with a spicy sauce. I also tried the Korean-style fried chicken, which was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a yummy tangy sauce. Overall, I would highly recommend Namu to anyone in Coral Springs who is looking for an authentic and delicious dining experience.
A wonderful spot to enjoy flavorful Asian cuisine! The food was absolutely delicious and worth the visit. Although my service wasn’t perfect — my server seemed a bit impatient while I was deciding what to order — everything else truly made up for it. I can’t wait to go back and finally try their KFC (Korean Fried Chicken), which I didn’t get to order this time since no one else at my table wanted it. Next visit, I’m also planning to try a few of their drinks. Definitely a place I’d return to!
Acceptable spot for Korean food. The boneless fried chicken was good, though the spicy is not very spicy at all. The seafood pancake was mediocre. The bulgogi beef was fine and the galbi was all right as well. The black bean noodle was not good. Service was a bit sloppy given that it was not busy.
Ramen centric review. Decided to try the ramen as we were in the area. The ramen with the pork is the hakata tonkatsu and the other is the creamy Kyoto with Korean bulgogi. The broth was outstanding for both but I wish there were more topping options outside of adding an additional egg and spicy paste. (Standard that came with the ramen was scallions, nori, and bamboo shoots) A great surprise was getting the side dishes to start. The pickled radish was delicious and I loved adding the kimchi to the ramen broth for an extra kick. We also tried some soju but honestly both of us could have split the bottle. I would love to come back and try more of the Korean dishes as we were in the mood for ramen when we came. Also be sure to check out the little shop they have in the front, especially if you’re a high chew fan! Service overall was fine but in order to get your waiter you had to push a button which I had never seen before. Effective but a little odd.
This place was recommended by our doctor. We finally decided to give it a try and stopped for dinner on a Friday evening. Seemed extremely busy but has adequate parking, so no worries there. As for food, we found some items were excellent while some were average. For instance, the beef Bulgogi and Octopus balls (fried poulpe balls) were amazing, Bibimbap was good, but the Japanese ramen turned out to be below average. Spicy squid bulgogi and seafood pancake were good as well. Another USP here is that the food is very reasonably priced.
First time at this restaurant with korean / Japanese menu with their own touch. I like the fact that you don't need to look for the waiter or call him you just need to press the button and he will come to you. The food was good and the service too. I like the fact that they have ramen in their menu and the Korean bbq is delicious definitely I will come for more.
This spot was really good. My favorite was the fried dumplings, they were properly seasoned and a good mix. The dipping sauces were also good. I had a vegetable pancake as well which was delicious, but definitely heavy. The sides that they give you right when you sit down are good. They have peanuts that are soy peanuts were yummy. And last but not least I had a ramen with chicken broth and it was delicious as well. I'd definitely go back.
Visited this restaurant today for the first time. We enjoyed our meal, I wouldn’t say it’s the best meal I ever had but it was good. What made our time here more enjoyable was how polite, thoughtful and friendly the staff was. Very nice staff. Will recommend this restaurant to others.
The baked cheese corn, galbi, and the boneless wings were delicious. The bibimbap was good but lacked seasoning. The spice level was mild even for the 'super spicy' dishes. The portion sizes were generous for the cost. Service was good, even though they were short staffed everyone was still attentive.

I've been to Namu three times now. During the first two times, I really enjoyed the food, the service was good, and the atmosphere was great. I love that they have Kpop music playing in the background and the little shop they have near the entrance. So many cute items from South Korea! However, we went again for the third time with some friends recently and the service was all over the place. I don't think their current system works well at all (pressing the button for service) because it caused so much confusion for the waiters to get some of our orders to our tables. It took more than 30 minutes to get my tea! When it was time to pay for our meals, one of the waiters gave us the machine to split the bill ourselves and then left us with it so we spent about 20 minutes looking at the receipt and inputting what meals each of us had to pay for. Needless to say, we were not happy about having to do that at all. I really like the food there. It's delicious and I had a good impression of the restaurant up until the third time I went to eat. I just don't think their system works well and hope they change it.
From what I tried, I think that the appetizers are probably the best dishes. Fried sweet potatoes were alright. The cheesy corn dish, was delicious.I loved it. Stir fried Udon hot pot , was also pretty good. I was really excited for Koren fried chicken, but I have to say, I was a bit disappointed. Basically, the Korean fried chicken (boneless) are like , chicken tender pieces that come with a dipping sauce, nothing special about them. Wouldn't be surprised if they come frozen. My friends ordered some drinks. They weren't very impressed. My friend ordered ramen & I tried it. Also , not the best. Kind of bland in flavor & the pork tasted too much like the grill they cooked it on (not in a good way.) You have to ring a bell for service, but it still takes awhile for them to notice.
I came on Thursday night. The flavor of the food was on point. However, everything came out cold. While, I understand prep work is appropriate for a busy restaurant, but not heating food so it appears fresh is a crime and makes it feel like it’s leftover food. Overall, a disappointing experience. I brought up that the fire was not on for the Galbi dish and was told the fire is not suppose to last. The restaurant itself does give the feeling of being in a Korean/Japanese restaurant in Japan/Korea. Maybe, it is a one off day but no other customers should have this experience.
Definitely will not make my (go to) list when visiting this side of Florida. The place is clean, including the bathroom. The wait staff were both courteous and attentive. But the food it was ok at best. The hot wings were not hot@ all, the beef rib lacked that traditional K-town flavor, the fried rice was a bit above average, but everything else was edible but just bland.
This is the second time coming to this restaurant. Tonight I thought it was just okay. Ambiance: It’s good for what it is. I’ve definitely been to small business with a more cohesive look on the inside but it was clean. Nothing to complain about but definitely not wowed by anything. It was a little warm and I commented on it to my husband several times. When I got up to leave and we walked back to the front of the restaurant I noticed a difference in temperature and it was much cooler. I’m not sure what that was about. The bathroom was clean although the paper towel dispenser did not work for me no matter how hard I tried to get it to work. Service: Staff was friendly and our server came to our table in a reasonable time. Drinks and appetizers came out in a timely manner. But as the night progressed our server become more more scarce and we noticed other servers coming to our table more than him. We had to ask to order our entrees since he seemed to forget about us? We had to ask for our refills on drinks. Other staff helped clean our table and bring us togo boxes which was helpful but we did not know where our server went. We tried pressing the call button on our table but nothing happened. At the end of our meal, we had to ask someone else to bring us our bill. Overall, our server started off great but slacked in the end. However, his coworkers did help to pick up that slack which was fine for me. Food: The boneless Korean wings were good. However, I wasn’t so fond of my entree. I got a pork Bibimbap and my mother in law got a chicken one. Hers was hot stone while mine was regular. I’ve had two Korean rice bowls from two different restaurants in the past couple of weeks and each time, the pork was well seasoned and had a smokey grill flavor. Tonight, the pork had absolutely NO seasoning. It’s like they chopped it up and cooked it and put it on the plate. I promise, Not even salt was used. Actually the whole dish tasted very fresh. If you’re okay with that, then maybe you’ll enjoy this dish. My mother in law also expressed that this time, she did not enjoy her entree either. It definitely looked better than it tasted. On the other hand, my husbands ramen dish was delicious and I loved how creamy it was. It wasn’t your typical soup style Ramen which was different but enjoyable. I began to take his sauce and put it on my rice for flavor, only then was my food enjoyable. Overall, I wish I could give a 3.5 star rating. The experience was Okay. Not great(5 star) Not good(4 star) but simply okay or maybe a little better than okay which is why I gave the 3 star. Would I recommend? Yes for certain dishes like the Korean wings and ramen. Certain things on the menu I do not care for so just be mindful on what you order. I will upload photos but the pictures definitely look better than they taste.
DO NOT COME HERE. Don’t eat here. I was just there last night with some friends and they played with me. I wanted to order something that contained pork in it. I don’t eat pork but i decided to get it anyway and just pick the pork out. Whoever was in charge of my table, did not put my order in and I waited for at least 30 minutes before asking for it. When they finally did bring me my food I didn’t like it because the sauce it was coved in was burnt like they pulled it from the the very bottom of the stock pot. I’ve had this dish before and it’s not supposed to taste like that. When I voiced my concern with the waitress she told me that she that she’d told there was pork in the food which, I’d never complained about in the first place. I tried telling her this and she still kept saying same thing. They gave me 20 percent off of my meal which I had only taken one bite of. Not only was I not able to get something different for burnt meal, I went home hungry and now I have the worst sore throat ever from the food quality. Do not come here 😍

Pork belly appetizer 30min 3 tables in the resturant. Was told the kitchen is backed up? The place also smells as if the sewage backed up. Unfortunate cause ive had the pork belly from here before and while it is very good. Waiting 30min in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday because the kitchen is "backed up" is a copy out
