My husband and I have been going to WOB for years, and Alysha has been our favorite server for over three years now. I absolutely adore her--not just as a server, but as a person. She always greets us with a genuine smile, is incredibly efficient, caring, and always knows exactly what we like. We go every Friday, and I'll only sit once I see Alysha and know I'm in her section--I even know all her spots so I don't miss her! That alone says everything. I 100% recommend this place, not only for the great food, but especially for having Alysha there. She truly makes the experience special.

My family and I decided to dine in at WOB for dinner. The atmosphere was amazing and my waitress Sophia was phenomenal. My son and daughter ordered the Mac and cheese burger and OMG it was delicious. My other daughter ordered the buffalo chicken wings and those wings were better than most wings I have had. I stuck to my Cali bowl which was good as usual but I will definitely get wings as an appetizer and the Mac and cheese burger the next time around. Looking forward to dining again very soon!!

The place is awesome!!! The amount of beers is incredible, they have a lot on draught and a lot in bottles or cans!!! They also have a full liquor bar and many different types of cocktails. The drinks are excellent and the food is excellent. Thy accomodate food allergies. There is plenty parking with a parking garage nearby!!!

One of the best places to come stop by in Coconut Creek. So much beer, I could keep coming back for more. Table service was great and constantly coming by to check up on us. Some of the best service I've experienced in all of the US. I highly recommend anyone stop by for a quick bite or for the vast choice of beers on tap. And the slight military discount right on top to sweeten the deal even more. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We had a great experience at this location recently. Hubby and I went out for an early dinner on a Friday evening, and decided to try this place. I had no idea that World of Beer had a decent food menu! When we arrived, we were told to seat ourselves. Our server, Tiffany, greeted us promptly and brought us some menus. She also informed us that it was happy hour, and directed us to the happy hour menu. Hubby ordered a beer and I ordered a glass of wine off of the happy hour menu. Tiffany brought our drinks to us quickly, and we placed our order. I ordered the Mac Bite Burger (burger topped with fried pepperjack mac & cheese patty, bacon, lettuce, and Sriracha Aioli) with a side of tots, and hubby ordered the build your own burger with a side of fries. The food came out in a decent amount of time and was cooked to order. My burger was very good! It was messy, and I loved every minute of it. It could have used just a bit more of the aioli, though. Hubby said he really enjoyed his burger as well. Overall, this is a great place! Tiffany was super attentive and friendly, the food was tasty, the happy hour specials are decent, and the prices are good. We will definitely be back!

One of the best restaurants at the Promenade Coconut Creek, with draft beers, indoor & outdoor seating. Menu is pretty standard, but food presentation and platings is very impressive . Most dishes listed a suggested beverage pairing. Went there a few times with my husband or solo to have lunch.

My experience at world of beer was terrific! Jillian and Melania kept me smiling all night and my drinks refilled. Kayley the trainee was a great help and in great hands being trained by these girls. Would come back again for sure.

Food is good. They brought back the $5 burger on Mondays, but fries are extra. Had to send back burger, ordered it as no pink but not burnt. It came back very rare, then 2nd time came back burnt. Oh well. Not the first time this has happened.

Didn't know before coming that the menu would be very limited because it was Saturday brunch. What we did order was decent. Service was good, but the food took over half an hour to come out.

Happy hour appetizer menu and even the fish & chips were pretty good. Place does have a nice ambience with outdoor seating. Would been nice if they have a no-smoking outdoor area.

So we came here Friday night and the drinks and food where amazing. Then I decided to come back today Sunday afternoon and order the same drink and the same food. The drink came instead of pink and with all the garnishes, it came almost a very light orange color with a regular lemon on the side of the cup. I sent it back and it came back the correct color and it tasted like a lemonade. I sent it back and just ordered a beer so I wouldn’t go wrong since they don’t need to mix it. My food came out. The stead only tasted like a heavy seasoning of salt plus the color seems like it was reheated. A dark brown. I ordered medium done. The sweet potato fries had a heavy set of salt on them and the macaroni and cheese was burnt and dry. What a bad experience with the drinks and food. My drinks and food on the prior visit was amazing thats why i came back. Big mistake. I’ll be back at night time and see how that goes cause i like the ambiance here. Fingers crossed. Here’s to being hopeful

Got here at 10:49pm on a Wednesday…walked in..i asked a waitress if i could order something quick to eat…she said “ i dont know if we're open….she looked over at the “ manager”..he shook his head said “ we’re closed” …when clearly it shows on the door that they were open until 12AM . Their attention to customers is horrible! We just got back home from this place. We got there and we wanted to sit outside. No one sat us down so we found a table to sit down outside ourselves . Mind you the table was completely wet. After 10 min of sitting around a worker came by handed us a menu and said your server will be with you shortly ( we were about to get up and leave at this point) our table was still wet with the paper menus sitting on top of the water. Our waitress finally came by we ordered drinks and a dry nasty flatbread appetizer that took 30 min to get to our table. We had finished our beer by the time our flatbread came out. Just overall not a good experience, horrible customer service, horrible food. Would not come back and I was so excited to try it out and to try some local beers. Unfortunately it was not the experience I expected.

Their pick up system is one of the worst. Always have to wait for a bartender to be available and have time to go check for the order which is 20 minutes

We are in from out of town, excited to try it, it is not very busy we were told to sit wherever we wanted, sat on the patio, were walked by 10+ times and sat for 25 minutes without a greeting, “be right with you” or actual service. Be better to your out of town guests.

Don’t order food on a busy night. Came in on Friday and ordered as simple of a food order you can for a bar. Burger, quesadillas and wings. Everything came out burnt and the quesadillas barely had any chicken inside.

The place is nice but today took one hour to our steak kale salad comes and guess what? It was cold and the salads didn’t taste good at all. Why did you eat these? Because we were so hungry... that is it.

The waiter was drunk , we saw him drinking behind the building. Tip was $12 , he charged $30 .we called and the manager said they will refund that ,which never did ,so I approached the manager a days later . They said he is busy so the snapped a picture of the receipt and he said refund will be issued in a couple of days,never happened . So I had to dispute with the credit card company in order to get back ,

Edit: It would seem that following some bad reviews left here, they've taken it upon themselves to make a bunch of fake AI reviews in an attempt to bolster their reputation. "Okay, here's a review that mentions Mariana and highlights the great service at world of beer." Lmao couldn't even bother to delete the prompt that was given. Bartender decided to give himself a 50% tip when I had put down 20% on my check. The manager had told me that I'd receive a full refund, I only received the difference in what I'd written on the check and what was actually charged. Upon seeing that I hadn't gotten the full refund as promised, I followed up with the manager and referred to the other google review from somebody else who was a victim of presumably the same bartender's scheme around the same time that I had. I was told that the bartender referenced in the other review no longer works there, which I find to be too much of a coincidence to be true. I was also told that there'd been an investigation into the incident involving my bill, and that it turned out to be a simple mistake. I don't believe that a 20% tip being turned into a 50% tip was a mistake. An honest man would've made that right instead of leaving it up to the individual who'd been affected by said mistake to fix it. It would seem that the staff feels that their service is so exceptional that they're entitled to a more generous tip than what was written by anybody who pays with a card since they can easily manipulate it, and the manager seems to be so desperate for highly skilled beer pourers that he will ignore any malpractice exhibited by his underlings. I'm sure there will be a response from said manager to this review in an attempt to save face lying about what was promised as a resolution to this incident. I don't plan on wasting more energy on this, when I had followed up I said this as I was going in to work (which I made the manager aware of so that he wouldn't disrupt me) and despite that I received a call from him shortly after because he obviously doesn't respect my time or wishes. I won't accept any further meager attempt to appease me following this review, I will simply never visit World of Beer in the Promenade at Coconut Creek ever again.

Sign said "seat yourself". We did. 15 minutes later we left. No member of the wait staff ever came by. The owner(s) should probably consider spending the state minimum hourly wage on a hostess to assign seating. Small price to pay to know that you have paying customers waiting. 🤷‍♂️

My burger finally came, close to half an hour later without the sauce and I had to flag down someone else. He NEVER came back to see if we wanted any more happy hour drinks and my friends had to go inside to find another server to request. One of my party was charged for something she didn't order and when she pointed it out to Jhonny, his reply was well you asked someone else for this. We regretted going there and when another friend went inside to speak with the manager, they didn't seem to care either. We received our bills and one of my party said to Jhonny that service was terrible and he said I DON"T CARE! 20 % was added to our biills and part of me wants to put that portion in dispute as I would heve never left that amount to him. I hope this will be followed up on as I will be sharing as much as I can if not.
