We come here for brunch almost every month and always enjoy the atmosphere, food, and service. Definitely get the bottomless mimosas with brunch, a great deal! The servers are super nice, very attentive, and have great recommendations. We love to dine outside, weather permitting, because the view is beautiful. One time, it started drizzling, and the servers were very quick to get us re-seated in a dry spot - much appreciated! Free parking lot close by or valet if you prefer. I recommend making reservations for weekend brunch as it gets very busy. We've also come for lunch during the week and thoroughly enjoyed it. Also, they have a cute little doggie menu that's pretty healthy. My furbaby definitely enjoyed what he was served :) See ya next brunch! 🥂

I came here first thing on a Sunday morning to catch up with a good friend of mine. I ordered the Jerk Wings, Breakfast Flatbread, as well as the Steak & Eggs for bunch. Sabrina, our server, made the experience as lovely as it could have possibly been. Ask for her if you’re looking for a lovely time! We had the most delightful Sunday brunch! The atmosphere was just great, and we chose to sit outside, which was perfect because the weather was fantastic. The place was clean, and our server was amazing—always checking on us and giving us plenty of time to decide on our orders. The food was absolutely delicious and really filling! Great place to catch up with friends & family. I had such a great time and can’t wait to come back again.

Brooke and all the staff gave amazing customer service! My first time experience was amazing! Traveling from Texas and looking for a good seafood Place to go to and I definitely do not regret coming here! Food tasted amazing with a beautiful scenery. I saw good reviews on TikTok and had to check it out! It’s hard to find a restaurant that has good food with beautiful scenery! Definitely deserve 5 stars.!

When I say BABY (I am just excited). So, let's get into it. My partner and I decided to do brunch since we were free for Father's Day. He chose the spot and I had never been so I wanted to go. We did not have a reservation and we did ask for outdoor seating which we got. Our server was nice and friendly and she did give her name but I truly forgot because the DJ was playing good vibe music and I was locked in. We decided to start with the Yot in the Whale drink which is a cucumber drink. Very refreshing and needed on a hot day like that. It was good and refreshing The meal we decided to order was the freshly Oven Cinnamon bun with the Jerk Chicken wings, and the Chicken and Waffles. Let's be Very Clear for the Black Folks who are looking for a whole Chicken with Waffles it is NOT like that. They use Chicken tenders with the Waffles and please get it with the bacon. When I tell you that Waffles batter was so good you could not go wrong please try it. My biggest surprise was the Jerk Chicken Wings. Baby you know your boy is from the Island (Jamaica) and I did ask the server if the chef was from Jamaica because BABY the wings were Fire and the blue cheese was real. Please try and let me know what you all think. I paired those wings with the Cinnamon Bun. Please be mindful that it is a big serving that can feed 4 or more but they were so good. Freshly bake and with the melted cream chef kiss I tell you. Don't just take my word for it give it a try. Thank you @Yot I had a great time and please extend the DJ time.

After hearing multiple rave reviews about YOT from colleagues, I had to try them out. As soon as we walked in, we promptly greeted and taken to our table. We then met our waitress Josie who was amazing, and made our dining experience an enjoyable one. She was friendly, accommodating, and gave us great suggestions on what we should try. We ordered the Korean wings as an appetizer, and they were so good. A perfect blend of sweet and spicy flavor, and the wings were crispy. We ordered for our entrees the crispy shrimp sandwich, lobster roll, and grilled steak salad. All of our meals were filling and flavorful. Our fave was the lobster roll, which is a staple lunch item at YOT. The roll was warm and toasty, with a warm lobster filling with huge chunks of lobster. We ended our meal with the key lime pie; which is the best key lime pie I ever had. Some key lime pies are either too tarty or too sweet. YOT’s key lime pie was the perfect blend of sweetness and tart. I will definitely come back to YOT to try more items off their menu, and to have another great dining experience.

This place is exactly the best of all worlds when it comes to food quality, service, atmosphere, and entertainment. We had large party of 10 and they were very accommodating and there was plenty of space for us. David was our server and he was extraordinarily kind and helpful. A little live music from beautifully voiced musicians during brunch. It was chefs kiss all around. Order the cinnamon buns and get the breakfast burger. It’s the best burger I’ve had in South Florida after living here for the last 1.5yrs.

My wife my stepson and I went to the yott bar and had a wonderful time. Our waitress Gi was fantastic very informative she knew the menu inside and out recommended fantastic drinks and we will definitely be sitting in her area next time we visit... We ordered the rock shrimp appetizer...... The shrimp handheld the yot burge($12.99 on Monday) and I tried the Cajun shrimp salad..... All was fantastic I would recommend this restaurant to any and al. The scenery was fantastic with all the yachts parked around..... Definitely a different experience can't wait to visit again

I recently went to Yot Bar and Kitchen and had the pleasure of meeting Megan. Megan recommended the Tuna Tower and Fig and Truffle Flat Bread. Great recommendations to go along with the Anchors Envy recommendation. Megan was very pleasant. Can't say enough good things about her. I look forward to my next trip to the south and trip to Yot Bar and Kitchen.

This is my go to brunch place. The food is absolutely amazing. The scenery is perfect for a Florida vibe. Bartenders Shi, Kelsee, and David are the best! They always treat me like family and get me anything i need in a timely manner .

Everything was great! It’s a beautiful place on the water! David was our waiter and he did a great job! It was also really nice with the live music. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and our friends really enjoyed it as well. They had been there many times previously, but this was our first time. We’ll be back soon!

The food was absolutely delicious and so fresh!! every bite was flavorful and perfectly prepared. But what truly made our experience stand out was Megan. She was incredible from start to finish. attentive, kind, and so personable. Her energy made the whole night feel special and one of a kind. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. We had such an amazing dinner at Yot tonight. The ambience was beautiful as always. Our server, Gavin, was excellent. He provided great service and suggestions to make sure our meal exceeded expectations. The miso salmon was outstanding! It came with perfectly cooked quinoa and I added grilled zucchini. This entree was delicious. Yot clearly has a kitchen staff with a passion for providing fresh, and delicious dishes. My husband got the rib eye and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned well. From the moment we walked in until we left we had a truly memorable experience and look forward to returning.

Absolutely love this hidden gem! My father and I celebrated his birthday over the weekend and I don’t think we’ve gotten better service anywhere else in South Florida. From management to our waitress who took care of us… you know they care about their guests. We started with the mussels and fish dip, which was delicious! Sabrina our waitress also suggested the seared scallops and the yellowtail snapper…SPECTACULAR!! We ended the night with the brownie sundae, again everything was top tier. The male manager on duty stopped by our table to ensure everything was up to par which it was. 100% plan on coming back!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! Food, service, atmosphere is 10/10 always. This is our weekly date spot! We love sitting with Megan at the bar! Her drinks are spot on! The food is always delicious! It’s nice to be in an establishment that you see management engaging with all the guest. We love chatting up with kyle! He’s so sweet and always remembers the little details about our lives! A unique Fort Lauderdale Marina Mile offering surrounded by mega-yachts! A fun, upbeat restaurant featuring American favorites with many fish and seafood dishes. Brooke served us with exceptional professionalism and warmth—definitely ask if she’s working when you come visit. Parking: gated security gate - just let them know you’re going in to have a bite. Valet parking is available (suggested). Except during the few cold days in South Florida, a dockside floating bar is always rocking and often has top notch live entertainment. A GREAT place to meet after work and to wind down. A fun dinner out, or date night. Easy to get to. ADA access with ramps throughout. Conclusion: must try!

It's a very pretty place if not a little tricky to find. It's bright and airy and clean. The staff and service is impeccable. The food is typical. Good, not great. Prices are as you would expect these days, which is why I sent back 2 dishes. I'm just not paying for food that's not cooked to the standard the prices would ask. My friend had a really good fish and chips, which I should have ordered but even then, it was a little greasy and a little burned at one end. Still tasty. Now that I've been I wouldn't go back, but it's a great place for friends to meet for a meal.

This spot on the water has been a long-time favorite of mine for a reason. The unbeatable waterfront location, breezy dockside seating, and spectacular views of mega yachts make for an incredible atmosphere. The happy hour itself is fantastic, with a great selection of drinks and truly delicious happy hour food choices. However, I’d say this year, things have taken a turn for the worse, particularly with the quality of service. While past celebrations, including birthdays, were great, our most recent birthday party for 25 people was a major disappointment. Everyone in our group was ready and willing to order, but we literally had to approach the servers ourselves to get drinks. It was shocking and frustrating to see several servers just standing around scrolling on their phones instead of attending to guests. This is a huge missed opportunity for the owners, as our festive group would have ordered far more had we been given proper service. The magic has also diminished due to the absence of musician Mark Zaden. We used to specifically come here just to see him play, and we'd always bring a crowd with us. It's a real shame that he no longer performs here, as his music was a key part of the experience for so many of us. While the beautiful view and happy hour deals are still a draw, we ordered from the dinner menu this week and it was 50/50 from our group reviews. The short rib was dry, scallops were spongy but the red fish, swordfish and tuna all got good ratings from our group. Also, our server, although he was very personable, was a bit off his game when asked specific questions about the drink choices and selections. Several of us were in the service industry so feel strongly that knowledge of food and drink choices is a MUST. Although, I am still a fan and will return, this once-perfect spot is losing its shine.

Great location to see beautiful yachts. It seemed quiet for a Saturday afternoon, but usually it is very busy. Food was good and service ok. They only serve the Brunch menu FYI.

I recently had a fantastic Sunday Birthday Brunch at YOT Bar & Kitchen, thanks to my sisters! It was my first time visiting, and the experience did not disappoint. The weather was perfect for sitting outside, and the vibe was incredibly inviting. Our waitress, "G," was amazing—she was personable, attentive, and offered some great menu suggestions. We kicked things off with Bottomless Glasses and the Mimosas were definitely a hit! For food, we had a variety of dishes. The Chicken served with the Chicken & Waffles was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the waffles were airy and fluffy—just how I love them! The Fries were crispy and delicious, and the Jerk Wings were flavorful...but not really "jerk". They were basically good regular grilled wings. I also tried the Shrimp & Grits, which were good. While not the best I've had, they were still tasty and satisfying...although the serving was smaller than other restaurants' Shrimp & Grits. For dessert, the Cinnamon Buns (four of them!) were served warm and were absolutely delicious. We also had fun taking some cute pictures at the photo setup section—such a great little touch! Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere at YOT Bar & Kitchen were fantastic. I’ll definitely be returning to try more of the menu!

This restaurant has a cool vibe and views. Our waitress was new but so sweet and nice and she did a great job taking care of us. Drinks were yummy and fancy, felt like I was on vacation. I loved the mussels and we had a Chicken taco appetizer. I rated the food a 4 only because I did not love the Tuna dish, it came with a very dry potato cake, The fish did not seem as fresh as I had wished for. Overall, cool place on the water, the other food was really tasty and would recommend.

Challenging to get there with all the Christmas parties. Parking was really a challenge! Food was good and location is spectacular!

Beautiful views but I will say that our server wasnt as attentive as I would like. She was a sweetheart but when we needed her she was everywhere else but it was getting a little busy so I will say that. Had a quick lunch with my girl. The drinks/liquor is 100% watered down! I dont recommend buying too many cocktails here. The food was cool. I had sliders, my friend had the scallops which looked AMAZING but also salty. My other friend got the steak frites, she asked for medium well but it was over cooked. This is definitely a quick bite and calm vibes spot.

We love going to YOT for brunch since I like breakfast food and my husband likes lunch. We sat in the patio and the weather was lovely. We really enjoy the view and atmosphere with a DJ. The food is tasty and the drinks are delicious (I especially love the prickly pear margarita). Our server Brooke was a delight and very attentive. For dessert we ordered the cinnamon buns which were spectacular and so big! If you want to enjoy a nice brunch outdoors, I highly recommend this place.

Let just start off with how beautiful this place is- you can tell a lot of intention was put into the design. My friend and I had reservations for 12:30 out on the deck. I valeted for $8, which you can pay for after you are leaving. I arrived after my friend however, the hostess was still very pleasant and guided me to the seating area. After I sat down, our waiter was a bit delayed in greeting me but I figured maybe he’s letting us catch up. We both did the bottomless mimosas which, in my opinion, I probably wouldn’t do again as my glass was at the bottom quite often. For starters, we ordered the crispy Brussel sprouts which tasted burnt - we didn’t finish those. Now, for the star of the show, our mains! I got the steak and eggs with hash browns and they were delicious! My only nit pick would be I ordered my steak medium and it came out well done. My friend got the avocado toast with scrambled eggs and she enjoyed it as well. Also, the food came out very fast! They had a live DJ who played great music and all staff I encountered were extremely friendly. I would be back but perhaps not for brunch, I would love to try the dinner menu next time!

First time here and it simply is not good. Had the seared tuna, came out cold and served two of eight people and then served the other 6 more than 5 minutes later. This just could be so much more.

3 stars The service was phenomenal. The food was not what im used to but that fine im not here to romanticize food. The deck on the water - IF you smoke go there. If you DO NOT stay away its bad. Why 3 stars, cuz of the prices man. If you cant afford a 55 dollar steak do not come here, this is not your scene. Gratuity is also included in the bill and that's fine. The server we had was great. The kitchen could go easy on the salt. Immediately disclose any allergies as they cook mostly everything in the same oil. Parking is valet only. At the time of this review its 8 + w.e tip u want to give.

I was really excited to go to this place to try their fish and chips which I had seen all over TikTok. I was surprised that when I got there at 1 o’clock in the afternoon they were still serving brunch and said they don’t serve fish and chips until dinner time. The waitress wasn’t very nice about it either which Was offputting very early on. The menu did have some OK choices. I had a really good fish sandwich and french fries and the fish dip was really great as well. Their service was absolutely terrible. The waitress barely came to our table. We had to go and ask someone else to send her our way. When she was there, she was always rushed she didn’t check on us and for such a nice place and such a great area next to yachts and expensive food. I would’ve expected the service and the server to be better than what it was. It’s always disappointing when you have to chase a server to come to your table because you want to order a drink or you need something. Other than that it was a nice place and the food was good. Servers managers were not attentive at no point did a manager come and see whether everything was going well and again this place should have a better customer service atmosphere.

I went to the Yot Bar and kitchen on Sunday for brunch. I love it because it was by the water located at Lauderdale Marine, so you saw the yachts and boats come in. Very relaxing and calming when you sit outside. They had a dj playing there on Sunday, so I would hope so on Saturday, too. the dj was really good playing all genres of music. It’s a nice size inside and out restaurant that is clean and cool to visit. The food was good. I ordered the breakfast burger and the waffle and chicken. So, the breakfast burger had eggs and bacon in it, so that's why it's called the breakfast burger. I asked it to be well done, and they did it medium, so I wasn't too happy about that, but it was good. The waffle was tasty with cinnamon it tasted like but asked to make sure. I know it was a plain waffle. The chicken was disappointing because it was chicken nuggets to me!! If you don’t eat pork, make sure to asked to remove the bacon from the breakfast burger and the chicken and waffle. Florida loves throwing bacon into every dish, and I just don't know why! Read carefully before ordering food!! However, the food overall wasn't bad. I would go back and try other dishes. I ordered two drinks. I had the Davey Jones Lychee Martini, which was really good, and I had the Grey Goose Espresso Martini, but that just tasted like really strong coffee. I didn't taste the liquid. I wouldn't order the Grey Goose Espresso Martini again. Overall, I would rate my Brunching experience 7 out of 10! They have brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am - 4 pm!

my food came out fast since we were one of the only people there but was cold, the server was friendly but got our order wrong twice.. flat bread pizza was good and fresh but the steak, burger & shrimp po boy were mediocre at best i had high hopes for this place.

Very Underwhelming. Did not have a great experience the first time but decided to give it a second chance. Mussel appetizer was a bit sandy/gritty. Did not complain. For the dinner course the scallops were salty and the medium rare burger came out rare. Would normally let it go and just not return but the waiter decided to argue that the burger was cooked correctly, which is poor customer service. Once he saw me taking a picture of it he said he would take it off the bill. That is appreciated but not the point. It was clearly undercooked. Overall was not a great experience and confirmed my first impression.

I can only comment on the parking, because I planned to have lunch at YOT, but could not figure out the parking. Based on what I see, YOT may be priced too high for my liking anyway, but I did want to give it a try. Google navigation in my car led to me to a gate that was being closed as I drove up. The guy at the gate told me to go to another gate. Ok, there, I was given a piece of paper to place on my dash and go park. Simple enough, right? It was very busy that day and all the parking was filling up. I drove and kept looking. I saw signs to Visitor Parking and followed them. Eventually, I found myself in an area marked General Parking and parked. My GPS said I was now 0.5 miles from YOT and didn't mind walking as it was a nice day. As I'm walking, I then notice all the cars where I was parked had blue parking passes marked General Parking. I remembered my parking pass was white. I did not want to get towed, so I walked back to my car and looked at the pass I was handed and it said it was for Valet Parking. What? As much as I just hate trusting my car to valets, I was willing to do it this one time, to meet my friends. However, I drove back from lot to lot and saw no signs for Valet Parking, only signs for other kinds of parking that would probably get me towed and those leading me back to General Parking where I just was. What a nightmare! I'm not parking where I have to guess if it's safe or not to not get towed.

I was extremely disappointed with our experience on Valentine’s Day. We made a reservation two weeks in advance and specifically confirmed an outside table when they called to verify. When we arrived, they said no outside seating was available — even though several tables were empty. The manager’s only solution was to wait until 6:00 PM to see who didn’t show up. We had three young kids with us, and this was their mistake, not ours. No real effort was made to correct it, and we ultimately had to leave. Very poor customer service, especially on a special occasion.i

Our group of 5 diners was seated outdoors as reserved and then forgotten. Finally, one diner got up and found that our wait person was assigned tables both inside and outside. One of their indoor tables was a very large party of 12. That sets the server up to fail because they physically can not give good service with tables so far apart and impossible to see. So another wait staff came to take our order. All of us then received water, two received coffee, one got the cocktail ordered, I and another continued to wait. The coffee drinkers got their refills. Still no cocktail in front of me, just the empty water glass. I went in to find my drink. Finally success. Got the drink but it ws not as described on the menu. Wrong herb and bitter (rosemary instead of thyme). Still thirsty, where is the water? Meals came. My salad was ordered with dressing on the side but came dressed. I didn't complain when I saw because it appeared that most of the salad had been missed. Once I got past the non-dressed lettuce that was on top the rest f the salad was drowned in dressing, yuck! The final insult was that I had to pay a 20% INCUDED tip. I was given the opportunity to increase the tip but not decrease. When did tipping become not at the givers discretion? I guess you want to hear about the food. Overall the food was good but very overpriced. Nothing was outstanding. Flat breads were more like big crackers.
