Imma start off by saying that we live Arizona(15 hours away), came out to scout out places to eat, live and open up a business. This was on our bucket list of our top 10 places to go, when I say this should’ve been number one on our list I’m not lyin one bit! Dasah and all the staff were honestly the best service we’ve had yet, food was beyond amazing, drinks were the perfect balance of flavor and strength! Definitely gonna be our regular date night place when we move out here in December!

Went here with my lil sis and cousins! Fish was fried in old grease but the drinks- ON POINT!!!! They were soooooo good! They said their food was delicious but Aaliyah- she gave awesome service! Like she was top notch!! Even being a high schooler, she was legit a great server!

Great food and great service. Esabella was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. The food was delicious. The beer was cold. Seafood was prepared very well. Was fresh and didn't taste frozen. Overall, it was a good experience. I look forward to returning soon.

This was our first time eating at the Crawling Crab and it was a nice change of pace but seafood has gone way up in price so much during this recession. We each ordered Dungeons Crabs and shrimp(I also had a corn, potato, sausage). The hot seasoning was actually good and spicy! ( Most places say spicy but being from Louisiana it usually doesn't taste that way. ) I HATE those plastic crab cutters, makes for too much work. These should be changed or offer another option. I f lt like I was fighting to eat dinner. Don't bother to order the Cajun fries though because they were nothing special. On top of that, it was a very small order ( like maybe a medium order at a fast food restaurant) but cost $5.50? Why I have no idea. Dajah was our server and was very accommodating and friendly. Overall a decent meal but still left hungry after spending over $100. My hubby said this was a once and done spot.

The food was AMAZING. Waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. However, it took an extremely long time to get our food. Over 40 minutes after ordering. And it was only 4 of us. 3 ordered boils the other wings. Several people arrived after us recieved their food. Otherwise great spot!

The Crab was great, and the Shrimps were great and good size. Food had a good flavor and fresh. I also order a Gumbo that was very tasty. We did have a little of a wait to get our food, but we went during busy times. I will recommend this place.

Bad experience when I went last week, Gloria who wasn’t even my waiter was great and sent my waiter over to us after seeing us unattended, by 10:01 they had already turned off lights put up all the chairs and cut the music off while we were still eating. This place was good when they first opened now the food has no flavor at all, they put whole potatoes in the bag can’t even cut them up. Definitely not worth it at all. Hire people who actually want to work not kick you out in the middle of your meal.

This place is called Crawlin Crab but there crabs suck...worst I've ever had. I got the VIP which has king crap...the crab shell was so water drenched it would twist like rubber when I went to crack it open. When I got to the meat...there was no flavor and it was like eating a stringy sponge. Absolutely disgusting. The potatoes tasted dirty the corn was also soggy and over cooked. The shrimp was ok but still flavorless. I'm not gonna lie the sausage was on point, but I only get 2 small pieces in the bag. SO...YEAH. The service was normal...I had a Miami vice...frozen drink, it was good. Wife had coconut shrimp she said it was good...her fries were good I tasted them. But when you go to a crab place you expect the crab to be somewhat good....THIS WAS TERRIBLE! Especially for $99! I will never return....even if it was free. This was the worst crab I've ever eatin. It was over boiled, no seasoning all though it look like it in the bag...I tasted nothing even if I dipped and scraped the bottom of the bag...I mean seriously it was nasty. If you try it ....I'm sorry bro....you just got robbed too.

The food was fine, but the service completely overshadowed the experience. One person in our party ordered a dish that was brought out incorrectly while the rest of the table received their meals. It was sent back and returned wrong a second time… and then a third time. By the time it came back again, the rest of our table had already finished eating, and somehow it was **still incorrect**. The server even commented, *“I should have checked before I brought it out,”* which was surprising to hear considering that would have solved the problem the first, second, or third time. Unfortunately, the confusion didn’t end there. Our bill showed a subtotal of about $230 before being split between two parties. After the server split the checks, each side somehow ended up paying around $150, bringing the total to roughly **$300**. The numbers didn’t add up, and between that and the tip left on the cards plus cash on the table, it felt like we paid significantly more than we should have for an already frustrating experience. The name “Lexi” appeared on the ticket, though we’re not sure if that was our server. The restaurant clearly has many positive reviews and the food itself was decent, but the service we received was unfortunately memorable for all the wrong reasons.

There was hair in my boyfriends seafood bag. I know accidents happen but I don’t appreciate the way staff handled it. We didn’t even get a simple sorry, and as we’re walking out the servers are laughing. So disappointing as this was one of our favorite sea food spots.

My husband and I visited this place about a month ago. It was very busy on our first visit the owners were both there but the friendliest people you would ever meet and the food was delicious. Today we visited for our second time it was around 4:30 pm and not very busy but lots of servers working. Our waitress was Kamila she came to the table and we asked her a question about the seafood she sad “ I don’t know I don’t eat seafood” which is weird working at a all seafood establishment. I then asked her if the shrimp was deveined she replied “ I don’t know what you’re talking about” so I asked for the manager who said yes it was. We ordered the king crab platter. When it came out it was hot we flagged our server down for several minutes before she stopped talking to other servers and came to the table we asked her for the utensils to cut open the king crab she walked away and walked to some servers and was showing them her nails. After a few minutes she came back to our table with a beer. I said we didn’t ask for a beer we asked for utensils for our king crab. She walked away and went in the back area. After a few minutes my husband got up and asked another server for utensils he brought one to our table. When we saw our server again she asked us if we wanted the check I said no we just started eating but can we get another set of utensils so my husband and I didn’t have to share and she said “ but you already have one” I said I know but we would like 2 so we don’t have to keep sharing it. She brought it to the table with our check. We paid for the check before letting the manager know how bad our experience was. The reason we paid first is because this place has wonderful seafood so we enjoyed that but the service was so bad that we will not be back. The manager apologized and said the server was new and she saw us getting up a lot and looking around so she kept getting our server. As a manager if you could tell a table was struggling with a new server you should have came yourself to check on things.

me, and 3 other people went here a few days ago. when we got in it was rlly packed so we figured that the food was rlly good. we got sat at a table by Nelly and she was very nice. the food was honestly very good and everyone else that was there with me thought so too. a few hours later we all ended up with food poisoning. i threw up multiple times while everyone else had to use the restroom. we even called the place abt it and they were trying to deny it. so we’re never coming here again

Well, let me start by saying we are from New Orleans. That being said, this place was not good at all. The place was packed when we got there and there was a good aroma coming from the kitchen; however I have not found a place in Fort Worth that knew how to boil seafood correctly, but I was willing to give them a try. We ordered the spicy boil and it was super bland, the seasoning was on the shells, so once you peeled the food, there went the seasoning. The boiled seafood was brought to us in a plastic bag and for reasons I cannot fathom there was grease pooled at the bottom of the bag... I ordered the fried catfish and shrimp basket. Again, the food was bland and the fried foods were over battered and fried hard. If you are from the Gulf Coast, this is not the place for you and I am sorry they are misrepresenting Louisiana this way.
