Clean, modern location with plenty of seating and a surprisingly calm atmosphere for a busy spot. The service was quick and polite, and the food was exactly what you’d expect—hot, fresh, and consistent. Ideal for a casual bite when you’re on the go or just want something familiar.
I had the great honor of sharing the Good News and praying with Keyo and Charlene who work here. They were so professional and amazing. I even heard Charlene encouraging her team to keep everything in order and to continue to serve well all with a polite and caring tone. She is a great boss! God bless you all!
I go super early in the morning around 3 am. The manager there during the week is super awesome and sweet! She keeps it running fast and smooth!

I went through the drive-through and was impressed by the efficiency. Even though both lanes were backed up, I got my food in about 5-7 minutes. My order was ready by the time I reached the window. Thank you for the speedy and polite service!
This is how a McDonald's should be run... Excellent food, Courteous staff and management and the entire place is immaculate. If you want hot n fresh food served with a smile, this is place for you. The locations on Camp Bowie West, Alta Mere Drive, and East Lancaster Ave could learn how to run a McDonald's properly. And customers don't have to deal with an obnoxious security guard like they do at the East Lancaster store. Would Highly Recommend this location... 5 Stars
Food was hot and fast and they were quick. First one I've seen that had 2 windows to get food...that means they're always busy lol
I love visiting this location! Although going through the drive through is a huge convenience, I get off the car to see Juana Torres' genuine smile and warm welcoming. She is the sweetest lady & always provides the best customer service and makes you feel like family. Thank you for the great experience, Juana. I'll see you again soon!

The customer service is good, nice, quick and clean for the most part. If my order is wrong or not as fresh as I would like (the fries🥹) they will remake it with no issues or attitude. They do not have a play area but it is a nice size open parking lot that opens to other restaurants and parking lots like Starbucks, Burger King, Panda Express and Popeyes.
Visited this McDonald’s for a quick bite and had a pleasant experience overall. The manager was attentive, checking in as we entered the store to ensure we were comfortable—such a thoughtful touch! The play area is a great addition for families with little ones, and I liked how clean and well-maintained the space was. However, the service on my black coffee was slower than expected, requiring a follow-up to get it. Despite the delay, the overall vibe and kid-friendly atmosphere made it a good dining spot! Parking is all around the spot, not too big though. Good spot for a break if you are on a trip anywhere around.

McDonald’s I’m calling the health department on this location! The soda for the fountain sodas tastes just like a dirty machine!!! This kids spirit tasted so dirty! T he is has to be one of the worst mc D’s I’ve ever been to. Super convenient but man I call it the worker less Mc D’s. You order on a kiosk and at some point with out a number or name being called you feed ends up in a box and you have no idea how long it’s been there cause you ran to the restroom and then stood with everyone else waiting for their food. Happen to glance over that way and think that bag and drink look about the size of my stuff. Walk over and glance at the receipt sure enough it’s yours. So you walk away slowly but lossed wondering how cold your damn food is gonna be. Time and time again. If it wasn’t convenient I sure wouldn’t stop.

I went by there a while back. I ordered a double quarter pounder WITH bacon, and 4 large frys, a box of cookies, and 2 ice cream cones, through the app. I got my burger with NO bacon and they didn't even fill my fry containers up halfway. Gave me my box of cookies and it was literally a pile of cookie dough stuck together. Like who does that? While i waited on my pile of cookie dough my ice cream melted and was never given any napkins. I tried calling to get it straightened out, but no one would answer the phone. I will not go back. Poor customer service and poor quality overall.

Must have been a baby with bloody diarrhea think my double cheese burger was a toilet. Had mustard and ketchup replaced with mayo but make it not only with the wrong sauces but also left the onion on with I'm allergic. Guess I'll have bloody diarrhea next. My guess is someone else has my correct food but I'll never know. There is also a odd attitude with staff that isn't normal I don't know what the manager done to them but we'll go in and see for like 2 seconds. When a manager or franchise owner was walking about I tried to tell him about the onions but the call was more important. Personal note no refills or mixing drinks.
Drive thru cashier and food were good, but when i get handed my food by someone who doesn't say a word...kind of disturbing. Hope yall get this sorted out. Update: Came thru again, nothing fixed. Ms Personalty (no name badge) with 3ft of blue hair still cant say "good morning", "hello", "thank you", or "have a nice day"...you know, the 4 basic food groups of customer service or being a person who care about anything in life. Then i had to park and ask your lot attendant for a straw, because she didnt even take the time to think about me. There is no excuse.
Apparently this location doesn’t do “separate orders” or “milkshakes or smoothies” @10pm. If you are just LAZY just say that workers at this location shouldn’t be working if there going to be THAT LAZY. On the other side of that THEY ARE RUDE including managers or shift leads whatever they are. You’ve really have to be THAT MISERABLE to treat people the day you do leave your attitude & problems at home don’t take that out on your customers.
Very poor customer service at the drive thru. Asked for my receipt 3 times and every time they gave me a different excuse. They keep receipts to fill out surveys . And to keep the free rewards for themselves. I ordered ice cream on the mobile app and when I got there they said machine was down and offered me cookies. Smh.
This whole order at the kiosk has everyone including employees confused. Good getting mixed up employees bare handed carrying food from one location to another around corners etc, swapping out wrong items etc. not to mention it’s nothing fast about it. Sat and waited my entire lunch and had to scarf down in transit to work around the corner. McDonald’s get rid of the kiosk or do better with menu questions to make it a faster process and train the employees on getting the orders right. Everyone inside looking lost.
10/05/25 around 11pm, went through the drive through and ordered a McDouble meal and a 10piece meal. The night shift employee handed me my McDouble meal and told me have a nice night. I was missing the 10piece meal, I asked if I could get my Nugget meal and the employee response was “they said it’s in the bag. The bag was heavier when I handed it to you, I don’t know what you want me to do. ”. I offered the bag back for them to verify. She refused to look at it. Supposedly the shift manager came to take over but her demeanor was ugly. I offered the employee to look again, she said she wouldn’t and shut the window on me. I honked my horn after sitting there for minutes, and she then proceeded to tell me she called the police on me. I’ve never felt so degraded in my entire life. Do better night shift.
I promise this is the worst McDonald's ever the food is so nasty I went with my family and I asked them to make everything fresh and it wasn't the fries you can tell they used some old left over fries put them back in the grease let them heat up and then serve them the burgers sloppy it wasn't even warm I hate it that I spent $40 at this McDonald's and then when I asked for some extra sauce she had the nerve to charge me a $1.50 after she knew how the food was they do not care about the customer all they want is the money they don't give a damn how they serve people the McDonald's in kennedale is the best I have never had a problem out of them every time my family and I go we are treated with the utmost respect and they never get our order wrong it is always fresh and hot kudos to the kennedale McDonald's the one in everman is dirt literally
To the girl (not woman) that works in the drive through. Whoever you were at 4:30 in the morning on Monday. You are the rudest person I have ever met. And I hope that McDonald's corporation reads this. You should not work there. If you're that angry with your job, go find a job that you enjoy.
Lobby says it opens at six and I came in at 6:45. They said to take the drive-through with a 18 wheeler.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I pulled into the drive-through and sat there for five minutes, waiting for my order to be taken. The girl came out with an attitude and told me that that lane was closed. When I pulled up to the window, the Girl copped an attitude with me and accuse me of trying to steal a cone. She literally sat there and argued with me for three minutes about they have cameras, and they know I stole their cone. I told her to look in my truck and tell me where his cone is. And then she rolled her eyes and slammed the window in my face
Upon walking in and there were no other customers the I assume manager immediately directs us to the order kiosk, so we did then after placing the order she directed another employee to check the strawberry shake machine of course it was out but the ice cream was not, so we requested a refund. She was rude because she actually had to serve us. We then asked for sauce and one got one. She was also disrespectful to those in the drive thru window.
The manager Alejandra was very rude upon our arrival, she was having some technical difficulties with finding my mobile order after confirming a few times that I was at the correct location and I was giving her the correct code she proceeded to be very rude as she was trying to "help" troubleshoot the problem. Her tone was not the best from the start but it got worse as the interaction went on. She finally said "just pull around to the front", we were met with a very nice lady at the first window, she greeted us and said our order popped up on her screen and then we made it to the second window where Ms Alejandra ignored we were even there and had someone else help us. That would have been a perfect time to turn our experience around and just apologize for the unnecessary attitude but I guess that was too much to ask. If you go to this location avoid Ms Alejandra as she's very unwelcoming.
Ordered food online. When I pulled up to the drive through, they told me their systems were down and to wait 20 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, I was told they had canceled my order. What a massive waste of my time.
Card info was stolen by one of their employees. Watch for card skimming here, do NOT let your card out of your sight. I’ll never be back here again and the police have been contacted, hopefully whichever employee stole my card info bought something that was worth it. WOULD NEVER recommend anybody stop here, just go down to 28th street or handley ederville.

I went to just get a sweet tea and they gave me plain tea. When back thru the drive thru and told them that is was not sweet tea that I had gotten. They took the tea out of my hand. It took minutes before I got my drink. And when I got it the three girls was looking and laughing like they did something to my drink. 2 had brown hair and one was dark hair and she wear glasses. I threw my drink away because of the was acting made it suspicious that they did something to the drink and it took too long for me to get the correct drink
They asked me to do a survey for them to "help them out" and I get a free sandwich. They said its a free sandwich you dont even have to buy anything. I came back to the same location to redeem the sandwich with the coupon code... just to find out either the employee who talked me into the survey is a liar , or the manager I tried to redeem with is a liar , as he refused to redeem the coupon unless I bought something first. Since covid McDonald's has gone down hill , ignoring customers , refusing to ring up customers , ignoring you when you have to pay cash , now they teach them to lie to do surveys like the service is good then lie when you try to redeem. Ill call corporate , they'll send me a free value meal , ill redeem it here just to make sure I get what I was told I would get. So many chances to look like a good company that's thankfull for thier customers and they drop the ball and do the exact opposite every time. Horrible employees that lie , or horri le managers teaching them to scam the customers , not sure which but Def a horrible look for the corporation , which apparently doesn't care about image any longer.
I drove out of my way to come here, I arrived at 1020 the order taker said give me a moment.. I sat at the intercom for a good 15 min, said hi I'm ready to order a few times. There was a good 5-7 cars in line. Noone ever responded. I waited patiently ended up pulling up to the window only to meet a surprised employee with an embarrassed expression running away from the window. I managed McDonald's for 15 years they had the soda machine cleaned and ready to go, it's personally embarrassing. I used to take pride in the standards taught to me working there, now I'm questioning if it ever came down to it do I want to include McDonald's in my work resume.
-Inconsistent food. -Terrible management. -Too many fries in basket when dropped in fryer. 90% of your fries will be undercooked and soggy. Thats if they dont give you stale fries from under the lamp. -Rolly from the show Amen 🤭 (older black man) asked my order, I showed him receipt, and he proceeds to give me what he wants without detailing my receipt or looking at his screen. I ordered a large fry, mini oreo mcflurry with m&ms. I received a medium fry, and a regular sized oreo mcflurry. I had another worker correct the fry, and the black man add m&ms, while he said, "oh you wanted m&ms?" Why yes, I paid for both toppings. -Tired of mgmt telling me to come back to replace the items. Get it right the first time. -To the lady manager, I should not, and will not ask for you to personally make my meal as a guarantee it'll be accurate. I get how you were trying to help, but thats really a cop-out. Train your team and hold them accountable. The older male Hispanic manager needs to do the same thing. -The only time you get good fries is if the store is really busy. Besides that, you get old, stale, lamp fries. -PORTIONS ARE INCONSISTENT, as far as fries. Sometimes yall fill the box as you should, many other times you cheat us on fries. -Input my order into computer, so I can see what im ordering at the drive through. Im tired of you all telling me, "First window.", without confirming my order or giving me a total. What's the point of having that big 'ol screen, if yall dont use it to show my order and total? -Im tired of having to ask for my receipt. This location, its workers, and its vibe is such a drag.
When I place my order in drive-thru, you need to input it into the computer before I get to the window, so I can see what I ordered and know the total. You all make too many mistakes, and another reason for that is because the kitchen fails to read the screen correctly. The awning over the drive thru speaker is too small for the rain.
