Yum. Walked in around 7:30 Saturday night and we were seated right away. We were 3 people and ordered two individual deep dish pizzas (one pepperoni and one sausage). We got 2 pieces each per pizza and those four pieces were very filling! Both were delicious but I preferred the sausage. And the pizza crust was crunchy and amazing. Can't wait to go again.
Great pizza...come here for a food coma. Honestly my expectations going into a restaurant that advertises itself as "Chicago Deep Dish" better live up to the expectations of deep dish pizza. I can definitely say the pizza here is pretty heavy and extremely tasty. The Meat Market and Chicago Fire were super cheesy and flavorful...I cannot recommend them enough. I definitely think we would have benefited from a vegetarian or less meaty pie...but other than that I highly recommend this place for pretty good deep dish pizza. The apps we got were the Spinach and Artichoke Deep Dip and the Shrimp and Crab Dip. Both were amazing by themselves and held their own. I would say it was not the best decision to order such heavy food for lunch but damn can I say it was worth all of those calories.
Greatly appreciated the service. Very good food! Lovely servers. Amazing place for a date. I would highly recommend it. Nice looking pizza. Definitely will go again some time. I always try to go when I am in Texas!
Uno Pizzeria makes some of the best Chicago style pizza, outside of Chicago. Seated in downtown Ft. Worth and being close to my hotel made it an obvious choice to visit. I went later in the evening and it wasnt busy, but, would imagine it fills up during peak times. I had the meat market pizza and it was excellent. Perfect crust, packed with meat and cheese, and the tomato sauce, not too sweet not too bland was definitely on point. Without a doubt will visit again.
Cannot say enough good things about UNO! Awesome experience!! I had the deep dish Classic Chicago pizza.. Which was double sausage with tomatoes.. The crust was the best I've ever tasted!! Very very good!!! Service was friendly, attentive, and engaging! Excellent job! We really enjoyed our visit there!
Place was very clean, staff was attentive and made us feel welcomed, the pizza was amazing! You can taste the quality and rich flavors from it. Me and my family will definitely come back again. Can't leave the drinks out, they had a good beer special to top it off.
Loved it! I really thought it was just pizza but the dip was fabulous! The staff was so friendly and I can't wait to go back next time I am in fort worth.
Very friendly staff and good pizza. Had a large party and they took care of us quickly and drinks never went dry. I got the Chicago deep dish pizza. Solid pizza but veggies were a little undercooked for my liking.
Pizza was great! Dessert was amazing! It is very reminiscent of the uno pizza back in Dallas which closed about 10 years ago. . If you're here for a birthday ask to have Brandon sing.... It is an incredible experience.
We sat at the bar, the Bartender too absolute great care of us, and the manager Jerry is a great guy also! We really loved the food & drinks! Great date night place
Great place to grab some Chicago deep dish pizza and desert. I can highly recommend the Chicago Classic deep dish pizza and the triple chocolate brownie Sunday. Also when you eat here they can validate your parking so you don’t have to pay when you use the downtown parking lots or valet. The guy at the bar is a great server.
A fantastic little pizzeria in Downtown Fort Worth. Their deep dish is fantastic and their Chicago Meat Market is a must have for meat lovers!
The bartender Jerry/Jared is absolutely amazing. He made this drink called absolute stress that was amazing. We had the deep dish meat market pizza. The group only finished half the pie.
Stumbled upon this place when walked around Sundance Square. We ordered combo meats and I got myself a Bloody Mary. The brisket/pork rib and the sides were delicious. The onion rings were crispy and tasty. They’re thinly sliced and lightly coated with flour. The best onion rings we’ve ever had. Service was excellent. We definitely come back.
Just finished lunch, everything was great! While we didn’t get the beef ribs everyone enjoyed what they ordered! And while they were extremely busy, our server was prompt and greeted us with menus and took our drink orders. Our drinks arrived quickly and we asked if we could have a couple more drinks? Absolutely was his reply! Finally everyone decided what they wanted to eat. Our food arrived in very good time, considering the amount of people in the restaurant! We enjoyed our meals and will definitely return on our next time in Fort Worth!
Another fantastic culinary experience! When timed appropriately, you may complement your dining with one of the two longhorn cattle drives. We have searched for an “All You Can Eat” beef rib menu option… at Riscky’s, you can get your fill! Great smoky flavored ribs, chicken, and pork. They also have stuffed jalapeños, good coleslaw, and fried brisket bites. I highly recommend Riscky’s!
We really enjoyed the cute scene at riskeys! Our kids liked it and we loved the food.

This is the best place in all of Texas to get beef ribs! It's right at the Stockyards, lots of stuff to do. Parking is pricey but the good deal on food is worth it.
Good food and great drinks and our waitress Sammy was amazing! Very attentive and friendly. She made sure we had a pleasant evening. Looking forward to visiting again and soon. Thank you Sammy!

Wow! Excellent Food & Service with an Active Atmosphere. Great Food worth the wait while they expertly prepare it! Brisket Bites, Smoked Catfish, Grilled Shrimp and Mesquite Chicken Salad Oh my!

The service was nice, a little rushed when ordering over the phone but once I picked up my order the server's we're more than happy to accommodate my needs. They even OFFERED plates, utensils and napkins and I was also happy to know parmesan cheese and chili peppers were a request away!
My family and I had a great experience at Riscky's BBQ recently. The food was absolutely delicious - the brisket and ribs were tender, smoky, and perfectly seasoned. True Texas BBQ at its best. That said, the service could use some improvement. The host stand and phone staff weren't the friendliest, and our food took quite a while to come out, even though the place wasn't incredibly packed. Our server only checked on us twice during the entire meal, so we felt a bit forgotten at times. Overall, the good vibes, fair prices and amazing flavors make it worth a visit. We'd definitely go back for the BBQ alone! Recommended for families looking for classic Fort Worth eats.
The plates here are a lot of food for the money. We got the grilled BBQ shrimp and it had 9-12 shrimp which was enough for us to split. You get several sides and I did the onion straws with an upcharge. It was a large portion and they were delicious! Very cool atmosphere right in the heart of the stockyards. Kaylee was our waitress and she did a fantastic job!
The food was good. I had the smoked catfish tacos - something I’d never heard of before. Our server was great, friendly, and personable. My only constructive critique is that the tables were close together, causing me to scoot up each time one of the food runners came by - otherwise, they were squeezing through. My family enjoyed their food, so we’d come back. I’d like to try the covered patio next time.
This is a nice barbecue spot with a good variety of meat choices. I tried the pulled pork, which was not labeled as spicy — and it definitely was spicier than I expected. I also ordered a potato salad on the side, but it was way too sour for my taste, likely because of too much vinegar. Overall, the basket (without bread) felt a little small, and I was still hungry after finishing. Parking can be a bit tricky since it’s a pedestrian area. There’s a large lot close by, but it’s expensive (around $15 for a few hours). If you’re willing to walk about 10/15 minutes, you can find free parking further out. The area is quite touristy but rather enjoyable for locals as well.
TL;DR: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ —> food was great, service a little lacking in attentiveness at the bar _________________________________ My husband brought me here for our first date so we always go back on Feb 15th, which is our “first date anniversary.” The stockyards were CROWDED!! More so than a usual Saturday, but the Black rodeo was there, the Grapevine train was there, and it seemed a cattle auction was happening (plus nice weather AND Valentine’s Day weekend!). The wait for a table was 30 minutes at around 4:00, but we decided to sit at the bar and eat. The service at the bar was spotty, but Chris was pulling a double so we gave grace. His barback was helpful and friendly but I didn’t get his name. I got the all-you-can-eat beef ribs with one side for $19.99. I paid the up charge of around $2.00 to get onion strings as a side because yum! It also comes with Texas toast, onions, peppers, and a pickle. The ribs looked like food from the Flintstones!!! See the pics, and the last pic is my LEFTOVERS the next day!!! Ribs were great, always love the bbq sauce, it’s a little sweet and sooo good. Onion strings were crispy and awesome dipped in Ranch. Hubby got the chopped brisket sandwich and paid the up charge to have Texas fries as his side. Beer for him was cold and the Dr. Pepper I had was perfect! We danced a little slow dance to the music for a minute right at the bar. The music was good 90s country ! Definitely visit Riscky’s - we love their bbq and they have a heated patio and a big restaurant. The food is consistently great and the portions are big. Wonderful choice for a first date and anniversary every year!

Just to start this off it was a door dash delivery. The driver was awesome, no issue with that! The food on the other hand was not so good. The pretzel was hard as a rock. The cheese sticks were cold and gross! The pizza patato skin was okay. They did not bring the sour cream with the order so we did not get the full experience. The only great thing with the order was the all meat pizza. It was awesome! We also had the crab and shrimp dip. My wife loved that!
My deep dish pizza wasn't hit all the way through, otherwise I would have given it a 4* review. Food was tasty, wait staff only refilled waters once and never asked if we'd like refills on our other beverages.
Must try this place. The deep dish they invented and the cocktails are on point. The people watching and the pleasant atmosphere is the silver lining. The dessert, the dessert!
Nice little pizzeria. Motzi sticks were frozen ones and not homemade. Pizza was decent. Not the best but definitely not the worst. Decent place for deep dish.
Honestly, it's a bit disappointing when you go to a Chicago style pizzeria and they give you your pizza and there's barely any sauce on it. I mean, do they even know what Chicago style pizza is? I asked the waitress for two additional bowls of sauce, and was able to salvage it, thankfully. The crust at least had the slight hint of cornmeal worked into the dough which is one of my favorite characteristics of Chicago pizza - so props there. But seriously, lather on that sauce a bit more.
We just ate there. Had the brisket bite appetizer and it was good. Brisket was tender. Then my wife had the shrimp, it was supposed to be grilled and there was no grilled about it, it was tough, no real flavor. She used the jalapeno with my chopped brisket to have any flavor. I had the chopped brisket, it was good but there was no way to cut it in half. All you get is a fork. Not sure why no knives but that's how they roll. I had fries as well, they seriously looked like they had been dipped in oil. No crisp and soggy. They were busy so I am sure the cooks were in a hurry. Been there many times. Still not right though. Managers were walking around but didn't see any of them, saw 3, check with customers about their food. Would have been nice had they taken the time with any customer. I am curious what the return rate of customers is. We are here for a week and will not be back to try any other entrees.
We were in Fort Worth and stopped by this place for a quick bite. It was a good option for a snack, but not the best choice if you are looking for a full Texas barbecue experience. We ordered sausage on bread with fries, which were tasty, and a rack of ribs to try. Unfortunately, the ribs came with too much fat and very little meat, and they were not among the most flavorful we’ve had. That said, if you are nearby, it can still be worth a stop the decor is amazing and the service is excellent.
Tourist trap. The all you can eat Beef ribs seems like the bbq to get. Brisket was good. Big portions. Their fried app platter was good. Queso dip was good too. Good vibe and nice staff.

Huge pizza lover here, this pizza is Mediocre. The deep dish was filled with chunks of tomato to have it appear to look "deep dish". If I go out, I want something I can't make at home, and the spinach artichoke was something I can buy at a grocery store. Cheap chips, almost stale like, microwaved dip. Staff is friendly and personable, alcohol drinks taste nice... it's the food that lacks, no bueno.
It’s a typical touristy dining establishment. Have low expectations and you may enjoy it. Food: - The brisket bites were good for an appy. - The catfish basket was inedible. Perhaps it’s cause I’m a West Coaster and didn’t grow up eating it. But it tasted like dirty water. - The burger was good from the couple bites that were shared with me. - Sides, stay away from the coleslaw and potato salad. Order fries as it may be your best chance for freshly deep fried. The salads seemed store bought and over sauced. The potato salad was discoloured from sitting out too long. I’m assuming it was portioned earlier in the day and not covered up. I didn’t take a picture. Closing notes - stick with beef and fries. Seating and service was good. You won’t be able to see the cattle run from the patio as people line the streets.
Riscky’s BAR-B-Q has a nice atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made for a good first impression. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to expectations, it was just average. However, the portions were generous, easily enough for two people. Overall, it’s a decent place to visit once, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for great BBQ.

Tl;Dr, cold food, cold service, long wait for the best thing being potato salad. I came in to make a To-go order. The restaurant was decently busy so having service slip a little is understandable to a point. I was told that I needed to order at the bar. I ordered my food. And waited.. the bartender told me it would be about 15 minutes. As I ordered a cut brisket sandwich with potatoe salad. So all it takes is to put slices on bread and add the salad to a cup. Very easy. 30 minutes later I keep seeing the kitchen as staff goes in and out. Seeing the cooks cleaning off their grills as my order was still not out. Finally someone else came out with multiple to go orders in their hands and says something to the bartender under their breath. I get my food and that was the toughest, driest piece of beef I have had in years. It was also at room temperature and it was clear my food had been sitting there for a while. When Gas station brisket blows your restaurant out of the water it's an issue.
