Visited for burger week. Had the Thai Tommy burger and a Rahr Texas light. Really good. Kimchi not too spicy. Wonderful staff. AND you get a cute beer glass. A winner! I may have to go back because I want a second glass..

First time customer with a group of 9. Sunday afternoon casual lunch after church fellowship. We went to the location on Forest Park Blvd. We were very well served and all enjoyed their selections. Pricing was reasonable and service was excellent. I got the Ruben, with "Frog Fries" (Crispy french fries covered in melted cheese with grilled onions and jalapenos.) Sever others got hamburgers, and one got the fried fish platter,reporting that it was very good. Overall a great mid-afternoon casual dining experience. It might be busier at other times, but our visit was great.

My Daughter took me here for the first time, being this is her favorite hamburger spot. Bec was amazing!! She was very attentive and made us feel as if we were the only ones there, when in fact they were getting very busy! The food was delicious! Fresh and hot!! Best burger I've had in a very long time!!!! Will definitely be back.

I was in the area and was craving a burger. It was a little busy at the time but of course I don’t mind and I have plenty of patience. The waiter was super friendly and was shocked that I didn’t want fries or tots. I ordered the slim cheese burger. Let me say this, this burger was AMAZING I loved it so much. One of the best burgers I’ve had in a very long time. I’m absolutely coming back for more. I regret not getting tots but I wasn’t too hungry at the time.

I just wanted to shout Brandy out, we sat in a section unknown to my family and I was closed, after she came in and said it was closed i explained we chose the spot due to our son being recently diagnosed w/cancer so we sat away from others, without hesitation she told us to sit down and enjoy our time there, so we deeply appreciate her and the kindness she had towards us, made our visit even better with already going through so much, we since have went back again and had a great experience! This will forever be one of our go to spots. 🫶🏽

First I would like to give a big shout out to our waitress Brandy. She was awesome, nice and she was very attentive to our table. The food was really good!! To be honest the portions are big for the price that you pay for it. Trust me every single dollar you pay for your meal is worth it and you will definitely enjoy it!!

After reading the reviews, I decided to visit for a quick lunch. I don't eat burgers often, but when I do, I like them like Tommy's! The burger was fresh and juicy with just the right seasoning and flavor. I also had French fries, and you get a lot. The servers were extremely nice, friendly, and attentive. After eating my lunch, I hung around to do some paperwork. The server continued to check on me and offféred refills. Compared to other chain restaurants, Tommy's outranks them on price, quality, and quantity!

Excellent service!! The staff here are so nice! The food was great! We got the junkyard burger, cheese tots, and the catfish dinner with fries. The fries were average, but everything else was cooked to perfection. We will be back.

Burgers are always great, Onion rings and ranch on point. But the place has definitely aged and needs a deep clean and a paint refresh as well as a couple of new chairs. Otherwise it's pretty good!

Good place to get burgers that taste fresh and are satisfying. The fried zucchini was amazing. Our fried pickles came out over done and chewy but the waitress happily replaced them when we asked and the next batch was better. Friendly atmosphere and family friendly.

Burgers are the best. Great customer service! Would come back just for burgers only. Frog fries are good but a bit too greasy for me. Desserts need more work !

Wandered in here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. The burgers are quality, Nolan Ryan beef and come with a generous portion of French fries. There are a few unique burger options, including the green chili and goat burger that I had. Fair warning: Good, bad, or otherwise, this restaurant is in a cell phone dead zone. I had to rush myself through the meal a bit because I was anticipating a text from work.

I have been to this restaurant three times and three times my order has been wrong. The first two times I gave the benefit of the doubt. But a third time…there’s an attention to detail problem. Double check your order.

I truly don’t understand what’s all the hype about this place, my wife and I got a burger and fries from this location and it was horrible, from the burger to the fries. The patty was slightly seasoned and the fries were overcooked yet hardly warm when we went to eat them. Whoever prepared it cut half inch thick tomato slices almost the thickness of the burger patty. Had it not been for us already traveling done the freeway they definitely would’ve gotten this entire order back. Everyone who is saying this place is good has to be locals who are just use to eating there, this kind of food wouldn’t make it in Houston long at all
