Truly good food! Never disappoints. An in my opinion they have the best regular pie around town hands down! My 3yr old never finishes a whole slice but cinellis slice he always does. I believe this place is definitely dedicated to their flavor and quality of their food.

It was my 1st time there ever tonight, we met Barbara the owner who was an absolute gem, I enjoyed talking with her! Our waiter Abe helped me with my selection (homemade gnocchi in Alfredo sauce), the gnocchi looked like little pillows, but the flavor was out of this world! It was silky, light with the perfect mix of cheese and butter-if you have the chance you need to try this dish I cannot rave enough! My boyfriend, who is in the fish business very rarely has a good experience with other restaurants seafood but tonight, I watched as he took his first taste and his eyebrows went up, and he looked at me and said "this is how a seafood dish should taste", he absolutely enjoyed his meal. And then there's Jackson, the young man who gave up his Saturday night with his friends to take care of us. What a nice young man! Barbara, thank you for a wonderful evening, you will absolutely see more of us!

Everyone orders delivery from here but no one ever eats here as witnessed by me, who's often alone in the dining room. Which is just as well for me because I like it when there's not much of a crowd. One thing I'll tell you though is that if you order delivery and enjoy it, imagine how much better it tastes piping hot.

Their grandma slice was the bomb! Penne a la vodka was alright but hated the fact that I found a piece of bacon bit in it and I'm not aloud to have bacon due to religious reasons.

I am extremely disappointed with Cinelli’s. I have been ordering with them online since January and not once have I ever had any issue with a delivery order. The staff are kind and call if they have any problems with drop off regarding a meet up location or entry. I feel as though I am being profiled being that the location of my apartment is in Hempstead. Not once has a delivery driver been harassed or threatened by any person who resides in my apartment building. I was called after my 9th order told by management , after 8 orders with no issue , that delivery drivers feel “ uncomfortable “ delivering to my location. They did not specify any real reason but I know that a lot of people like to hang in the lobby of the building they reside in so me and the manager agreed that he would be much more comfortable with me meeting him outside. Mind you, there are several delivery drivers that come to my apartment and not 1 of them told me they had an issue. So I met up with the driver and I figured the issue was solved. Today I tried to make an order online and it was canceled without reason or a phone call. This is unacceptable. I am disappointed being that I am a loyal customer.

I came for dinner a while back to dine-in with some friends. Whole bill was about $300, left a $45 tip, manager comes up to me on the way out and says “Next time you only give a tip like that, go to McDonald’s” I can’t make this up. UPDATE: after reading their response, which just tells you about their customer service and attitude, I ask anyone to look at my profile and tell me if I’m the type of reviewer to leave facts like that on a review, I had 3 other people at our table that can corroborate this. Skip this place, it was great back in the 90’s, but if you want quality and customer service, go to King Umberto’s or Carmella’s.

I’ll start with saying that the food here is great. The pizza, rolls, and chicken wings are all delicious. However, when I am treated with the disrespect that I received when making my order..that just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Rude. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Whoever is picking up those phone on the other lines needs to go back to kindergarten and learn some manners. I am appalled, disgusted, dismayed, and outraged at the fact that they don’t know any human decency. But I’ll say it again just to be clear you guys have great food.
