Personable staff, kind and funny. Quick service with top notch food and flavors. Inside is larger than expected, very good vibes mixture of modern and chill. Nice restrooms too. Great thing is that the menu is not so big, and every item I’m sure is delicious. Love that they have a raw bar and it’s fresh! Steak was cooked perfectly and flavorful. Roasted corn was sweet spicy and creamy. A little dark at night but it can be romantic

One of our absolute favorite restaurants! The atmosphere is always great, the food and drinks are delicious, and the service is amazing. My husband and I went for our anniversary, and they truly made it such a special experience for us. Highly recommend!

My husband and I enjoyed our date night out at saizon! We live very close to the restaurant and decided to finally dine here! Our son and his fiance have been several times and highly recommended it and we enjoy going to other restaurants affiliated with saizon. This was our first time here and have nothing but good things to say about our experience. When saizon first opened, the menu items didn't interest us but we found plenty of good options with the recent menu. We both started the evening with drinks, the pumpkin spiced latte martini for me(really good , not too sweet)and a IPA for my hubby. For dinner we ordered the prime spiced sirloin with a side of the mushroom risotto and Mary's brick chicken. Both of which were absolutely delicious! The meats and vegetables were cooked and seasoned perfectly! We couldn't pass up on dessert... we ordered the sticky coffee pudding... so good ! Everything was awesome including friendly, attentive service. I would describe the atmosphere as modern, casual, upscale. Definitely recommend reservations even for week nights... they are usually very busy and they are only open for dinner ( a few hours for brunch on Saturday &Sunday) . We will definitely go again ❤️

We always enjoy our visits to Saizon, and two people who make it extra special are Jordon, our server, and Jacob, the manager. Jordon is attentive, friendly, and always makes us feel like valued guests. He has a wonderful way of anticipating needs and making sure everything runs smoothly at the table. Jacob truly sets the tone for the entire restaurant. Even when the restaurant is packed, his smile and positive energy shine through. He always takes the time to personally check in, making us feel welcome and cared for. His professionalism and genuine attitude really stand out and make every visit memorable. Like any busy restaurant, small hiccups can happen here and there, but what sets Saizon apart is how the staff and management handle them. They always go above and beyond to make sure we leave happy and we always do. That kind of service and hospitality is rare and worth recognizing. Highly recommend Saizon not just for the food, but for the amazing people like Jordon and Jacob who make the experience top notch.

First time visiting Saizon for me, the overall experience was fantastic and unexpected. Loved the fusion of the flavors and textures. We ordered the Tiger Ceviche (not in photos, Oops), Wagyu Skirt Steak with side of mushroom risotto, Truffle Mac and the Norwegian Salmon Nigiri. We got the Berry White, Not Quite A Mule, and Kashmir (also not in photos) to drink. Favorite items: Tiger Ceviche, Wagyu Skirt Steak, and Berry White.

It was my first time going to Saizon to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Our server was Adrianna & she took amazing care of us, she even gave us great recommendations for drinks. Our food came out in a timely manner & you could definitely taste the quality! The portions are a great size & we even took home left overs. Overall Adrianna made our experience one to remember!

We came in without reservations and we got seated in less than 5 minutes and keep in mind, it was busy and yet we got fast service, our waitress this evening was Claire and she was fantastic, I never ran out of drinks and she showed up very frequently to make sure my table was taking care of. The food was also amazing, that risotto as a side it's delicious and my steak was cooked exactly as I asked for. Overall I recommend this place for any occasion.

Dinner at Saizon was incredible! Roxane took such great care of us — fast, attentive, and always with a smile. We shared 6–7 different plates, each one packed with flavor, and every bite was a hit. The star of the night for me was the frozen espresso martini — absolutely delicious and the perfect way to end the meal. Can’t wait to come back!

This is one of the best restaurants in Fresno. The prices are higher than your regular restaurant but it’s not super expensive. Reservations are encouraged, but today on my birthday I was able to ask at 4 pm if they could take my party of 3 and they were able to accommodate us at 5 when dinner started. The guy who helped me which I think was the manager came to our table to make sure everything was okay. The waiters are very nice, food came out quick and it was amazing. I totally recommend Saizon.

We had a delightful business dinner at Saizon. Saizon is a high-end restaurant offering contemporary American cuisine with global influences, presented from a distinctly Californian perspective. They blend traditional techniques with innovative flavor combinations and unique presentations. The atmosphere is upbeat and lively, with ample indoor and outdoor seating. Our server, Kelly, provided excellent service; she was attentive without being intrusive. The food was superb and fresh. We began with a seafood tower and guacamole. The group ordered chicken, pork chops, and fish, all of which received high praise. We highly recommend Saizon restaurant in Fresno and look forward to returning.

Overall the whole experience was nice. The food was good. If I’d change anything it would be larger portions. The staff were super friendly. Really taking all the time needed.with our party.

Had dinner at Saizon recently. We started with the crab tostada and salmon sashimi. Both were good, however the salmon was a little to smothered in sauce for my taste. Sashimi should be a little more naked to really enjoy the fish. That said, it was quite good, just a bit outside of my expectation. For dinner I had the flat iron steak. Portions were good sized, steak was cooked perfectly and overall quite savory. My rating of 4 stars simply reflects what I would consider a limited menu. I would suggest taking a look at the menu online to ensure there is something for everyone in your party before arriving. Everything was good, just not a huge variety of options. Service was great. Server was pleasant, attentive and offered up just the right amount of sarcasm to be funny without crossing the line. We sat on the patio, which was nice to be outside. The ambience suffered a bit as it felt a little like we were in the alley. That said, nice tables, heaters to keep the chill out, good service. It was not bad, but just not as nice as I perceived the interior space to be. Would absolutely recommend for a fin social dinner

I see what the big deal is. The art of turning simple dishes to fancy dishes. There was really nothing wrong with my first visit. Food was great. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was what you would expect intimate, though the table next to me, could’ve been more classy by not dropping the F bomb so much. I had the Chicken Taquitos which was very good. Then I ordered the Salmon and Bluefin Nigiri. Both were very good but left me aching for more. I think if you’re a sushi fan, you want the traditional nigiri. I have to be fair that this visit wouldn’t have happened had it not been the Yelp event. I am a simple person. I don’t need to be wined and dined.

Saturday brunch with my mom and my son. Weeks ago made reservations in advance to show my family for their first time at Saizon. The parking situation is the same outside lucky if you can find any available parking. Once arrived we were seated right to our booth. The decor inside is very modern chic style. The bar area, the outside dining area, the inside dining area. Mikaela was our server for today at brunch the food came out in time not wait to long at all. The noise level was average for morning time. The food is absolutely exquisite with every bite.

First off, I want to acknowledge Adriana(Ariana)for the incredible service, she was very attentive to our table and made us feel comfortable being that it was our first experience! Second, the atmosphere was amazing, it was a great vibe and very lively which we enjoyed. We sat outside and the weather was perfect to enjoy dinner. Lastly, the food. I would definitely return to enjoy shareables with drinks from the bar. As for the dinner plates, they were good, however didn’t stand out like their shareables(hummus and pork bao). Add some spice 🌶️ and maybe I’ll try a dinner plate next time.
