Was there in the morning. Food was great except for the female worker who made me feel rushed and unwelcome. While she was getting my food she said something making me think she was talking to me but instead she had an earpiece on her right ear talking to someone. She then proceed to stop getting my food prepped to pull out her phone to press on it. Shocking that she don’t take care of her customers first.

Then out of nowhere, this lady comes from the back and loudly claims everyone is in the wrong line and that we all have to move. Suddenly, everyone gets jumbled up, chaos ensues. Some people, who were just standing anywhere near her when she appeared, end up at the front of the line, cutting right in front of me. It’s not rocket science—how hard is it to get this right?

This place has gone down hill so bad it's a miracle they are still serving you the smallest meat balls out of the bunch not to mention the sneeze they call sauce. Pizza is frozen take home burn in your oven appeal. Bread sticks....those were my favorite.the warm fluff dough covered in grated cheese.. some one decided to purchase 7-11's day old bread. So disappointed for the money not well spent

Oh my goodness, the fact they allow such a rude person to work here is beyond me. I came in a while ago and the worker Brisa helped me and she was amazing, but then I was taken by another employee at check out named Norma. She was so rude, I asked how much Ranch would be and she said a dollar, so I said never mind. After that she made the comment that I should have told her I wanted ranch and she would’ve put it in the system (to charge me without informing me how much it was), I said excuse me and she commented “it’s not my fault you didn’t say you wanted ranch.” I have never been so appalled by customer service. After that she walked to the back area and Brisa apologized profusely. If this is the type of employees this place hires then I never want to come back.

Showed up 1.5 hours before closing and I was told they couldn't make anymore pepperoni pizza because it was almost closing. Wth? All their pizzas looked cold and stiff. On top of that, I was asked if i wanted to purchase a drink but I was not informed that they did not have ice. WHAT HAPPENED TO SBARRO'S? IT USED TO BE THE BEST 👎

Horrible, only one person working they don't even acknowledge customers standing in front of their counter. Don't waste your time waiting inline, it's going to take 30 for someone not only to acknowledge you but to serve you is an additional 30mins...no wonder this place is empty.
