The restaurant is extremely welcoming and accomidating. My mother and I are vegetarians and we're able to find a great variety of food. Our waitress Layla in particular did a phenomenal job and made our experience extremely enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for a good time!

For my first time ever going to Pei Wei, this was a wonderful experience. I arrived shortly after 11AM, I didn’t know how to order and Kimberly was there to help me. I couldn’t appreciate her more, great place with great workers.

I came here to eat during my work day because I haven’t been able to eat big meals lately,.. so I figured I’d pop in and give it a shot . I walked in the door and was immediately .geeeted by a man with a big smile and a hello from a guy named shamoan , I didn’t know what to get. He went out of his way to help me with the menu and was just very attentive and his customer service was awesome. I would recommend this location. I hope his higher-ups appreciate him because these days customer service lacks . I got the spring rolls this time but next time when im more hungry I’m gonna try their pad Thai.

My family and I went to this Pei Wei location for dinner tonight. Sledge cheerfully greeted us, took our order and was very kind to us during our visit. My friend and I had lunch here this past Saturday and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I've had at a Pei Wei! The service was great, the food came out of the kitchen quickly, and the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the spicy general tso's chicken and highly recommend it. I also want to given a personal shout out to Layla, who hand's down made our experience exceptional! She was so helpful like with offering to go through the menu with us and was incredibly attentive, checking in on us multiple times (an others) to ensure that we were having an enjoyable experience and if we needed anything. Because of her, that was some of the best customer service I've had in some time. I highly recommend stopping in and grabbing a bite!

The place is clean and very quiet the day we visited. The food is spectacular; honestly, it's some of the best Asian-style food I've ever had. The Drunken Noodle Chicken dish was spectacular, as was the Broccoli Steak. We also ordered spring rolls, which were delicious. The staff is very friendly, and the food was served quickly and hot, with excellent presentation... and of course the fortune cookies. Thank you.

The best location I have visited, and I have visited twice now. Food is absolutely delicious, a great chef here. Puts Pei Wei on the map in a different dimension. I've been here 4 or 5 times now. Only one time was the service a bit below par. But made up for it on subsequent visits. In particular, on my visit today, 4/29/2025, the food was super delicious (I had the Kung Pao Shrimp with Noodles) and the service, atmosphere and music were all very nice. Visited here, you should not be disappointed. 6/24/2025. Once again, a pleasure to eat at this location. Good management. The cashier we had was her first day, and everything came out just fine. Kudos!

First time at this location and not disappointed. Our order was served right away. We came as we had a discount for being a loyalty club member. Plenty of food served so we had leftovers. Very attentive staff and checked with us several times during meal if everything is OK. Deserving of better rating here based on number of customers we saw during lunch hour. We have eaten at the Plano location and it seemed the menu has been changed for the better. Worth another visit sooner than later.

Haven’t eaten at a Pei Wei in over a decade. Kids talked me into it. Not shabby. Very fast service. Clean. Kind staff. Sweet dishes were very sweet and savory was pretty salty. Did dine in. Was not a fan at all of the lettuce wraps appetizer.

Absolutely incredible Pei Wei location! The atmosphere was much nicer than most locations. It felt and tasted more like a P.F Chang's! The food was delicious! The chicken was well cooked, crispy, and generous! The noodles and veggies were cooked to perfection. 👍🏽 The service was very good. Kevin was very friendly and professional. I will gladly be returning soon.

I love Pei Wei, but it’s been quite a while since I’ve been there. We were craving some lettuce wraps so we found our closest location. Our food was delicious, but they have changed the recipes since our last visit. My generals chicken was so dang spicy! The flavor was great, but the spice was a bit much.

The food was great, definitely would recommend as far as taste. However, the service was horrible, I waited in a long line and then after ordering. They forgot my order in the queue. Five people after me, got their food before me. Best to do takeout!!

I ordered a chicken pad Thai with extra vegetables, light sauce. When I got to the table, there was no chicken. I then asked for the chicken— One of the staff members came to take my plate and added more sauce along with the chicken, when my original order said light sauce. I spoke to an employee and all she said was sorry. There was no accommodation or accountability, which is really disappointing. I packed up my food to go since I paid for it and ended up having to eat elsewhere

Ordered online for pickup, which was easy, but no way I could see to indicate a peanut allergy. The food was ready quickly which is why I give it 2 stars. Had to ask for the drink cups that came with the kid's orders. Also the crab wontons were burned (see pic). Maybe it would have been better if dining in, but it's no excuse for what we got.
