This is the most lively Long John's I have ever been to. It's been years since I've stepped foot into one but the cashier (I wish I'd gotten her name) made me realize that I should do it more often! I'll be back to this location again!

I'm a stickler on good customer service and I usually get great service. I always get fresh hot fish. If I ask how long it has been up, they will ask if I would like to wait for them to drop more. Haven't been too disappointed yet. Any time I've had a problem in the past it was corrected. Thanks for the good service, drive thru, carry out or dine in.

Stopped by this restaurant while I was waiting for an ID appt, while the ac was not working being inside was a nice break from the sunlight, staff was very friendly especially the cashier nikki who despite looking very uncomfortable from the heat was very friendly and understanding of needing my food fast. The food tasted well but the cheesecake was amazing for a sweet treat to cool down.Overall a great experience and will be returning when I'm in the area again.

Drive thru is quick and the workers are friendly. Best clam strips and the grilled shrimp and rice was very tasty as well.

They don't stock Root beer any more, although it is still on the menu and the app. The new menu is awesome. Love the waffle fries. I am a life long customer.

Great place to eat at, It gets a little crowded during lunch hour but that proves they're doing something right. Friendly service. Thankyou all.

I have been going here for years. The customer service is always good. My food is always hot and delicious. Even when I take out my meal is always good when I arrive home.

Enjoyed everything except when we went by they didn't have any of the tartar sauce packets so instead they gave us small plastic containers with lids with a small amount of tartar sauce squirted in each one but we didn't want to eat it because was worried how sanitary it was. LJS please bring back the tartar sauce packets.

I went thru the drive through and the ordering was easy. For me, the food at this particular restaurant is always good. I love good customer service, and the young man that took my order and the money for the order, forgot my drinks, and when he remembered, he gave them to me free since he forgot...that's good business.

So this locations old building has been torn down and a newer one built. The food was great! Chicken and fish was hot and they actually gave me crumblies w them! Hush puppies had a good taste and didn't taste frozen as well as the corn having a nice taste and buttery. Manger was very friendly and the entire place inc bathroom was very clean and orderly. And got a lot for my money imo. I will absolutely be back!

New Building with new paved parking lot! Updated interior with a couple of touch screen self serve kiosks. They also have a counter person to take orders. The dining area was super clean. Workers were friendly and helpful. Food was Hot & Fresh. My only complaint was there were no self serve Tartar sauce, Cocktail sauce and ketchup station. You had to go up and ask for extra packets if you needed more sauces, and sometimes the workers get busy to get to you right away. Overall, Great experience. Extremely happy they reopened, because there are not very many LJS left to get my Fish Fix in these days.

The staff was very nice and bubbly. The food was fantastic. It was fresh and to order.

Sometimes we need to slow down and take a few minutes to enjoy the moment, appreciate the meal and the staff. Don't forget to ring the bell to let them know that!!! I've always loved eating long john silver's. So this time was no different. It was a dine in the service was good. The food came fast. They even brought the food to our table. The order was correct.

It was the most fresh long John silver’s we’ve ever had. But please update the hours. We were kicked out at 9. Hours online says y’all close at 10. There were 3 mad customers that came after us and we had to tell them they y’all close at 9.

I don't know why this LJS is usually empty because the food is top notch. The fish and chicken were freshly cooked, the Cole slaw was delicious, and Lara was very patient and friendly.

Clean with great meal deals. Nice bright diner. I had the chicken and fish with fries and a roll which fed me twice and came with a drink. Paid about $20 for 2 and dined in. Above average fast seafood combo meals in a bright casual dining area.

Food was very good. They don't cook anything till you order it, so everything was piping hot and fresh out of the fryer.

I like this location, if you know LJS then you know what to expect from their fish. We had a coupon and it was quite a deal. I go to the restaurant next door and they almost never have coupons and act offended when you ask for them. I was glad to have a page full of coupons to use and they gladly served us when we presented them!!

Been coming here a couple of yrs. never have had a problem. Good food, respectful employees, the only complaints would be there should be a big sign saying the drive thru is the only way to get food. Also the phone number is wrong and has been wrong for a long long time. Please fix this👍

The place looks abandoned and closed down..I'd came to pick up my order.. and . there was 1 vehicle behind the store, which looked very broken down and badly wrecked... The doors were locked...i started worrying because I'd just placed a $87 online order.... Until I drove around the store and happen to see the drive thru window opened, with a young lady standing in the window. I actually thought the place was shut down. The Food was hot.... They did forget to give me the coleslaw. ..

Used the drive through. Last time I went inside it was really in need of repair. The drive through guy was great and the food was hot even after my 20 minute drive home. Brought back the memories of LJS from high school. The chicken strips were ample and fresh. Friendly and competent service. Food was hot and tasty. Did not go inside so I don't know if they remediated the run down booths.

The food was good overall. The fish and chicken were great, but the fries were a little cool and could have used more salt. The restaurant itself was clean, smelled good, and the restrooms were clean as well. It’s also handicap friendly, with accessible tables up front, which I appreciate. The young man at the counter was very nice and helpful. However, the rest of the team didn’t seem very attentive to other guests who were waiting on sauces and small requests. I really like the look of the building, both inside and out. One thing that could use improvement is the login process on the tablets at the counter. Using a phone number instead of email raises some personal security concerns, and rewards should be available immediately after logging in. Overall, a good visit with a few areas that could be improved.

Food was good. Associates were okay, interacted when they needed to. The restaurant was very clean. Out of all the LJS it's one of the best considering the neighborhood its in. The workers seem to get the food out very quickly.

This is one of my guilty pleasures. I have fond memories of coming here with my aunt when I was 5 or 6. Not much has changed except the price. Combo meals are $10 -$15 without a drink. The food takes me to my childhood. So to me it is worth the price.

I didn't get any of the little Batter bits I was missing a shrimp and it took 30 minutes for me to get my food through the drivethrough. What did i did finally get was hot and good, but the rest kinds of sucked.

The service was okay. The food was hot and tasted good. There were not as many fresh sides as other fish places, which I prefer, like broccoli, green beans, or corn on the cob. The interior could use a refurbishment, the seats were obviously worn and the tables had some fading from the number of customers they had seen.

Haven't been in here for 20 years. Ate there a few days ago. They need to renovat the inside. Clean, mop, the booths still looks nice, they give it a nice 50's feel. Need to bring back corn on the cob And add some cookies, pie. Or something sweet.

The service was fast and the food was fairly fresh. The drive-thru worker was nice. I had to go inside after i ordered but the manager was way more interested in her phone then helping me. I stood there a few minutes before she actually looked up to try to help me.

Soooo greasy! Grease dripping off of my chicken. Hadn't had their food in nearly 10 years and used to love it. I would always ring the bell when I left. Not this time. I also had ordered the 3 piece meal and only got 2 pieces of chicken but I was already at home when I noticed. I had went through the drive through. Not sure I'll go back or not. Very disappointed and bummed and was still hungry.

Staff and window thing orders, very rude. It was obvious she did not want to be there. She treated me as if she was mad and annoyed at me. Lol. Food wise, my hush puppies were super hard. Usually it is a hit or miss there.

Long John silvers was something I used to love a child, so I thought I’d give it a try again. In theory it should be delicious. Heavily battered fried goodness. But it is just ok. The batter gets soggy and bitter easily, the sides are just basic, and it just doesn’t taste clean. Felt like leftovers. I know it’s supposed to be greasy and heavy, but there are other fried fish places that don’t have this issue. I just felt gross afterwords. I won’t name their main competitor here out of respect, but they do it right!

Had to wait 30 min in drive thru line. Had to ask for corn that was ordered as a side as it was not included in sack. Window server was rude. Fish was only “fair. It tasted like it was cooked in old grease. “Crunchies” and hush puppies were the best part of the meal. Will NOT recommend or return☹️

The food was very greasy. The coleslaw had a strange taste. Ice machine had no ice. We asked for ice and the people who worked behind the counter would just look at us with looks of incoherent. Never did we get any ice for our sodas. We asked for a cover or a box for our plate that we couldn't eat and the girl behind the counter had a blank look on her face and I asked her questions and she could not answer me. We will not go back

So we pulled up and there was nobody there as far as customers I knew then there was a possibility that I might get cold fish and that's exactly what happened and worse yet she reheated the fish with burnt oil so now it was terrible see the pics of the chicken that my wife ordered the whole batteries just came off and it was one greasy piece of rubber the waffle fries were cold and she claimed that she would have to wait on the waffle fries and refry the Fish and Chicken one three-piece fish and one two piece chicken came to $27. This is very overpriced. And then we got terrible product and terrible service I will never return to this Long John Silver's ever again I am a Captain D's man, as they aim to please even if Long John Silver's was to give me a coupons or my money back I would still not visit him after this I cannot say enough about how bad this place was. The lobby was filthy and the staff complained about working there all day. Save yourself time don't go here go to another Long John Silver's.

Drive thru sucks , girl had the worst attitude, talked to us like children . She was rude once we asked if she could hold one moment for us to look over the menu . She act likes she hates her job. Whatever we asked her she said no like she was paying for our meal and that she was doing us a favor ! Poor poor customer services !5/11/2017 will never return .

This location does not offer healthy eating options. Other Long John Silver's usually have salads on their menu. I drove up to the drive-thru window ready to order a salad, only to find out that they do not have any salads on their menu. Then I was stuck behind three other cars waiting and drive through. The service was really slow. there should be a way for customers who do not want to place an order to leave without having to wait behind other cars and drive-thru.

I was cheated. I ordered for fish and shrimps with 1 grilled salmon fish, I did get the salmon fish but never got the fish and shrimps

The fella at the register was as disinterested in taking orders as a snail crossing the street. Absolutely no personality, and he didn't try to find one. The family before me ordering was nice and patience with this terrible order taker. Thankfully a gentleman stepped in with some personality and understanding of making a good impression in regards to food and business. He was charming and deliberately working hard for this company. There was a woman who was asking questions about the orders, being that I didn't want my order fried hard, she emerged from the back with her shirt up on her back, which was showing her pink and red panities...personality zero as well...actually everyone except the aforementioned young man with a personality was absolutely horrible. Will not return.

I went by there and ordered French fries and clams. I paid almost 6$. I got my fries and clams in a little card board boat/tray (whatever you want to call it) and there was literally like 10 fries in there and maybe 6 clams. For the amount of money I paid, they could of at least filled up my tray of fries. I could have got a combo meal from anywhere and had more fries and been filled up. Go elsewhere. Don't waste your money

This place use to be nice. Needs to be shut down now. Dirty seats, floors, and tables; place is broken down with cabinet doors falling off, fountain machine leaks water on you when you use it, etc. It doesn’t inspire confidence in the food preparation when the place you sit down to eat is so badly presented.

Outdated store . Employees have an attitude and seem to be yelling back and forth with each other regarding other employees not showing up at work. This should be in private and all don't need to hear that.

Second time I've ate at LJS and this was disgusting. I don't even think our meal was close to fresh. Tasted like it was made in old oil, was way salty, and couldn't hardly taste the fish over the salt. I threw it away it was so nasty. I had to repeat my order 3 times at the speaker, once at the window, and they still forgot items that I ordered after their clarification at the window. The person that took my order at the speaker was very impatient and didn't even give me time to look at the menu a few seconds. WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER!

I had money was told they had no change and that she was the manager and made me leave. The last time I was there no one was in line and my fish was cold and felt like it had been sitting out.

Older lady that works at night has the WORST attitude ever. If a person is that miserable then why come to work? Her attitude was so bad that we didn’t even get the food, we simply left.

I just came from this place I ordered chicken which tasted like rubber dipped in batter and fried in 2 week old grease nothing about my plate tasted good the only thing good about this experience was the sweet tea. Total waste of money the drive thru employee was very short and on his phone will trying to give us our order I'll never be back.

Worst experience I've ever had by far. I pull into the drive thru and there is about 3 cars in front of me. As I sit at the speaker waiting for the guy to greet me I see him pass each of the cars their food. 5 minutes or so pass and still no greeting. So I'm thinking ok may be somethings wrong with the speaker because it's now been about 8 minutes and still nothing so I pull to the window. As I approach the window he walks away. I wait for him to return to take my order but after 5 more minutes I realize he's not coming back. The store didn't close for another 45 minutes so what the heck was he doing, is what I was thinking. A simple sorry ma'am were closed, when I first pulled up, would have done the trick. But instead he let me sit there for almost 15 minutes. Never again!

Went today Because they had all you could eat. Before we went I tried to call to make sure. No one Would answer the phone. So after reading other reviews I thought ok maybe it is busy. Me and my 2 other guests get their about 6:50.p.m. there was one employee claiming the lobby and one cooking. At about 6:58 the one cooking comes over to wait on us.thats when we told the all you can eat ended at 7. Itold him that it isn't on the sign out front. Or there web site and no one Would pick up the phone. And that I drove almost 20 miles to come and eat there. He often no apologies or Nothing. Just it end at 7. Both employees are piss poor of an employee. Will not be back.

I ordered a chicken plank meal tonight because I don't eat fish. But surprised to find fish in my box, and now I don't have time to return. So I guess I'm stuck eating Fry's for dinner. Had a replacement order. It was supposed to be 8 chicken and 4 fish and they switched it again. What's worse is the manager put 4 fish back in the bin to sell to other customers. They was out in the car with dogs and I had to touch them to count all eight them since they were stacked on top of each other. And 4 of the chicken was the size of nuggets.

Your prices are RIDICULOUS!!! $15.98!! for mediocre food!! I could go to a nice sit down restaurant for that price with great service! I placed a HUGE order for our company and needed to add something and I called 8x! NO ONE answers the phone! What if it was an emergency for one of your workers and their family couldn't get a hold of them! ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!

Not even 5 minutes after opening I get hit with “you can order” They could at least say hello, welcome to long John, good morning, anything to feel welcomed. Need better training honestly. Don’t just put someone on the speaker because you need employees. Then you won’t have customers.

I can’t review food because the service was so bad we never got to order. Employees obviously did not want to be there much less take orders. Three people left the drive through and four left the restaurant because no one was taking orders.

Visited the Altamesa location in FTW, waited at least 10 minutes before the order was taken as we stood at the counter. Placed the order and found that they’ve changed the fries to waffle only which I don’t like, ughh! Ordered anyways and added the 3 extra shrimp for $3.06. Once we arrived home, one piece of the fish was half cooked, trashed it and the shrimp was dime size and totally not worth $3.06. It will be a very long time before I patronize this place again . Order was $22 and trash!

I went there on a Tuesday April 2 I ordered my food. I was waiting at the counter until they got it fixed. I heard the manager screaming at the cook. Saying you burning up my product. The only reason i come there is to see the cook. Manager was very rude and unprofessional .To speak to her employees. and downgrade her employees. Nobody should be talked that. The manager has all of her family working there. I came back today. I was told they fired him. I wont be back. He shouldnt have gotten fired. It should of been the manager. He was good to us customes He will be deeply .

I ordered online and went to cashier she argued with me calling me a liar saying I didn't place any order. The continued to give us the cold eye stare look . The girl at the drive through needs an attitude adjustment. If you don’t have the right skills for drive thru then try cleaning the toilets. Food is nasty too.

Very strange experience. I was excited to try this location tonight since they remodeled but wasn’t able to. I sat at the drive thru menu for 7-10 minutes and just assumed the car in front of me at the window had a large order since they weren’t moving either, but no one would answer the speaker or take my order. I finally left and when I drove by could see an employee in the window with a headset on, but no one was even in the car at the window! It was off and completely empty just sitting there. Were you guys getting robbed or something?! Was it just a ploy to not take anymore orders tonight?

I order 3pcs fish meal added 3 pcs shrimp and a crab cake via the drive thru. Waited 10 minutes and my order was wrong. No fish in the box. I was given chicken, if I didn't live so far I would've taken it back to the store. Plus I didn't get a receipt. They can gone an close this location the service is horrible. It wasn't even a line or a busy time to have the order wrong.

Ordered Salmon over rice with cole slaw and cut corn on the side. The salmon is dry and the cut corn is way too salty. It is not fit to be consumed specially if you have high blood pressure. I tried to call them so they can check and correct the situation but after 4 attempts at different times, i don't think they will answer. Two other people in my family tasted the very salty corn and were repulsed by it. They said it is like eating pure salt.

Hadn't been there for a while and now I remember why.. The food was greasy and inedible. Not to mention the fact that the portions were small. And you dont even get a drink with the purchase of a meal. Real disappointment for 6.99 + tax. Here's a tip Long Jonhs change the grease in the fryer!!
