I had an amazing experience at Absolute Thai Cuisine! The food was really delicious and truly tasted like authentic Thai food you’d find in Thailand. We’re a vegetarian couple, and we recently visited Absolute Thai Cuisine in Fulshear. We ordered the drunken noodles with tofu and a mixed vegetable dish, both medium spicy, and everything was absolutely delicious—definitely on a different level of flavor! The ambiance was wonderful and the service was super friendly, making us feel right at home. Plus, since it’s the holiday season, the restaurant was beautifully decorated with a lovely Christmas tree and a festive vibe all around. It just made the whole experience even cozier. We’ll definitely be back for more!

Tasty, tasty, tasty! Service was friendly and very attentive — everyone we interacted with was polite and helpful. The clean, well-decorated interior made the dining experience even more enjoyable. There’s a great selection of traditional dishes, and both the appetizers and mains were beautifully plated. Every dish was fragrant, well-balanced, and perfectly seasoned. We ordered the Thai pork jerky, Tom Kha coconut soup, papaya salad, shrimp fried rice, green curry, and eggplant with beef. Everything was absolutely delicious.

This is hands down the best Thai spot in the Katy/Fulshear area. The menu has tons of options with different proteins and spice levels. Service was awesome—our waiter checked on us a few times to make sure everything was good. We got the Pad Thai, Larb Salad, Papaya Salad, and Thai Fried Chicken. The food came out fast and tasted super authentic. Definitely recommend this place if you’re craving real Thai food!

Had a great first-time takeout experience at Absolute Thai Cuisine! Ordered a Thai street food dish (staff recommendation, forgot the name!) and Thai fried rice with chicken—both were absolutely delicious and clearly freshly made. Highly recommend this gem for authentic, flavorful Thai food!

The best Thai food in town! I've tried Thai beef salad at many restaurants, and Absolute Thai's is by far the tastiest. My mom's favorite is the vegetarian stir-fry eggplant with veggies and tofu. We've ordered multiple times, and whether dining in or getting takeout, the food quality is consistently delicious. It's our go-to spot for Thai cuisine!

I was craving Thai food and found Absolute Thai with top Google ratings, so I gave it a try. Glad I did! We ordered pineapple curry chicken, larb chicken salad, and pad Thai chicken, requesting extra raw chives and ground pepper on top. The service was excellent, and they got our order just right. Everything was delicious! Save room for their amazing mango sticky rice and Thai iced tea. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Our first time eating at Absolute Thai. We wanted to try something new and we were not disappointed. The restaurant was very clean and the server was very welcoming and prompt. We ordered the Chicken Pad Thai, peanut curry, Green Curry, Roti dip and mango sticky rice. All at medium spice level. Love the fact you can choose from the different levels. All dishes had so much flavor and just enough spice to make sure the water kept coming. Prices were great and so were the portions. Make sure to leave room for dessert, their mango sticky rice is so good! We look forward to coming back sometime soon.

The food here is seriously good! Even on a busy Friday night when they're packed, the wait is worth it. I ordered the Thai goat beef noodle soup, and my 8-year-old had the kid's noodle - both were ridiculously delicious! My son usually doesn't eat much, but he devoured his dish. The server was super kind and friendly too. Highly recommend!

A friend told us to try this place, and wow, the food is amazing! We had fried rice with chicken, Tom yum chicken, mango sticky rice, and plain fried rice with extra eggs. Our server was super helpful and sweet. So stoked to have found this gem near my house - it's our new go-to Thai spot!

This Thai restaurant has quickly become our go-to place, and I think you would love it, too! We've been there three times already, and each visit has been better than the last. We've tried a variety of their stir-fried dishes and soup noodles, and I must say, we have not been disappointed. The portion sizes are incredibly generous, making it great value for money. Plus, the service is always friendly and prompt, which adds to the overall delightful experience. If you're ever in the area and craving some delicious Thai food, I highly recommend giving this place a try. You won't be disappointed!

Sooo good! I started on the dumplings on the way home. I was very impressed, its not often you pull up a restaurant with 4.9 stars and they deliver just like the reviewers are saying. Have to be careful because so many offer things for 5 stars to customers. Not this one though! My only gripe is they forgot the utensils 🙂🙃

Customer service is superb! Place is super quaint! They even have outlets next to where you sit - genius! Food is good, but not as good as the Thai restaurants in Dallas (I'm from Houston). However, very impressed already for Fulshear, Texas. Everything was fresh! The chili basil with shrimp was great. I personally wish the drunken noodles had more basil leaves and veggies... Papaya salad was a bit more tart than savory, but I still enjoyed it. I do appreciate the fact that here they allow you to go down to zero spicy level. I have gone to a Thai/Lao restaurant on Bellaire where they simply would not take out the chili, and the papaya salad remained pretty spicy no matter what. I think I will go back to try other items on the menu!

I visited thai restaurant for the first time and being vegan I was not sure what to eat but there were good options available for vegan and vegetarian. Spice level is pretty much customizable and that's good part. Love the food and tom yum soup was awesome.
