This place is great. Don’t listen to a single negative review. Everything is made fresh when you order. My go to is the chicken breast teriyaki with white rice base. Plenty of protein and healthy carbs and it always fills me up!

Absolutely 5 stars! I’ve been here many different times and the food has been amazing every single visit. Everything is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The customer service really stands out you’re always welcomed with a smile and treated like a valued customer. I even had the chance to meet the owner, Sylvester, who clearly takes pride in his business and making sure guests have a great experience. I recently used them for catering and they exceeded expectations. The food was hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared, and the team went over every detail with me to make sure everything was right. They truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place for both dining in and catering!”

It was good not great but good service was amazing

Food quality is hit and miss. On one day, white and brown rice were perfectly cooked , so was the veggies, tofu and orange chicken. One a different day, the veggies and noodles were slightly overcooked, with a lot of salty and watery sauce.

This is the 2nd time that my uber order doesn’t come with veggies. My order also specify double protein. The photo speaks for itself. No veggies and definitely not 16oz of protein. There was also couple of times where for pick up - ordered spicy steak and it just came with regular teriyaki steak. The staff need to read order slips?

This was the first time trying this place. The food bowls were good, but you really need to like teriyaki. I thought the music playing was extremely not restaurant friendly. I am a fan on DMX, but F.. this and that. Not sure what age group this place is trying to cater.

I ordered a large chicken breast teriyaki bowl. It was a big, bland bowl of mushy overcooked rice. A sparse serving of chicken that was dry. The mixed veggies were sad and flavorless. One sauce cup of teriyaki did little to aid in flavor. Throughly disappointed. Won’t return or recommend.

While I waited for my order to be completed, there was a guy in the front counter just standing there playing with his hair. I was a little disgusted to the point that I almost cancelled my order! This should be addressed or you will loose customers!

I did not receive the teriyaki sauce which is the name of the restaurant. Also chicken katsu was way over fried and tasted horrible. When attempting to reach out was hung up on twice

I paid $13 and only ate the protein. I called the location the next day to speak to a manager. One of the workers stated that there was no manager in store at the time. She took my information and said that the manager would reach out. It’s days later and no one has reached out. NEVER AGAIN!

I paid $13 and only ate the protein. I called the location the next day to speak to a manager. One of the workers stated that there was no manager in store at the time. She took my information and said that the manager would reach out. It’s days later and no one has reached out. NEVER AGAIN!

Please don’t offer brown rice as an option if it isn’t prepared properly. It was significantly undercooked, even though I added a note to my order requesting that it be thoroughly cooked.

I guess I came to close to closing. My orange chicken is burnt and my teriyaki steak is dry and no extra sauce to help. Very disappointed in what I received almost$30 and can't even eat it!!

I Ordered one junior and one regular meal but received two junior meals. I didn’t notice until I compared my bowl to my child’s after I’d already started eating. I called the store and was told I had to return in person with both bowls and the receipt to get it corrected. I spent extra time, gas, and energy going back, only to find the manager wasn’t available. Employees handled it over the phone with the manager. At first, they would only refund the price difference, then eventually agreed to refund the full meal but no replacement food, and I left still hungry. I was only told the refund would process within 48 hours, with no confirmation. The mistake was theirs, but the inconvenience and outcome fell entirely on me. Way to ruin a family’s Saturday night dinner. Disappointing experience.

My bowl was mainly rice with a few pieces of meat. Especially for the price. It didn’t help the rice had a strong taste of some type of oil as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I most likely won’t be back.
