Food was outstanding! We had the Jumbo Shrimp Basket and Catfish and Shrimp Basket. Very reasonably priced and as good, or actually better than the places in the middle of all the touristy places and the cost was 1/3 less of the price. The tarter sauce was the best I ever had. Very clean, bright, and cute place. Staff very friendly and courteous. Location is south end of Galveston. Will go back any time we are here. Burgers looked great too. Lots and lots of to go orders while we were eating...looked like repeat locals so that also says a lot.

Any type of tacos were fire. Specifically the shrimp tacos and the shrimp wrapped on bacon appetizer. On vacation with the girlfriend, and we're in love with the shrimp dishes, and taco dishes. Would recommend to anyone.

The Shrimp and Catfish platter was delicious!! And the Flounder sandwich was great. The service was exceptional, and there was hardly a set left open. The Seahorse Grill is extremely popular! ❤️❤️❤️ I would definitely recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family.

Brought in a family of 11, everyone was happy! The food came out fast, and everything we had was fantastic from the bacon wrapped Shrimp Kisses to the gumbo, Texas does this Louisiana dish major Justice. I had the Shrimp tacos, they were exactly what I needed. Highly recommend and we will return.

Really CLEAN! Friendly and attentive staff. Pancakes fluffy and bacon was delicious. Small little place in a strip mall. Don’t miss this. Lunch and dinner menu look great!

We have been missing out on the Seahorse Grill! It's in an unassuming shopping center and is a hidden gem. It's a small place that's very clean and cute. When we walked in it smell really good- like well seasoned food. At the end of dinner, our party of 7 (4 kids, 3 adults) everyone was part of the clean plate club. This is a major feat. Everything we tried was delicious (fried okra, mushrooms, cheese, shrimp, catfish, Diablo shrimp, and brisket tacos with beans). We appreciated that the menu was marked with Gluten Free items for our child on a GF diet and she had several choices. We will be back!

Every time I go to Galveston, my wife and I stop by to eat there. The food is very good, and the prices are great. You can spend $50 and eat a lot and deliciously. This time, I ordered quesabirrias, and I didn't even have time to take a picture because they were so delicious. The staff is very friendly, and it's a peaceful atmosphere. There's enough space to park your car, and it's close to public beach access.

It doesn't look like much on the outside, but walk in that door, and you will be pleasantly surprised. The prices are reasonable for anywhere, much less a tourist town. I ordered the fish sandwich, and as you can see, it was well worth ordering. I'm happy to report that it tasted pretty good as well. Good kids menu for bringing the little ones. Service was wonderful, despite the place being packed.

Brother Gary who is a local recommended Seahorse Grill to us so we figured we would give it a try. We are visiting from in town and really don't care to spend a fortune in food. We looked over the menu online and liked the choices and prices. We ordered the shrimp po boy with fries and a hamburger with onion rings. Both tasted great and portion size was just right. The service was exceptional and we received our food in a timely manner. Prices were very reasonable. When we come back we will definitely be back!

Wow wow wow! The Seahorse Grill is a must try if you're in Galveston! The service is excellent as well as the food. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The prices were great as well. I understand all the 5 star reviews now!

This spot was right next to our AirBnB down the street & is amazing. I love fish tacos & seahorse grill did not disappoint. I got fried okra, a steak quesadilla, and 3 fish tacos. The quesadillas was a bit oily, but everything was great. The fish tacos tasted like fried catfish & is fresh! I’m from the Bay Area & the fish tacos here are the best I’ve ever tried. I ordered on DoorDash for pick up and it was very fast. The lady at front was very polite. All in all I would come back and tell everyone about this restaurant. 10/10

The building looks a little rough, but the food is fantastic. The menu has a lot of variety, and everything we tried was great. We would definitely eat there again.

Amazing variety of food and atmosphere. Food came out hot and delicious. Street tocos were amazing; and my kids really enjoyed the pizza and check wings. Also thumbs up for the brisket cheese fries.

Looking for a local spot to enjoy a chill dinner with the family. Found this amazing small diner in Galveston. The service was amazing and very fast. The waitress came to us the moment we sat down. The food came out within 10 mins. We ordered the beef brisket cheese fries, catfish basket, grill shrimp platter and shrimp tacos. Everything was GREAT!!! The catfish basket needed more seasoning on the corn meal but the food was great. The fish and shrimp were fresh which my family truly appreciated! I highly recommend this spot; you won’t be disappointed!

We took a chance to stop in and check this place out. It looked like a hole in the wall, but turned out to be a pleasant surprise. We had 8 people in our party, but the overall thought was everyone enjoyed it. I’m only reviewing what my wife and I had. Shrimp Kisses 9/10 - great appetizer which was 5 bacon wrapped shrimp, fried with an aioli drizzle. VERY GOOD! Frito Pie 6/10 - was a thin layer of Fritos with a light coat of chili and onions. Flavor was good, just a little small in size. Shrimp Basket 5/10 - breading was light but also light on the seasoning. The tots were a little overdone, but the hush puppies were very good. Service 9/10 - server was great!! She was attentive and answered a lot of our questions. Atmosphere 6/10 - looked sketch from the outside, but turned out to be a nice, clean place. I would give the nod to try it out.

Althouth the shrimp taco is amazing, but i ordered the trio platter which the only thing eddible was the shrimps, talked to the cashier about it and she did not pay attention nor do anything about it. If i come back, i will be back for their tacos only and nothing else.
