Walking into this establishment for the game 3 of the padres wild card game vs the cubs. I knew I was in dangerous territory. To my surprise the staff was very attentive and professional despite our drastic views is sports team beliefs. Kudos to the bartenders/staff and manger for the friendly banter. Brit the GM was beyond fantastic! This was my family’s first time and it will not be the last. We were welcomed with smiles and the best hospitality. Monae brought a lobster for the table to see and let me tell you… did not expect that but made this all the more memorable. Jose was helpful and attentive to our table and was very knowledgeable with the menu. His input made for an exceptional meal. Honestly, the best all around!! We were so lucky to be able to experiment this dream team at this amazing restaurant.

We absolutely love our waitress, Judy! She is truly the reason we keep coming back—her warm personality and excellent service make every visit special. Over the years, our entire family has gotten to know and love Judy, and we’re always elated to see her time after time. Also, a big shoutout to the manager (I believe her name is Jessica—apologies if I’m mistaken), who is equally lovely and always welcoming. The whole team makes this place feel like home!

Haven't had lobster in such a long time and I got the three different ways to eat it. The tail the battered and the macaroni. The tail was the best. Didn't like the battered cause it had a sweet taste. And too full to finish the macaroni so brought that home and the broccoli was soooo delicious Had those for dinner

This location is really starting to show its age and look tired but the food still comes out tasting fantastic. The service was quick and on top of things. The prices continue to steadily climb at Red Lobster like all seafood restaurants and it’s definitely not a cheap night out anymore.

Had an excellent dinner at Red Lobster tonight, and the experience was made even better by our waiter, Isaiah. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and extremely professional. He knew the menu well, made great recommendations, and checked on us just the right amount to make sure everything was perfect without being overbearing. The food came out hot and exactly as ordered, and Isaiah’s positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his guests’ experience. This was hands down one of the best service experiences I’ve had at Red Lobster. To top it off it is Christmas day and even though he had to work he never gave off any negativity about it.

Love the new seafood boil. It was absolutely delicious and the seasoning is perfect! The drinks are amazing happy hour choices. We loved the mozzarella sticks and bread!!!!! First time back at Red Lobster in probably a decade or so 😵. Service is good. Restaurant seems clean and orderly. The biscuits were definitely just like how I remembered. The rice was good. Now, let’s get to this boil. We got the sailors boil (Shrimp, sausage, potatoes and corn) with the Cajun butter and the regular spice level. The spice level was good enough for us. We really loved how the shrimp were already deveined and peeled. The sausage tastes great as well. The only few issues with the boil is the lack of flavor. Yes there is an option for extra spicy which apparently became an option after reviews of no flavor. In my opinion the regular spice level has a kick but just lacks flavor. Maybe add some fresh garlic, onion powder and maybe some extra no salt Cajun seasoning. Also, the boil has a ton of potatoes. I’d prefer fewer potatoes and add a boiled egg or two. I’d give the boil bag a 7.5/10 tho and will definitely return for another (just with a lil extra no salt seasoning). The calamari was really good as well. I’d give that like a 8-8.5/10.

Great service and very friendly staff. Prices are reasonable, but the portion sizes could be better. The atmosphere is nice, though it would be improved with more lighting and some background music. Overall, a good experience and worth visiting.

Food was good, but seemed smaller than I remembered. Even the Main and Rock lobster tails seemed a little smaller. The strawberry cheesecake was a good size. As you can see, I didn't mind. The bacon wrapped scallops and salad was delicious. My server Maria was very attentive, friendly, and gave excellent service. Yea to Lobsterfest! :)

Good food and service. Lobster flatbread was only warm compared to the other steamy hot items when served. Was probably sitting a bit while others were finishing cooking. Reheated with no problem. No scallops as an entre.

Went the other night on a whim and have to say my girlfriend and I we’re not disappointed! The food was pretty good and the price was reasonable. What stood out most was the service. We sat at the bar and were taken care of by Jose; he was awesome. So much so that we let the manger know what a good job he did. I would for sure recommend a visit if you’re craving some sea food and great appetizers.

Today 01-18-2026 , after a year, I went back to Red Lobster, and honestly, the menu they're offering is the same as last year's. When you order, they bring you the food, and it's not the same as what's shown in the menu ; they give you a tiny portion. The dish I ordered was supposed to come with a vegetable, but when they brought the bill, they charged me for it separately. The manager and the waiter came over, asking if everything was okay, even though they were clearly lying too my face because they're not honest about what they offer in the menu . They give you a huge portion of fries and a tiny portion of crab 🦀 legs. I think the manager believes people are too ignorant to not see that they're lying and charging for something that isn't what they have in the menu . For that reason, I won't be going back to eat here. I don't mind paying if the food is good portion , but when you pay for something that isn't what you expected, it's not worth it. That's why I think they should be honest and not lie etc …
