The food here is Top Notch! My favorite is the #13 Gamjatang and #16 Wooguji Galbitang. Soups are flavorful and loaded with lots of meat! They don't skimp on the ingredients here! Love their kimchi! Restaurant is clean and spacious with bright lighting.
I was really craving the jokbal I used to eat in Korea, and this place delivered exactly that taste! The meat was tender and chewy, perfectly seasoned—just like back home. The kind and considerate service from the staff made the experience even more enjoyable. The kongguksu (soybean noodle soup) had a rather mild flavor, not particularly rich, but it was decent and ordinary.
Wow! The store was spacious and clean, so my first impression was good. I tried the hangover soup that was recommended to me, and it tasted similar to what I used to eat in Korea. In Korea, people eat a lot of hangover soup or soup with rice to ease their stomachs the day after drinking. It was delicious. The haejangguk had a broth base with just the right amount of cabbage and meat, so it was spicy and not too spicy. This is a restaurant where you can eat the Seonjihaejangguk and Sundae that you saw in Korean dramas. Go and try it once!! I always want to visit again. I got the feeling that the store was clean, and as expected, the food was also prepared cleanly and well.
Love the pork Cutlet. Lots of side dishes. Flavor is really good. Love the kimchi. Cabbage is nicely cut. Mash potato is good as well. Over all I give this dish a 5 stars. Really good customer service.
Great addition to the South Bay! They offer traditional Korean hearty soups that are both generously sized and delicious. As fall and winter rolls around, everything they offer here will hit the spot. They offer complimentary kimchi, radishes, rice, and even give you a giant bowl of scallion to kick your soup up another notch. No longer will you need to go deep into Gardena or K-Town to satisfy your cravings. Service is fast and so friendly that it felt like I was eating home cooked meals at my friends. Utensils are stored on the side of each table just like the restaurants in Korea. They have a simple menu of 15 main items, but everything looked so appetizing that I had analysis paralysis. Plenty of free parking in the strip mall. I will be coming back to try new items! Expect to pay $25-35 per person (tax + tip included).
Spicy Sundaeguk tastes so good! Yukgaejang has great portions. I can’t finish in one meal. Side dishes are tasty as well. Very clean and organized dining experience.
Amazingly good and reasonably priced. Impossible to leave hungry with the portion size.
It is always excited to see new authentic Korean soup place opened in the Gardena area. They have one of the best Sunji and Soondaeguk in Gardena or even LA! They are very authentic, and the food quality is very good. The staffs are all Korean and they are very friendly. However, the price is on an expensive side and the portion size of the soup is very standard. I wish they can provide more variety of side dishes other than radish and kimchi. Quick tips: The restaurant is located between a tobacco/liquor and con laundry from the most far east (near Carl’s Jr) of the plaza. There are plenty of parking spots.
Stopped by today and dined in. The service was quick, very clean, food was amazing, and nice entertainment on tv. Such a good experience i had to get some to-go!
I think they’re open recently. The place is very clean and all staff are kind and friendly like my mom. Food is great. Our family had a wonderful dinner!!!

First time visiting. Tried their spicy pork belly soup and tasted great. Not too spicy. Good options for many tastes.
Love this place. Great stews and bossam. I love the flavor of the kimchi—on the fresh side.
Super clean and outstanding service! Food is amazing! We are a Korean family and we all LOVED all the soups and banchans! Gamjatang was amazing and Kimchi was so yummy and fresh as well! Highly recommended!!!!
The cleanest broth I had ever tasted in my life. Typical Korean restaurant that serves different kinds of soups. Great service, food was out quickly and the staff was attentive. Everything was delicious.
This place is really great Korean comfort food with generous proportions. Some of the stews will take a long time, so call ahead and order. Ready when you arrive!
Came for a togo order cause I'm on my lunch break. Ended up eating the food at the back of my car cause my next job was literally next door. Anyways, I'm enjoying my food talking to my GF when one of the workers comes out and hands me a cup of tea, nice cold tea 🍵 This was awesome as this has never happened. Anyways, good food, good service, friendly workers, and the ambiance of the restraunt is inviting and tranquil. Definitely will be back to try their soups 🍲 😊

Order the beef soup and the pork soup as take out. They sealed the soup so that it couldn't spill. Soup was delicious and was hot when I served it at home. Would try others
Our go to pho place in this plaza was closed and so we were walking around hoping for some soup based food. Saw this new restaurant and decided to check it out Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - the to go food does come very well packaged with single use plastic topper that's sealed on top. Ensures the food doesn't spill but was tough to store leftovers #1: Sunji Haejangguk (ox bone broth with ox blood and beef brisket) was spicy and a tad bit sour. The ox blood was earthy with a soft and slightly bouncy texture. It was a bit overwhelming in flavor so we wished there was a bit more rice. 3/5 #10: Galbitung (beef short rib soup) was the recommendation and it was absolutely amazing!!! The meat was tender and pretty much falling off the rib but still has a nice bite. The soup was flavored nicely with a nice savoriness without it being too queasy. The soup does come salted already but we thought it was well seasoned. 5/5 The kimchi doesn't seem like it was marinated long enough as it was more on the bland side but the radish was really good.... We actually mixed the kimchi into the haejangguk to have better flavors :x Ambience: N/A - ordered food to go. Really bright fluorescent light. Spacious and well ventilated. No decorations on the wall and the tables and chairs look brand new Service: 5/5 - slight communication difficulties but the auntie was really nice and tried her best. We were able to get everything ordered and she invited us to sit while we waited for the food Value for price: 4/5 - on the pricier side but good soup and a very healthy serving

I have been here many times, probably tried all their dishes past 3-4 years. Their food is pretty good, their gamjatang being one of the best, their meat noodle is super amazing, their bossam is rlly good too. It is not the best KR place in Gardena but one of the good ones for sure.
Still one of the cleanest Korean soup place in town. For non speaking Koreans, menu is easy to read with pictures and consistent taste.
Flavor: Decent, but not great. Slightly disappointed with the lack of depth in flavor. Pork Stew is not authentic; lingering pork smell. Banchan: Kimchi and Kakdugi are on point. Could use one more banchan to diversify. Service: Standard. Not great or friendly, but efficient. Price: Slightly overpriced. But I'd come back here rather than go to ktown. Saving gas money is worth the extra few bucks. Overall: Good, but not great. Flavor is underwhelming but decent enough to come back.
Ox blood sausage is their thing and they got the hangover soup too. Very traditional Korean soups here. Feels like Ktown without the drive or lack of parking.
We used to come to this place frequently. Unfortunately a decline in quality and the quantity of meat in various dishes means we visit a lot less. It’s a shame as the first few times it was fantastic. Sadly due to cost of labor and ingredients, many restaurants are forced to follow the same path these days.

4 of us went there after a hike, 3 of us had diarrhea afterwards/next day, we shared a bossam, the safety of the food is a question mark
