I was there standing in the cashier when I saw the waitress spill the gravy on our chicken tenders, clean with his hand , the same that clean the table , no wash before that the tender ans removed the gravy by scrub the gravy from the tender Then they served to our table like nothing happen but the tender are full white spot of gravy. Service is always late! There is always and excuse and when they bring the food is not hot is just warm. 30 bucks worth of coffe and hashbrowns that were not crispy but burned, more than 30 min waiting. Not a place to visit, thr one on Mezquite by Town east is way better.

Went to eat breakfast. There was no coffee made, had to wait 15 minutes to get our order taken. Once we got our food it was cold. The waitress and the cook went out to smoke didn't check on us if we needed a refill for our drinks. They only took cash no card and the place was a mess. During our conversation with the waitress she said that she was the last one to clean the coffee pot and that was on Sunday, it Thursday morning. Why are they not cleaning the coffee pot daily.

I rarely give bad reviews but last night eating at this location was a total disaster. I will say our waitor was very friendly when we saw him. But after that it went down hill. There were maybe 4 tables total of customers and we heard each one of them complain about under cooked food being served. Our food took forever and the chicken stripes were not cooked thoroughly and my sides were luke warm at best. Some customers walked out they got tired of waiting. A female waitress was yelling in the kitchen for all to hear about timing and quality of food. I only saw three people total working and no management. I felt bad for the three employees they were trying but they clearly needed more help and a better cook and a manager to smooth over the complaints.

Jacqueline was my server, took more than 35 mins to get are food, two people came in after us was seated and given there food within 15 minutes , not once she came over to ask if needed more drinks or say why there running late and after getting are food 35 minutes later ( still no silverware) I ask for butter it took another 15 minutes to bring it n it was in a to go box , after that didn’t see her no more, n ther other waitress was so frustrated she was hitting the counter asks for a to go box. Server Jacqueline was never there, she did not give us silverware to eat our food we had to get up and get them ourselves. The food took forever to come out and the bacon was underdone. We had to wait about 15 mins after being done eating to ask for to go plates and we ended up getting tired of waiting and went to pay instead, leaving our left overs there. She would show up to other tables just not ours. I did not enjoy any of my food due to waiting for butter that took to long to come and only one refill of my daughters orange juice, none of the others. One of the worst service experiences I’ve had!

Haven't been in 3 years, never will again. Around 9 pm, 1 other table and 4 or 5 employees. Took over 30 minutes for kid's mac and chees, and a burger. A cold, wet, barely cooked, smashed patty type substance . Never got a coffee refill, even after complaining about it. Then, surprise, they can't make change for $100, so after 15 minutes, they finally let us go with the other $12 I had. No professionalism, pride in their work, or respect whatsoever. And just having hip replacement last week, one of the bumbling employees parked their hoopty in the handicap space, no plaquard, no plate. If this is our future, kill me now.

Me and my boyfriend got here around 11:00 PM; everything else was closed so we decided to stop by. Coming in, it was freezing cold inside, to the point where I was shaking in a long sleeve shirt. We ordered and waited for over an hour to get our food. My boyfriend ended up getting food poisoning from the classic sampler, and my hash browns and bacon were burnt. Everything had an off taste and it was horrible. The service was horrible, due to the complete lack of communication. No one said a word to us about the wait or where our food was, from the time we ordered to an hour later when we got our food. There were also only about 4 tables being served, and at least 3 waitresses. There was absolutely no reason for it to take that long, just to come out inedible anyway. When I asked for a refund on my meal, we were given the military discount which took 3$ off of my 14$ meal. Ridiculous. Definitely won’t be coming here again. The wait wouldn’t have been a big deal at all, if it had simply been communicated. It’s the fact that we were completely ignored instead.
