I absolutely love their chili burgers! The cheese isn't quite worth the extra 60 cents or whatever, but a bottle of their sauce for $2.99 isn't too bad.

I love the people at this location. They are so friendly and I always leave in a good mood. I'm sure the tacos have something to do with that as well but still. Taco casa is my favorite for fast food tacos, and this location consistently serves them up hot, fresh, and with a smile.

You can't beat it for the price. We went on track Tuesday and ordered 11 tacos 🌮 The worker there was well-trained to inform us that the 12-taco deal was an even better deal at the same price. Bite we can go there more often than just Tuesdays. The 12-taco deal is a steal.

This is now my favorite place to get great crispy gound beef tacos. Unlike the national chain up the street, these tacos are loaded with fresh, perfectly seasoned gound beef, lots of grated cheese, and a fair portion of lettuce. All served in a crispy shell that doesn't get soggy by the time you get your order home. I have only ordered via the drive-through window, but what I can see of the kitchen is that it appears to be kept neat & clean. The employees are quick to get the order out, friendly and courteous.

I normally don't eat here. However my husband wanted a super taco 🌮 I got a burrito and it was decent. Taco Casa tastes like Taco Bell did way back in the 70s and 80s. It's better than the Taco Bell of today by a long shot. Plus, they don't skimp on the cheese.

My deceased husband introduced me to Taco Casa back in 2018. I try to stop at one every time I see it. LOVE THE SUPER BURRITO!! Can go in hungry and leaving very satisfied for under $6, including a drink.

The worker they had this day was rather rude. I watched them just throw my food together like she had an attitude. One of the best things about taco casa is how standardized and regular the food always is. It's the exact same every time you go and I think it's delicious. It's much better than other fast food texmex places because the quality of their ingredients is so good.

Drive through gets things done fast even though they’re busy. Went there twice and probably coming back tomorrow. The food is decent but the price is where it’s at you can get 4 burritos for the price of one chipotle burrito. The taste is ok but the price saves you so much money.

This is like Taco Bueno if Taco Bueno used better ingredients. The bean burritos and soft tacos are off the charts! In addition to Taco Tuesday, they run another promotion every day of the week. You get a free straw with the purchase of a drink, which is one of the best deals you can get around here!

I went in today for the first time, first time trying taco casa it was good it was better than Taco Bell in my opinion. I did forget my purse at the restaurant and when I came back it was gone. I asked the employee and she recalled me by my name on the order and said she placed my purse in the back. Thank goodness for her honesty, I have all my life in my purse. Really amazing workers and thank you so much for the employees Honesty ❤️

There is one extremely one BIG issue. The PLUMBING.........the manager is well of this problem, but as of the week. There has not been anything done. When entering into the ladies bathroom, the smell can literally turn your stomach. OMG, surely something can be done. This is not something someone wants to smell, before-during or after a meal. Please address these concerns. I know that my husband and I are not the only one complaining about this. We talked to other guests there as well and they say the same thing. IT'S HORRIBLE! BUT WE LOVE THE FAST FOOD HERE...covering up the smell is just not working🤔Thank you. A true fan🤗

Taco bell WHOOOO!?!?!??!! I always go to the goodwill next door and always always see the drive through packed ... I recently saw a tik tok and decided to try them out.. they did not disappoint. Regular Tacos are PACKED with meat and cheese and lettuce..the salsa is also gooodd and spicy...taco bel justl cannot compare! I cant even imagine the size of the bigger taco! I just wish they had more locations .

This location is fire,new management,so if you want extra meat on those taco’s or burritos,you gotta pay$1.99 extra….most locations pile it on…..they use to do it here… So Garland is still great,you just gotta pay for the extra meat….yall know I’m a keep it 💯… I Love to eat,so just be prepared,my taco lite with extra meat was $6.58….and I wasn’t mad….doing portion control….ver satisfying and tasty!! Wife and I had a chance to have lunch together, so here we are. This location is not the easiest to get to with all the construction going around it. The drive thru was busy when we pulled in the parking lot. Inside was busy with all the hungry folks trying to order from one cashier, she did a great job of getting us through. Taco Casa. have some of the best tacos hands down and they give you more than what you pay for compared to the Bell. Bell should learn from my pics. Wife had a tostada and burrito, I had what use to be called "The Gringo Burger" and taco and a burrito. Might not be the Healthiest food around, bur sure hits the spot like back in the 80's. Over all great lunch. Bonus Points Place was very clean Bathrooms very clean Aroma of food cooking was great

Good food and always cranking tacos. This place stays busy for a reason. Customer service is good from what I've experienced. I feel like the food is a lot more expensive than what it should be. Maybe they should have more variety in the menu so that there is smaller portion sizes for smaller wallets.

I love the super taco salad w/o the shell. This was our first time at this Taco Casa. Service was friendly and fast. Food was tasty. Salad could have been a little bigger. DH chilada looked good his super burrito looked a little skimpy. The super nachos were great.

Not always the fastest, but its totally because the food is awesome and sometimes the line runs long ish- most ive waited for food was 8 minutes. Worth the wait. Sometimes the service is a bit sassy from the younger people working the drive through, but has gotten better the past month or so.

Great food reasonable prices. Always looks good. When orders are to go like their nachos it's not put together. Each ingredient comes in a separate container. So your chips aren't ruined and soggy. Thank you for that.

I mostly go to the drive thru and even though the line is long I wait because it's worth it. Even on the speaker box the friendly voice is welcoming. I have not had any mishaps with them and I love their sweet tea. 🙂

I know this is one of those fast food factories but they do what they do fairly well as it relates to fast food. Service was a bit slow but I have visited several of these franchise and they do a fair to good job using ground burger meat and getting you on your way. I usually just eat the tacos at $1.69 a piece. 3.38 plus the government is not bad for a meal that's good when in a hurry.

We always enjoy food from this location, but were disappointed to find that they close the dining room earlier than the drive-thru. Was looking forward to hanging out with my sons on a Friday night, but had to take it on the road instead. No hours posted on the doors either and Google says open until 11:00. But, tacos are good!

Great Great food! Only complaint I had was this. We asked the woman at the counter if they had 12 packs of Tacos? She said she didn't think so, didn't ask anyone. So we paid full price for a total of 24 Tacos. Then after we paid we saw the electronic TV style menu board show 12 packs for like $24 ... we just paid aprox $30. We could have saved $10!!! I guess I should have gone back up and showed them there mistake. So I take some blame there. Still a solid 4 Stars

Went thru the drive thru, was quick to take order and repeat back. When reminded them to include senior discount, they heard it's as no sour cream, so when got to the pay window and they repeated my order they had to redo my order. But they were very pleasant about doing it.

Always great service. The cashiers make me smile. Taco Tuesday they're a little bit more affordable. The tacos are pretty good. The super tostada is really good. If you live far I would suggest eating there. The crunchyness gets a little soft if you take too long. I pop them in the oven if I have leftovers.

Food was as ordered. The customer service at drive thru is excellent. The additional charge to use my debit card is not cool. Discount for carrying cash? There are a lot of restaurants in the area that will gladly do business with you for no extra charge.

Meh I don't like it. Del taco is no different than taco hell and taco-no-bueno (good riddance to the one that used to be where high 5 oil change now stands). Out of the tex mex fast food places in this area I only like Cabana. Plus they have beer and margaritas. Del taco and taco hell and taco-no-bueno doesn't. If you want authentic Mexican tacos, try michoacan meat market or whatever it's called. Right diagonally across Broadway and duck Creek.

Food is good. But not good enough to put up with a lobby that closes 30 minutes before the signs say their "new" hours state they close. Veteran discount is lower, and yes - a cash discount is ok. 5 years ago - Counter staff are great, always attentive, smiling and helpful. Food is fantastic - right amount of flavor and great crisp on corn shells.

This Taco Casa location has potential but needs some improvements. On the positive side, the staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and there’s ample parking, which is always appreciated. It’s an okay spot for a quick bite when you’re in a hurry. However, my experience was impacted by a long wait time in the drive-thru and an order that was incorrect. While the food quality was decent, addressing these issues could significantly enhance the overall customer experience. With some tweaks to efficiency and accuracy, this location could truly shine.

It's still better than Taco bell and bueno but it's getting a little too expensive for the quality.

Called # on receipt says mailbox is not accepting messages. I ordered Super Nachos today and told the girl they were super busy last night and they didn't give me my jalapenos and could I get what I didn't get last night. I didn't look at recipe till got home she charged me for extra jalapenos. I also told her that the Super Nachos last night were skimpy I wondered if they were running out of food she said probably. I didn't ask for more nachos to make up for the skimpy just the jalapenos I didn't get. I don't complain when the cheese taste burned or when it's so watered down it don't taste like cheese or when they didn't give enough chips...etc. The one time I didn't get jalapenos and I ask for them and get charged for what I already paid for. 😡 Not good for business.

The hours are awful! I've gone here so many times when they are still supposed to be open and they have the open sign off and all outside lights off hoping nobody shows up to eat! I had 6 gold dollar (coins) that the ice machine had given to me! I gave the Taco Casa employee 6 gold dollar (coins) and asked that she put the rest on my card.... well, apparently the 4 employees that came over to the register had never seen a gold dollar coin! They counted them as quarters! And charged my card the full amount minus the $1.50 they counted the $6.00 in gold dollars as! My 6 year old granddaughter knows there is a gold dollar (coin) in circulation! To make matters worse... they couldn't do a refund! I absolutely love their food if and when I can get it!

This place can't keep workers and that makes me wonder. Can't dine in cause they can't get staff and waiting 45 minutes to get through a fast food line that makes tacos and burritos is a horrible joke that no one finds amusing. Only time I can eat here is on the flukes when no one is around. It's like chasing a unicorn since you can wait 5-10 just having 2 cars in front of you. Maybe you should hire some taco bell employees and pay a better wage?

Meat has been greasy lots of oil making the food soggy. This never used to happen I don’t know why it’s been happening lately. They make you wait for your drinks or refills while everyone’s making the food.

They simply don't care anymore. Ensuring to drain the grease from the meat really well would go a long way. My extended family quit eating here years ago because of it. It used to be hit or miss but it's now a guarantee that you will end up with a bag of grease. Who can eat this?

The girl in the drive thru is CLEARLY stealing/pocketing money!! I ordered the standard 6 tacos & 6 burritos box and the total should have only been $14.90 but she was trying to get me to pay at $28 and change! We normally east taco casa when we visit Texas but I would suggest you skip this location. The shells were steel, the lecture was old and tasted withered. After speaking to someone who told me to come back when I could and they would remake them I drove up and the manager on duty didn't honor it because I know longer had the receipt and asked did I keep the nasty food from two days ago. Love coming here but I get more cold to lukewarm food that I’ve ever experienced! Beans and meat are lukewarm never melting the cheese in my burrito and I always get cold items on the side and IT’S STILL COLD. You call to express to the staff or manager but no one ever answers the phone and a worker told me it’s bc they are not sitting in the office so they can’t. I drive from Plano/ North Garland and it’s been a waste the past several times.

Used to be fairly inexpensive now everything cost. Bigger is they charge you for extra onions like they've never used to. Same with sour cream now they charge you a dollar something for a little tiny container. Anyway I'm pretty sure the old owner has nothing to do with it any longer

Tried placing an order through the drive-thru today (11/24 around 12:30) for my team of about 30 people and unfortunately received a lot of attitude from the young lady taking orders. I even pulled up to the window hoping to clarify the order in person, but the attitude continued. I decided to take my business elsewhere. This location would really benefit from better customer service training and a more positive attitude toward customers.

I went to the restaurant and ordered several items from the menu, including chips and guac. I was in a hurry and failed to check my order in the drive thru, when leaving. Upon reaching my destination, I realized I had no chips and guac. I was also given no receipt. I tried several times to call the restaurant before returning, and received no answer. Therfore, on my trip home from my office the same evening, I returned to get the remainder of my missing order. When I reached the restaurant for the 2nd time that day, I entered and asked for a manager. After a long wait, Nancy assured me that she'd help. Upon telling her my order wasn't complete, she advised that I needed a receipt and I advised that I definitely was not given one ... along with no chips and guac, which had coincidentally been missing several times when I visited the restaurant in the past. Long story made shorter: She was able to search and find my receipt, confirming this she offered to finally return my chips and guac. So despite not being given my correct order in the first place, and not being given a receipt...I was still met with issues and very unhappy that I again, basically had to plead my own case there, after having to drive back to the restaurant, spend more time, gasoline and good energy for what was owed to me in the first place. I am now indebted from my trip to Taco Caso. So if you'd like to pay for food that you don't get, would like to return and be your own attorney to get the food you paid for, then yes, visit the Taco Casa location on Broadway in Garland, TX.

This the worst place in Garland for getting a order correct. I went through the drive through and got home and order was not right so I went back and tried to get order corrected, got home and it was wrong again. We just threw it away. This has happened more than once and they don't seem to care, well there are two more taco places within a block. They will get our business from now on. Carry on.
