This is a typical Taco Bell. The food is as good as I have ever experienced Taco Bell to be. I eat here once every other month or so. The service is always great.

We love Taco Bell, and we often go to this taco bell. However, the last visit, which was last week, we were disappointed that our food was placed directly on the tray without a liner on it. It was kind of gross. Please keep hygiene as your priority or we have to consider somewhere else to eat our tacos.

Ordered 2 Double Stacked tacos without lettuce and fiesta strips almond with two other items. Delivered by door dash fine but the 2 doubles stacked tacos came fully loaded with lettuce and fiesta strips. I have had several times where the staff doesn't read the order correctly and messes it up.

The last time I got these steak fries, it was served in a plastic container and had almost double this amount. I got 3 extremely small chunks of steak and a small order of fries from McDonald's this time. I have more Jalapeño than steak. Was there a rush on this and that's why I was served a child's portion?

I will never go back to this taco bell ever again. I spent over $50 buck today 3/6/26. On 15 Dorito tacos supreme 12 of them had no sour cream. The other 1 of the other 3 made my girlfriend sick. So buyers beware.

They got my food wrong 3 times in a row and they took forever to give me my food. They still got my food wrong but I was done with it so I just left.

Ordered through the app. When I arrived 10mins later they never even started it. Then when we received our drinks and 1 drink was wrong. Then the food mainly burritos were pretty much all tortillas. The was the third time at this last location and we don’t plan on going back. 1st our order was wrong plus they forgot part of our order. 2nd time we were missing some of our order. Gatesville Texas Taco Bell is a complete JOKE.

Ordered yesterday a beefy 5 layer no sour cream and a dr. Pepper. Wife went to go get it. Once again got sour cream on my burrito. No attempt at spreading the makings was literally layers like a heat index chart. Gave me someone else's dr. Pepper that had been sitting out forever so yeah no cold soda there. DO NOT GET PICKUP FROM THEM Consistent bad service.

Normally it's the young teenagers that screw up orders but lately I've been having serious issues with an old woman with blue eyes, glasses and short hair who seemingly struggles to calm her swelling rage every time she sees me at the drive through. I don't know this woman, and I have absolutely no idea what I did to her to specifically trigger her every time she sees me. But the last time I went to Taco Bell, today, her attitude got to the point to where I had to hand them back the food and demand a refund. I really don't plan on coming back until that woman either has a serious attitude adjustment towards customers that haven't done her any wrong, or she gets terminated and I no longer have to deal with her. I'm not coming back until one of those two things happens.

My husband just came home after going through the drive through to find one of his crunchy tacos had literally maybe half a tablespoon of meat and cheese. This is not the first time we've had issues with barely anything being inside the tacos. I understand having to rush during lunch time but there's no way this is viewed as good customer service. And I'm sure when I try to call, I won't get someone to answer. Edit: back again. 9 months later cause we haven't eaten there since then and food looks like it has literally been thrown together. While a manager meeting taking place! Wow. If they don't work at their best level with management present, makes you wonder how they are when they aren't there. Added a picture this time.

Horrible. Bean and cheese burritos are simple. Did not enjoy biting into a jelly glob of some weird sauce that wasn’t mild sauce. It was nasty and happen on both. So nasty 🤢
