If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I had the avocado toast, which was sliced avocado, a poached egg, cilantro, and toasted pumpkin seeds on rosemary bread and it was fantastic. The combination of flavors was rich and earthy, just the right amount of everything. It came with a tomato salad with fresh greens, vinaigrette and red pepper flakes. Overall a flavorful, fresh and healthy meal. The atmosphere is themed art deco/diner and was spot on though at the time they did have a portion of the inside walled off for remodeling. They have limited hours but do serve breakfast the entire time they're open. You can also get mixed drinks and decadent pies for dessert. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the restrooms were clean and well stocked. If you're in the area of downtown Georgetown, I highly recommend this for brunch. Parking is a bit less convenient, but we'll worth the trouble.

The most solid brunch in Georgetown. My friends and I stopped by on our way to a hike from Austin. The options are southern comfort food, and the service is similarly warm with southern hospitality. I felt the servers and kitchen staff handled the weekend rush expertly. That said, it gets quite busy on the weekends so get there early or expect a wait! Also the decor here is so great. What a cool vibe

Very open and comfortable environment. The service was friendly and great! I got the biscuits with sausage gravy. Ok...scratch made biscuits and gravy...amazing. Also they give you a basket of the biscuits and whipped butter. My daughter got the waffles, they hit the target for sure! My wife got the breakfast sandwich with bacon. All of it was amazing!!

Great diner, very busy, delicious food. Well worth the ten minute wait for the table. Our server was very friendly and prompt on the coffee refills, that is always appreciated. I ordered two buckwheat pancakes with candied pecans and banana slices, with a side of two scrambled eggs. I left feeling very full and satisfied. I will definitely return here again. Thank you Monument Cafe.

I’ve been living in Georgetown for over a year and I’m so upset with myself that I have only recently gone. Truly a Georgetown GEM. Extremely packed and bustling but rightfully so! Delicious food, friendly service, and cozy atmosphere which is odd to say because it’s packed and loud, but somehow, it felt homey. Everything from the biscuits to the pie was 10/10. If you’re in Georgetown or if you’re not, it’s worth a visit!

We make it a point to stop at Monument Cafe whenever we are in Georgetown. This is one of the best cafes in central Texas. The menu is fairly small but that allows Monument to focus on getting everything on it right. Breakfast is the star meal here. Everything from standard eggs and bacon to stuffed breakfast burritos (I love those) , breakfast tacos and migas. Coffee is smooth and kept full. Lunch is mainly sandwiches and burgers. They look delicious but I can't ever seem to not order breakfast here. We usually take a cinnamon roll with us for dessert later. They are so cinnamony ( I know that's not a real word). Make sure you check the board next to the hostess on the way in for specials of the day. Plenty of parking in the lot next door but street construction makes it a little challenging to reach the restaurant. Definitely worth the trip for breakfast or lunch. Monument Cafe closes at 3PM.

I was quite surprised about the Monument. quite spacious, the atmosphere has a buzz, the wait staff makes the machine works well. quite the visual atmosphere and my waitress Lillian was incredible. Oh, the chicken fried steak and coconut cream pie was delicious!

Great food, fast service, and easy parking!” Monument Café is one of my favorite spots in Georgetown. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. I also love that the parking is easy and convenient — a big plus when you’re in a hurry or visiting with family. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

We came today for breakfast to celebrate dad's bday🥳 Georgetown was having their holiday🎄 parade & other holiday festivities🎅🏽. The atmosphere was great, and our waitress-Caitlyn 💗was even better!! 5 Stars – A Must Stop in Georgetown! Monumental Cafe absolutely lives up to the hype and then some. We stopped in after hearing great things, and every bite proved the praise was well earned. We started with Anna’s Granola: Greek yogurt, fresh berries, crunchy granola, and a drizzle of honey. It was light, flavorful, and right up my alley. The biscuits with sausage gravy were rich and comforting, and the eggs benedict were perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. One of the highlights was the mimosa flight. Every juice was squeezed fresh in-house and you could taste the difference. The strawberry and watermelon were muddled to perfection, and the pulpy grapefruit and orange mimosas were bold and refreshing. We also had the pearl sugar waffles (phenomenal), the egg taco, and a side of sausage and over-medium egg, all delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We will definitely be back the next time we’re passing through Georgetown!

Ate there as a new years date with the wife. Cool diner style place and good customer service. Food was good and it was over all a pleasant experience.

What a great diner experience! You get your moneys worth, the food portions are huge. Even the lemonade is meant to be shared. Highly recommend the chicken fried steak with onion rings and corn beef hash. The chicken fried steak and onion rings are coated with light batter. They are really tasty but a bit salty for me. Nevertheless, they are still tasty. You will need to wait for a table for large parties, but for 2 people, we were able to seat at the counter with very little wait time. The biscuits are delicious and must try their coconut cream pie! Highly recommend this cafe with great service and food!

This is Georgetown’s crown jewel when it comes to comfort food. Who else would bring complimentary biscuits before you even order? Breakfast is served all day, and the choices on the menu are extensive for lunch as well. The Chicken and Grits is wonderful! The daily specials are also very good. I’ve arrived about 11:00 on weekdays twice recently and was able to be seated immediately, but both days by the time I left, every table was full. There is a giant free parking lot just next door.

Breakfast on a beautiful Saturday morning! Wait time was quick with coffee and outside and inside waiting area. Cinnamon rolls are exceptional. You can practically smell the Cinnamon across the table! Frosting is creamy, sweet goodness! Breakfast burrito was flavorful and fresh. Loved it. Service was attentive and helpful.

Great spot for weekday brunch! My grilled chicken and fries were amazing and our server Leia was very kind and attentive. The chicken comes with an herb butter that enhances the dish without overpowering it and the fries are Whataburger size and shape but with a much nicer crisp. We were sat immediately as it was a Monday around 11 AM and our food came out hot under 15 minutes after we ordered it. Come early for the coveted cinnamon rolls, as they are gone by 11 AM!

Slide into a booth or grab a seat at the breakfast bar at Monument Cafe in Georgetown ☀️ There’s something special about watching the waitstaff pick up plate after plate of fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, and classic diner favorites. It feels like a scene straight out of a movie. Small-town charm. Fresh coffee. Real conversations. 🤍 Because sometimes the best meetings, the best ideas, and the best memories start at a breakfast counter in a small Texas town. ⭐🥓☕ My server was Meghan when I visited on a Sunday morning.

We absolutely love coming to Monument Cafe. Our family comes here at least once a week, and it has truly become one of our favorite places in Georgetown. The food is always fresh, simple, and made with great ingredients, but what really keeps us coming back is the wonderful staff and the warm, family-like atmosphere. As a parent of a child with specific dietary needs, I’m especially grateful for how careful and accommodating the team is when preparing my son’s meals. They are always patient, kind, and willing to help make sure everything works for him. That level of care means more than words can express. Places like this are rare, and because of the welcoming environment and amazing staff, we will happily keep coming back week after week.

OMG! I ordered the chicken relleno and it was delicious! The taste of piblano pepper with savory chicken reminded me of my mom's cooking. We ordered the blue corn harvest margaritas and that was also on point. I was visiting from Virginia and would fly back for the dish. I didn't want my entree to end.

The food here was delicious, with creative chef-inspired recipes and farm to table ingredients. I had the sweet potato enchiladas, which had an incredibly decadent sauce to it. My wife’s salad was very tasty, with some of the best goat cheese I’ve ever tasted. Definitely worth giving it a try.

We were walking around the square on xmas eve and were pleasantly surprised to find blue corn open at 7:30pm. No wait for our table of two and the staff was awesome, especially considering they're working xmas eve. We had a bottle of tempranillo for half off for their wine off Wednesday special. It was great and for food, we split the oysters and the meatloaf. Both were fantastic and it was a perfect meal.

Without a doubt this restaurant will become one of my favorites. The pork chop with caramelized onions was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. I loved it!The atmosphere at the restaurant is great as music level was at an acceptable level that enable good conversation and room noise was very low. It's worth going again and as a plus visit the little stores around the courthouse.

This is absolutely one of our go-to restaurants if we want a reliably delicious meal. My wife loves the salads, the spicy Jamaican salad is a favorite. I normally order a sandwich because I love all of their hamburgers. I trade the sirloin sandwich with sauteed onions on the last trip and it was great. We had a large group and our server, KJ, did a fantastic job making sure that everyone was taking care of and even took the time to help us with some nice group photos as we got ready to leave. The combination of great food great staff and great atmosphere make this a winner every time.

Wide variety of food to choose from, which was great for the whole family. We had someone gluten free, a vegetarian, and someone who loves spicy food, and they were all happy with their meals. I love their burgers... real thick juicy ones, not those smash type. Delicious! Ill be back frequently.

Decklan was fabulous! Gave me a vegetarian menu when I mentioned I didn’t eat meat and recommended the Avocado Nachos, which I highly recommend. The salsa, as he bragged on, was indeed delicious! Go visit and if Decklan is at the bar-sit there and he will take great care of you❣️. The staff and manager visited and also was incredibly attentive! Great food and service. Highly recommend!

Our first time here and we really enjoyed it. We sat at the bar and ordered dinner. Jill provided excellent service and food was delicious and fresh. The restaurant has a relaxed vibe with very friendly staff. Prices are reasonable and it’s definitely a new favorite spot. We ordered chicken fajitas and grilled jerk chicken salad. Both dishes were delicious.

Fun place and my first time! Had the coco mojito, which was good (and I normally wouldn't have picked it!) And my friend had the habenero margarita (not a tequila fan, but this was well made! Nice heat!)! If you are around, you need to go!!

We happened to come in during their happy hour. The deals are absolutely incredible. Half priced apps and they were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the Taquitos and the Harvest #4. The service was fantastic. Our waitress, Joanna, visited our table many times and made sure we had what we needed. She was also easy to talk to and helped us be prepared to order when we come back!! And because we came during happy hour, all of the food in the photos was less than $35! Awesome experience, will absolutely come back, especially during happy hour.

This restaurant came highly recommended so even though my sister and I weren't ready for a big lunch, we decided to check them out. We were definitely not disappointed! The meals were large. My sister and I split a plate for a lighter lunch and felt like we both had plenty to eat. Service was impeccable. The seafood enchiladas had a mix of spices that were delicious and intriguing, but not overly spicy. Since they are not directly on the main Georgetown square, we had to seek them out, but it was well worth the extra effort. Luckily, we arrived before the main lunch crowd or we would have had a wait. This is definitely a "don't miss" spot if you are visiting Georgetown!

We have been to Blue Corn maybe five times. Each time it was pretty good. This week we went for a birthday party. We sat to the right in the expansion room. It was quieter and we could talk. The service was very good. The manager came over several times to chat with us - friendly gent. First thing was iced tea - tasty with good strong flavor. Others had wine which was good. I had the salmon on the salad. The salmon was cooked perfectly with a slight crust on the outside and tender on the inside but not raw. My son had the shrimp tacos and beans and quickly demolished them. My wife had a crusted red snapper. It had a sauce on the outside. It was very tasty and cooked well. Our guests had trout and chicken and they clean their plates. Overall, a great place to eat in Gt. We made reservations which helped (new to them). The restaurant is clean and friendly. We will go back again. Took family in October 2021. One person was vegan and was very pleased that numerous items can be served this way. She had grilled veggies and a veggie taco/burrito thing. It looked great.

The host gave us a nice table and our waitress was fine and helpful but acted a little strange. The food was somewhat disappointing but also good. The salsa and guac were great. But the sandwiches were just ok. They served a Roasted Veggie Sandwich on a burger bun which was weird. Would have been nice on some fresh sourdough. And the breading on my shrimp po boy tasted very stale. I asked the waitress for some fresh grilled shrimp instead and she brought it out with some resistance. She said she wouldn't charge me for it, but then included it on the final bill. Anyway, not a bad place for lunch, but a little weird.

This Blue Corn harvest Bar and Grill is located W 7th Street just off the main downtown square in Georgetown. There is free parking around the restaurant, opening hours are 11am - 10pm (weekdays) and 10am to 10pm (weekends). There is a nice indoor seating area and menu features a nice selection of home-cooked, traditional Texas and Tex-Mex dishes. Had an early lunch here recently, found the Chicken fried chicken lunch to be very good. Chicken was nicely crispy fried yet still succulent and flavourful. Mash and gravy tasted perfect, as did the grilled vegetables. This was a very good lunch, good portion size and rightly priced as well. Would gladly return for another meal at Blue Corn Harvest based on this recent experience.

I'm new to Georgetown and was researching the best biscuits and gravy and Monument Cafe popped up. There were so many rave reviews. Unfortunately, I do not understand the hype. When I arrived and was told they didn't have sweet tea, this should have been my sign. (Although the waitress was nice to bring simple syrup so I could make my own.) This was probably one of the worst biscuits and gravy I've had. I didn't even finish one biscuit. Don't listen to all the hype if you're specifically on the hunt for biscuits and gravy. Everything else was okay but nothing noteworthy. I also thought it was a little pricey. I got a light plate which was one of everything and with a drink I spent over $22. I do have to give kudos for excellent service.
